    Development history

By the end of the 1980s, the Soviet Army needed a new, more reliable and powerful transport aircraft designed to transport cargo, as well as personnel of units. The An-12 and An-26 transport aircraft, which were at that time in service with transport aviation, were already morally obsolete, which only confirmed the opinion of the military about the new aircraft. However, the difficult situation in the country made it possible to start development only in the early 90s.

The passenger version of the Il-112 will have a passenger capacity of 44 people; the cargo version will have a carrying capacity of 6 tons.

    Prospects for IL-112

According to a number of high-ranking military personnel, the Il-112 transport aircraft has very good prospects in the Russian Armed Forces. At the same time, it should be noted that the main prerequisite for the success of the aircraft is that today the transport aviation fleet of vehicles in the Russian Army consists mainly of obsolete An-12, An-22 and An-26, which are gradually being decommissioned. In such a situation, the army is simply in dire need of a new aircraft that will be able to solve problems related to the transportation of goods and personnel. Also, do not lose sight of the qualitative renewal of Russian aviation, thanks to which we can say with a high degree of confidence that this time the IL-112 will definitely be released and go into mass production.

The IL-112 also has a good potential for various modifications, thanks to which electronic warfare and reconnaissance aircraft, telemetry, aircraft for the needs of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and even air command posts based on it can also be created. Of course, the Il-112 is still waiting for a period of state tests, but the main thing is that the potential was noticed in the model, and it has every chance to find its niche in the Air Force of the Russian Federation.

    Conclusion

The IL-112 continues to be actively developed and improved today, thanks to which in a few years there is every chance of getting a good and reliable aircraft for the needs of the army. However, the main problem is that the general concept of 25-year-old developments may become obsolete in the next 10-20 years, which will cause an even greater need to modernize the domestic military transport fleet.

If you have any questions - leave them in the comments below the article. We or our visitors will be happy to answer them.

The delay occurs due to the fault of the enterprise management and due to the low quality of project documentation, the presence of a large number of errors in the drawings

All the deadlines for the long-awaited takeoff of the Il-112V light military transport aircraft, for which the state has already spent 1.3 billion rubles of budgetary funds, have been disrupted. It is curious that back in July last year, at the International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2017 in Zhukovsky near Moscow, Voronezh aircraft manufacturers from VASO announced the take-off of the Il-112V in the first half of 2018. But this overly ambitious calculation of the company's management failed, and now its lightweight leadership is bashfully silent about the broken promise. Including about the real, not fictitious reasons for the delays.

However, according to information from sources familiar with the situation at the enterprise, the delay in the takeoff of the Il-112V light military transport aircraft is due to the low quality of design documentation and the presence of a large number of errors in the drawings. In addition, VASO management is already facing a catastrophic problem. Namely, the manufactured body of the aircraft, as noted by sources at the plant that do not advertise themselves, has an unrecoverable (!) Defect.

If we delve into the technical aspects of the catastrophic problem, it turns out that the fatal defect lies in the weight distribution along the center of gravity of the aircraft. If we translate the technical terminology into understandable words, it turns out that the nose of the Il-112V aircraft is many times lighter than the tail. If this defect is not eliminated, then the planes will simply crash upon landing. And in order to solve this problem and not lead the test of the aircraft into a catastrophe, it is necessary to install a 5-ton plate in the nose of the aircraft.

Thus, the Voronezh aircraft builders from VASO are preparing a big and extremely unpleasant surprise for the high state authorities from Moscow. If a 5-ton plate is mounted in the nose of the aircraft, then the carrying capacity of the Il-112V will decrease by these five tons, and the aircraft will be able to lift only one ton into the sky. Then a natural question arises: why does the state need such an aircraft with such a carrying capacity? Especially if 1.3 billion rubles have already been spent on its production. It turns out that the mind-boggling budget money was simply wasted.

By the way, until recently, VASO announced that the flight model of the promising Il-112V light military transport aircraft successfully passed the first test for tightness and moisture resistance of the fuselage at its manufacturing plant. They say that the installation work in the cockpit has been completed, as well as the delivery to the plant of all the main blocks of navigation and other experimental equipment. It can be assumed that with such information, VASO was throwing dust in the eyes of the customer, without showing the real flaws in the project. After all, it was initially clear that the center of gravity of the Il-112V was designed incorrectly, and this logically led to an increase in the unnecessary takeoff weight of the problematic aircraft.

