Spring is in full swing, May is approaching. Our whole country is preparing for the celebration of Victory Day. In preschool groups MBOU "Novovarsavskaya Gymnasium"   A number of events were held on this date. Together with the children, we looked at illustrations, got acquainted with books about the Great Patriotic War, read poems and stories, listened to music, learned songs about the war. The purpose of the events is one - it is, before total, education of civic-patriotic feelings, the formation of children's knowledge about how Russian people defended their homeland during the Second World War, the development of respect and gratitude to veterans of the Second World War.

On the eve of the holiday was organized exhibition of children's drawings   dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory, children of the middle, senior and preparatory groups took part in it.

From April 5 to 10, 2011, the 1st stage of the children's drawing competition was held in order to support talented children, develop aesthetic education and involve preschool children in the art, generalize and disseminate positive best practices in developing creative skills of preschool children in the Kuvandyk region. The competition was attended by 14 DOW. Contest Results:

Students of educational institutions of the Shipunovsky district are invited to participate in the competition, except for students of the Municipal Educational Establishment "Urlapovskaya Secondary School", as they participate in the assessment.

Application for participation in the Competition can be submitted by any child under 17 years old by e-mail. Only acceptedindividual work . .

By sending their creative works to the contest, participants agree to their publication, public display. The fact of participation in the Competition implies that the participant is familiar with and agrees with these Regulations.

3. Competition Management

3.1. The management, organization and conduct of the competition is carried out by the Organizing Committee (hereinafter: the "Organizing Committee") (Appendix 1).

3.2. Organizing Committee of the Competition:

Approves the composition of the jury;

Carries out reception and registration of competitive works;

Issues and distributes informational materials of the competition;

Summarizes the competition based on the decision of the jury.

The organizing committee of the competition provides:

    Equal and fair conditions for all bidders;

    Placement of drawings on the school website;

    Prevention of disclosure of information on the results of the competition earlier than the date of their official announcement.

By decision of the organizing committee, work may not be accepted for consideration for the following reasons:

    Non-compliance with work requirements - format, size, copyright violation;

    Submission of more than one work from one participant (one is selected at the discretion of the organizing committee);

    Submission of non-relevant work to the competition.

The jury evaluates the entries and determines the winner of the competition in accordance with the voting mechanism described in these Regulations.

The jury evaluates the drawings received for the competition according to the following criteria (on a five-point scale):

    Depth of disclosure of the contest topic;

    Compositional solution;

    Coloristic decision;

    The originality of the plan;

    The technical level of the work.

The final rating of each Participant is formed by summing up the ratings of all the Jury participants according to all criteria + votes cast by students of the Municipal Budget Educational Institution “Urlapov Secondary School”.

The jury has the right not to comment on the decision.

Jury members are required to ensure non-disclosure of information on the interim and final results of the Competition earlier than the date of completion of the Competition.

4. Evaluation of competitive materials

Drawings will be evaluated by nominations:

    Students in primary grades 1-4;

    Students in grades 5–9;

    Students in grades 10-11.

5. General requirements for all nominations

    Each participant may submit no more than one work to the competition.

    From one educational institution no more than 30 works are accepted.

    Each application must be accompanied by brief information about the author of the competitive drawing, the data of the teacher, as well as consent to the processing of personal data.

Drawings of the winners will be posted by the organizing committee on the website of MCOU “Urlapovskaya Secondary School” within five days after the last day of summing up.

Requirements for the work:

The competition accepts drawings made in the Paint graphical editor and saved in bmp format. The file name of the competitive drawing must contain: last name, first name, age and school number of the participant.

The application for participation in the competition is compiled for all participants in alphabetical order (see Appendix 3).

Works that do not meet the declared age category and the requirements of the competition will not be considered.

Competitive materials are sent together with the application, consent to the processing of personal data until March 10, 2016 atLyubovshanova @ mail . ru   or to school mail Scoolchetirin @ yandex . ru . All works sent to the Competition must be performed in accordance with the requirements of this provision.

9. Results of the competition

According to the results of the competition, winners for each step will be determined, who will receive certificates forI, II, III   places, other participants will receive diplomas of participants in electronic form.
