1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This job description defines the duties, rights and responsibilities of the merchandiser of the Closed Joint-Stock Company “All Goods” (hereinafter - the Company).

1.2. Commodity expert belongs to the category of specialists.

1.3. The merchandiser is appointed to the position dismissed by the General Director of the Company.

1.4. A person who meets the following qualification requirements is appointed to the position of a merchandiser: higher professional in the specialty “Commodity research and examination of goods”, work experience as a merchandiser of category II for at least three years.

1.5. The commodity specialist in his activity is guided by:

- laws and other normative acts in the field of their activity;

- The Charter and local regulatory acts of the Company;

- this job description.

1.6. The merchandiser must know:

- labor law;

- the basics of economics, organization of production, labor and management;

- regulations governing the logistics of production and sale of goods;

- Standards and specifications for inventory items, their main properties and quality characteristics;

- the procedure for developing logistics plans and concluding business contracts;

1.7. The commodity expert reports directly to the General Director of the Company.

1.8. During the absence of the merchandiser (vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by the person appointed in the prescribed manner, who acquires the relevant rights and is responsible for the performance of the duties assigned to him.

2. OFFICIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Commodity expert:

2.1. Maintains and draws up current reporting of operational and commodity accounting of the receipt and sale of inventory items; workflow (posting of goods, reservation, return, pricing, revaluation); search for undelivered goods. Enters information in the appropriate database.

2.2. It analyzes the activities for the reporting periods on the material and technical supply of the Company and the sale of goods, identifies the reasons for the formation of excessive excess material resources and "illiquid assets", takes measures for their implementation.

2.3. Orders inventory items.

2.4. Controls the availability, quality, movement and residual goods in the trading floor and in warehouses; product positioning; compliance with the rules of storage and transportation; timeliness of shipment of returnable packaging; preparation of goods for shipment.

2.5. Provides support and the offer of the entire declared assortment.

2.6. Defines requirements for material resources; compliance of the quality of material resources with standards, specifications, contracts and other regulatory documents; compliance of supporting documents with regulatory requirements.

2.7. Organizes the reception, conformity control and accounting of the movement of inventory items; revisions of balances; compliance with storage rules and conditions.

2.8. It communicates with suppliers and consumers.

2.9. Draws up documents related to the delivery, return and sale of products (including a full set of documents on claims and returns).

2.10. He takes part in drafting plans for logistics, sales; assortment formation; in monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations, receipt and sale of funds for raw materials, materials, fuel, energy and equipment, in preparing data for compiling claims for delivered low-quality inventory items and in responding to customer complaints.

2.11. Conducts ongoing training on knowledge of the assortment and consumer properties of goods managers, sellers, warehouse workers.

2.12. It monitors the availability of material resources and finished products in warehouses.

2.13. Prepares reports in the established forms.

2.14. Participates in conducting inventories; pricing; in the development and implementation of standards of an institution, organization, enterprise for material and technical support, sales, product quality control, organization of transportation and storage of raw materials, materials, fuel, energy, equipment and finished products.

3. RIGHTS

Commodity expert has the right:

3.1. To get acquainted with the decisions of the Company's management regarding its activities.

3.2. Submit proposals to the management of the Company to improve the work related to the obligations stipulated by this instruction.

3.3. Request through the immediate supervisor information and documents necessary for the performance of their duties.

3.4. Improve your professional qualifications.

4. RESPONSIBILITY

The commodity specialist is responsible:

4.1. For improper fulfillment or non-fulfillment of their duties stipulated by this job description, to the extent determined by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.2. For violations committed in the process of carrying out their activities, to the extent determined by the current labor, administrative, criminal and civil laws of the Russian Federation.

4.3. For causing material damage to the extent determined by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. PROCEDURE FOR REVISION OF OFFICIAL INSTRUCTIONS

5.1. The job description is reviewed, changed and supplemented as necessary, but at least once every five years.

5.2. With the order to introduce changes (additions) to the job description, all employees of the organization who are covered by this instruction get acquainted with the receipt.

    • category I merchandiser - a person with higher professional education and experience in the position of category II merchandiser for at least 3 years.
  3. The appointment and dismissal of a commodity specialist is carried out by order of the director of the enterprise upon presentation

III. Rights

Commodity expert has the right:

  3. Within their competence, inform their immediate supervisor of all deficiencies identified in the course of their activities and make proposals for their elimination.
  4. Request personally or on behalf of the enterprise management from the heads of departments and specialists the information and documents necessary for the performance of his duties.
  5. To involve specialists of all (separate) structural divisions in solving the tasks assigned to him (if this is provided for by the regulations on structural divisions, if not, then with the permission of the management).

IV. Responsibility