For reference: the Il-112V light military transport aircraft is designed to transport and airborne landing up to 5 tons of light weapons and military equipment, cargo and personnel, to transport a wide range of various cargoes in the commercial operation of the aircraft. In the future, the Il-112 was supposed to replace not only the An-26, which is superior in most parameters by 30-40 percent, but also to compete with world transport aircraft of this class. However, the mistakes, miscalculations and sins of the management of VASO, which is the transport aviation division of United Aircraft Corporation PJSC, have led to the fact that one can only dream of competition. How long these unrealizable dreams will last - time will tell.

P.S. Recall that the other day, the editors of a regional business publication announced the initiation of a criminal case under Article 160, Part 3, of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against an unidentified circle of persons of the Voronezh Joint-Stock Aircraft Building Company (VASO). At present, searches are being carried out in the apartments of individual employees of the enterprise. The VASO press service has not yet commented to our publication on the fact that a criminal case has been initiated against an indefinite circle of people from among the workers of the once locomotive of the region's industrial complex.

In anticipation of the first flight of the IL-112B, I would like to say about the possible ways of developing this family of aircraft. In particular, about the concept of IL-112M from SibNIA. This, of course, is not entirely news - but aviation lovers will definitely be interested.

The most optimal for the IL-112V is the creation of a new fuselage with a payload capacity of 7-7.5 tons at 60 rpm. with the release of one unified platform combining the economy of the Il-114 with the airfield unpretentiousness and versatility of the Il-112. Funds for the remotorization of the An-26 aircraft under the domestic TV7-117ST2 can come from the amended budget, the UAC and the UEC, the presidential fund, and even from the Moscow Region, which, by the way, apart from two experimental Il-112 B aircraft, did not sign an agreement for the purchase of a large batch of small transport aircraft from Ilyushin . As you know, the An-26-100 is designed to carry 6.5 tons, which is as much as 1.5 tons more than the current version of the Il-112 and the 26th can be equipped with TV7-117ST2 by SibNIA until Ilyushin works on the bugs to bring the Il -112 V in the state required for the market and the army, which, among other things, provides for a possible good export.

IL-112 V in the current version with many "generic" shortcomings.

Once there was no need to transport the Tigr armored car with loading on telphers 2 × 3t = 6t (the weight of the Tiger is about 6 tons in the first versions), and the GAZ-66 has not been produced for 20 years and was withdrawn from the army in favor of the GAZ-3308 Sadko, which is not compatible with 112 -m upper dimension, remain in transportation:

    GAZ-3302 Gazelle 1.65-1.8 t

    UAZ-452 Loaf 1.8-2 t

    D-436 1.4-1.6 tons (in a container about 2 tons)

    Patriot (UAZ-3163) weighs 2.1 tons

The R-8 and PA-4.5 pallets have a specific load of 1 m² several times less than the Tigr armored car, as well as all of the above cargoes.

Instead of 6-ton hoists for a light aircraft, it is quite possible to limit itself to 2-2.3 tons, and this is a significant relief of the power profile with a decrease in the section of the frames up to 25% with a slight increase in the inner diameter of the fuselage with great convenience for passengers.

It never occurred to anyone to drag into the Il-76 on telphers a load equal to the carrying capacity of an aircraft such as the T-90 tank, otherwise it would have been heavily weighted into the fuselage reinforcements with a decrease in carrying capacity.

The rear tail section of the IL-112V fuselage can be reduced in size and weight as long as everything in the current version is inflated beyond measure for the sake of dragging a 6-ton Tiger.

With all the saved weight, it is possible to increase the length of the fuselage by 3.2 m with an increase in the aircraft carrying capacity up to 7 tons at 60 rpm.

The current 44 rah. in IL-112V

    added in 4 rows of 4 passengers 44 + 16 = 60 pax.

At the same time, the cabin will grow from 9.76 m to 13 m with an aircraft length of 27.4 m.

