3. RIGHTS OF THE EMPLOYEE

3.1. The employee has the right to:
leadership of subordinates;
providing him with work stipulated by the employment contract;
a workplace that meets the state regulatory requirements for labor protection and the conditions provided for by the collective agreement;
timely and full payment of wages in accordance with their qualifications, complexity of work, quantity and quality of work performed;
rest, provided by the establishment of normal working hours, reduced working hours for certain professions and categories of workers, the provision of weekly days off, non-working holidays, paid annual leave;
complete reliable information about working conditions and labor protection requirements at the workplace;
professional training, retraining and advanced training in the manner established by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and other federal laws;
association, including the right to form and join trade unions to protect their labor rights, freedoms and legitimate interests;
participation in the management of the organization in the forms provided for by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, other federal laws and the collective agreement;
collective bargaining and the conclusion of collective contracts and agreements through their representatives, as well as information on the implementation of the collective agreement, agreements;
protection of their labor rights, freedoms and legal interests in all ways not prohibited by law;
resolution of individual and collective labor disputes, including the right to strike, in accordance with the procedure established by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and other federal laws;
compensation for harm caused to him in connection with the performance of his job duties, and compensation for moral harm in the manner established by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, other federal laws;

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYEE

4.1. The employee is obliged:
conscientiously fulfill his labor duties assigned to him by the labor contract and job description;
comply with the internal labor regulations;
observe labor discipline;
comply with established labor standards;
comply with labor protection and labor safety requirements;
take care of the property of the Employer (including the property of third parties held by the Employer, if the Employer is responsible for the safety of this property) and other employees;
immediately inform the Employer or the immediate supervisor about a situation that poses a threat to the life and health of people, the safety of the Employer's property (including the property of third parties held by the Employer, if the Employer is responsible for the safety of this property).

5. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EMPLOYEE

Failure to fulfill their duties.
Inaccurate information about the status of work.
Failure to comply with orders, orders and instructions of the Employer.
Violation of safety regulations and labor protection instructions, failure to take measures to suppress identified violations of safety regulations, fire safety and other rules that pose a threat to the activities of the Employer and his employees.
Failure to comply with labor discipline.
Sale of medicinal products and other goods that have become unusable, expired, illegal copies of medicinal products.

6. CONDITIONS OF WORK

6.1. The Work schedule of the Employee is determined in accordance with the Internal Labor Regulations established by the Employer.

8. ASSESSMENT OF THE BUSINESS QUALITY OF THE EMPLOYEE AND THE RESULTS OF HIS WORK

8.1. The criteria for assessing the employee's business qualities are:

8.2. The results of the work and the timeliness of its implementation are assessed according to the following criteria:
the results achieved by the Employee in the performance of the duties provided for by the job description and the employment contract;
the quality of the finished work;
timeliness of performance of official duties;
performance of standardized tasks, the level of labor productivity.
8.3. The assessment of business qualities and work results is carried out on the basis of objective indicators, the motivated opinion of the immediate supervisor and colleagues.

The positions of the head of the pharmacy and his deputies are replaced, as a rule, by specialists with a higher pharmaceutical education.

The appointment of the head of the pharmacy to the position is formalized by the order of the head of the department or interdistrict office by subordination. Simultaneously with the order of appointment with the head of the pharmacy (except for the head of the group I pharmacy), an agreement is concluded on material liability for the inventory items entrusted to him.

In his activities, the head of the pharmacy is guided by the relevant regulations, as well as orders, instructions, methodological materials approved by the Ministry of Health.

On behalf of the pharmacy, the manager represents in administrative, state and public organizations, organizes all the work of the pharmacy and is responsible for its condition and activities. In the cases stipulated by the regulation on the pharmacy, the head of the pharmacy acts as the head of the department.

The manager is obliged to monitor compliance with the rules for storing medicines in the departments and offices of medical and preventive institutions that the pharmacy supplies.

The manager ensures the correct organization of all trade, production and business operations in the pharmacy, monitors the availability of an assortment of medicines and other medical goods, observes the rules for the sale and delivery of medicines to the population, including on preferential terms to certain categories of patients, timely supplies medicines, medical goods, equipment pharmacies and kiosks attached to the pharmacy, monitors their activities.

The manager is responsible for compliance with all instructions and applications for the pharmaceutical and sanitary regime in pharmacies, ensures the storage of medicines and other medical products in strict accordance with their properties.

Within the approved states and wages fund, the pharmacy manager accepts and dismisses pharmacy employees, concludes contracts with all materially responsible persons (except for his deputies), approves the staff work schedule, carries out the correct selection, placement of employees, education and improvement of their business skills, systematically introduces employees to orders, instructions, rules and other documents regulating the work of the pharmacy.

The head of the pharmacy is introducing new progressive forms of drug services to the population and NOT in the work of the pharmacy, for the organization of guaranteed service, he develops a duty schedule for the pharmacy administrators, conducts sanitary and educational work with the population.

He ensures the implementation of all business and financial transactions within the approved budget, organizes the correct accounting and reporting, takes part in the development of the draft trade and financial plan of the pharmacy and submits it for approval to a higher organization, controls the construction and repair of pharmacy premises, monitors the rational use equipment and inventory, for its condition and timely repair.

If a pharmacy is entrusted with the procurement of medicinal herbal raw materials, the manager is responsible for the accurate and timely implementation of the procurement of the planned raw materials.

The staff of large pharmacies provides for the position of deputy head of a pharmacy. The number of substitutes is set by pharmacy group and model states.

All duties assigned to the head, in his absence, apply to his deputy. The distribution of specific duties between the head of the pharmacy and his deputies is formalized by the order for the pharmacy.

Parent organizations conclude an agreement on material liability for inventory items in departments with the deputy head of the pharmacy.