The cockpit, front landing gear, avionics, wing with engines, vertical and horizontal stabilizer are unchanged. The main landing gear can be made, if desired, squatted with a selection of shock absorbers. A slightly higher carrying capacity of the updated Il-112M is 7 tons at 60 rah. with high propellers with a landing gear designed for the ground, it increases its attractiveness for commerce and makes the release of the IL-114 completely unnecessary. Moreover, from all points of view, it is advisable to develop the patrol anti-submarine and DLRO on the SSJ platform with domestic avionics, a new wing with PD-12 engines B, but not based on IL-114

The abolition of the Il-114 in favor of the Il-112M for 7 tons at 60 rah. will increase the series and reduce the cost of production, which will naturally affect the price of aircraft for the better and add even more attractiveness to potential buyers.

Quite significantly, the internal dimension of the current IL-112V was eaten up by reinforced frames of an inflated profile and weight for the sake of the idea of \u200b\u200bfixing to carry the Tigr armored car with loading through telphers

This is especially true for the rear of the IL-112 V, where the exit to the tail of 6-ton telphers is combined with a cutout for a ramp. makes it possible to stretch the fuselage by approximately 3.2 m to a total of 60 rah. (7 tons) with the same take-off weight, flight altitude, range, airfield fees. Loading the Il-112M with a partial load (for example, 5 tons) will increase in range with a decrease in the take-off and landing distance (due to a decrease in empty weight) from the Il- 112V

Frames directly transferring the weight of the wing to the chassis can be made of titanium (as in the case of the floor) with a further increase in the useful width of the cabin. better flow around the rear fuselage without hypertrophied influx. Soil, snow up to 5-7 cm are possible and airfields in use such as Bodaibo.

An increase in the IL-112M series by 60 px. due to the abolition of the IL-114, in addition to the benefits for the KLA and VASO, it allows the use of civilian aircraft in commercial use during mobilization in wartime, which has the most positive effect on increasing the country's defense capability. Export to many countries, including African and Iran, as well as joint production of aircraft with India. Why develop two parallel families of Il-112 and Il-114 each with a limited series in the same class of aircraft with minimal unification with a lot of shortcomings that limit application, and even on different sites? At the same time, the production of Il-112 and Il-114 in the Russian Federation needs to be launched from scratch with the entire mass of expenses, despite the fact that the Il-114 is not digitized, has an increased specific load on the ground, low propellers from 42-52 cm from the ground, snow tolerance only 1.5 cm, without the possibility of working from the ground.

On the IL-114, in addition to replacing the Avionics, it is necessary to turn the wing in two angles with the appropriate correction for the chassis and engines, and the engines themselves of the TV7-117ST series (based on the larger diameter of the AB-112 propellers) relink with the wing to a higher position. Ilyushin will then bifurcate in parallel on the IL-112 and IL-114 design potential and costs in design, pilot production, certification, subsequent modernization, and all this while preserving the inherent shortcomings of both families. 114? Isn't it easier with greater efficiency from all points of view to reorient the already budgeted funds and design resources from the Il-114 (having covered the project as not relevant) to the Il-112M (modernized) 60 px. with a carrying capacity of 7 tons, produced at VASO in a large series and, of course, with a good profit. The remotorization of the An-26 to domestic TV7-117ST2 by SibNIA covers the current needs until the time the Il-112V is brought into a decent form for the operators instead of the current completely failed option in terms of parameters.

    MILITARY TRANSPORT AIRCRAFT IL-112B

    MILITARY TRANSPORT AIRCRAFT IL-112V

The IL-112 was designed on a competitive basis, and in 2004 the aircraft project became the winner of the competition for a light military transport aircraft for the Russian Air Force. In December 2004, the customer was presented with a mock-up and draft design of the machine. The decision to recognize the Il-112 as the winner of the competition provides for the possibility of involving designers from other design bureaus in the design of the aircraft.
The IL-112 was originally developed as a multi-purpose aircraft capable of carrying both cargo and passengers. In passenger configuration, the aircraft could carry up to 44 passengers with luggage. It was on the basis of the Il-112 basic project that the Il-112V military transport aircraft was developed.
At present, the development of the aircraft is carried out by specialists only of OAO AK im. S.V. Ilyushin, and is among the most priority and promising works of the Design Bureau. There is a phased transfer of design documentation for the aircraft to VASO OJSC.
The development of the Il-112 aircraft was taken into account in the State Defense Order for 2006, and its production is provided for by the state armaments program of Russia for the period up to 2015. The need for the Russian Air Force in light transport aircraft with improved performance is currently quite large due to the rapid obsolescence of the fleet of military transport aircraft An-26.
Russian airlines are also interested in creating a transport aircraft based on the Il-112 with a carrying capacity of six tons, because. Currently, there is a need for the transportation of packaged factory-assembled cargo in container packaging, which requires an appropriate layout of the aircraft cargo compartment. The Federal Agency for Industry presented its comments and proposals on solving the problem of creating a transport aircraft based on a light military-technical cooperation in order to optimally “match” the requirements of military and civil operators to the aircraft.

The Il-112V light military transport aircraft is designed for the transportation and airborne landing of light weapons and military equipment, cargo and personnel, as well as for the transportation of a wide range of various cargoes in the commercial operation of the aircraft.
The possibility of automatic landing on categorized airfields according to the ICAO category II minimum and manual landing on poorly equipped and radio-technically unequipped airfields is provided.
The Il-112 aircraft is intended for transportation of a wide range of various cargoes weighing up to 6 tons over a distance of up to 6000 km. The IL-112 surpasses its analogues in terms of flight range and speed, as far as possible operation from short runways, in any geographical and climatic conditions, day and night, in simple and difficult weather conditions.
The aircraft was designed according to the classical high-wing scheme, its design is maximally unified with the design of the Il-114 aircraft. The wing is equipped with highly efficient mechanization, consisting of single-slotted flaps. This is quite enough to conclude that the operation of the aircraft will be possible from unpaved runways. The use of short takeoff and landing modes is not provided. Loading / unloading is carried out through the tail hatch with a deflectable ramp.

The power plant consists of two Russian-made TV7-117S TVDs, with a capacity of 2800 hp each, equipped with low-noise AB-112 propellers. According to calculations, the fuel efficiency of the aircraft will increase by 2.4 times compared to the An-26.
Tests of the new Russian turboprop engine TV7-117ST, developed by JSC Klimov for the promising Russian light military transport aircraft Il-112V, began on September 15, 2016 at a test bench specially commissioned for this purpose in St. Petersburg.
The TV7-117ST aircraft engine will be mass-produced in expanded cooperation with UEC - Klimov JSC, Salyut Gas Turbine Engineering Research and Production Center JSC, Chernyshev MMP JSC and other enterprises.
Since 2018 JSC NPTs Gas Turbine Engineering Salyut (part of the UEC) has been designated as the enterprise for the final assembly of serial TV7-117ST engines as part of the program to create this engine. Omsk Motor-Building Association (OMO) im. Baranova (branch "Salyut") from 2018 will begin to assemble engines for the Il-112V light military transport aircraft.
In the future, it is planned to replace these engines with the VK-3500 with a take-off power of 3500 hp each. An auxiliary power unit is provided for autonomous operation of the aircraft. At the same time, the noise level and emission of harmful substances must not exceed the current ICAO standards.

JSC "UEC-STAR" delivered experimental units intended for installation on TV7-117ST engines of the latest Il-112V military transport aircraft. Created in the interests of the Air Force and having the prospect of mass production, the Russian aircraft of the new type Il-112V made its first flight on March 30, 2019.
Completely consisting of Russian components and designed as part of import substitution, the SAU-65ST automatic control and fuel supply system was developed using modern design solutions that made it possible to increase the reliability of the units in accordance with the declared characteristics of the TV7-117ST engine developed and manufactured by the St. Petersburg company JSC UEC-Klimov: in the maximum takeoff mode, the engine power is 3100 hp, in the increased emergency mode - 3600 hp.
At present, UEC-STAR JSC has also created an upgraded version of SAU-65ST - prototypes of hydromechanical units SAU-65STM (the second constructive entity), intended for installation on the engines of the latest Russian military transport aircraft Il-112V, as well as passenger Il -114-300. In the SAU-65STM fuel control equipment, the pumping unit and other functional elements have been improved, modern electric actuators have been used, operating from the main (electronic) regulator in order to further increase the reliability of the automatic engine control system.
The first experimental units have already been manufactured at the enterprise, preliminary tests have begun at the production facilities of UEC-STAR JSC. “This year we plan to complete preliminary tests of SAU-65STM hydromechanical units and assign them the letter O,” said Sergey Ostapenko, Managing Director of JSC UEC-STAR.
Technodinamika holding of the Rostec State Corporation creates a wide range of systems and units for this aircraft, including landing gear, power supply system and flap movement system. Technodinamika participates in the program for the creation of an aircraft for the power supply system, under the state contract, the holding will provide the aircraft with an unstable frequency alternating current generation system, an unstable frequency converter into a stable one and a transformer-rectifier device.
The aircraft is equipped with domestic avionics, which combines all complexes and equipment systems into a single integrated complex of on-board equipment IKBO-112. At the request of the customer, the aircraft can be equipped with foreign-made avionics. The avionics of the aircraft provides flights in various climatic conditions and geographical areas, at any time of the day, as well as landing according to the II category of the meteorological minimum. All flight and navigation information is displayed by six multifunctional liquid crystal indicators.
Concern Radioelectronic Technologies (KRET, part of Rostec) is creating an airborne defense system for the new Il-112V light military transport aircraft, which will protect the machine from all types of surface-to-air and air-to-air missiles.
The ongoing development work involves not just adapting existing systems for the Il-112V, but practically creating on their basis a new modification of the airborne defense system, which will be effective against all promising threats at least until 2025.
The basis of the new system will include solutions developed within the framework of the creation of one of the most effective Russian systems for individual protection of aviation "Vitebsk" and its export modification "President-S".
One of the main features of the aircraft is the ability to operate in small, poorly equipped airports with both concrete and unpaved runways. The aircraft is also distinguished by high fuel efficiency and increased, in comparison with machines of the same class, the height and width of the cargo compartment.
For the Il-112 aircraft, a system of operation according to technical condition without major repairs was adopted, which ensures the maintenance of the required level of airworthiness at minimum operating costs within the assigned resource of 45,000 l.h. or 30,000 flights and a service life of 35 years.
JSC "Voronezh Joint-Stock Aircraft Building Company" was engaged in the preparation of mass production of the Il-112 light operational-tactical military transport aircraft. The first flight of the aircraft was scheduled for mid-2008. Commercial sales of the aircraft were planned to begin in 2010. However, work on the Il-112 aircraft slowed down sharply and the project to create the Il-112 aircraft was frozen by Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov in 2010.

The revival of the Il-112 project was announced in September 2014 by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin. Previously, it was assumed that Russia would acquire from the Ukrainian state company Antonov the rights to military transport modifications of the An-140 aircraft. But the negotiations, which lasted more than a year, were not crowned with success.
Between the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and JSC "Aviation Complex named after. S.V. Ilyushin" in December 2014, a state contract was signed to conduct development work on the creation of a light military transport aircraft Il-112V.
About 30 Russian enterprises and more than 50 suppliers of PKI (purchased components) were involved in cooperation in the implementation of development work.
The contract provides for the construction of two prototype aircraft at JSC Voronezh Joint-Stock Aircraft Building Company - one for static and life tests, the second for flight tests. Completion of the construction of prototype aircraft in accordance with the terms of the contract is scheduled for 2016, in the same year the first flight of the first flight model is planned.
As Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Yuri Borisov said in March 2015, the Il-112 should make its first flight in 2017, and from 2019, after the completion of all state tests, the Voronezh aircraft plant should begin its serial production.
In June 2015, as part of the development work carried out by JSC Il to create a light military transport aircraft Il-112V for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the technical design of the aircraft was presented to the customer.
At this stage of the R&D, a set of documentation describing the appearance of the aircraft, the composition of its systems and equipment is approved. Protection of the technical project allows you to move on to the development of working design documentation for the aircraft, technological documentation and, in the future, proceed to the manufacture of equipment and the production of prototypes of the aircraft.
To protect the technical design of the Il-112V light military transport aircraft, a full-size cockpit mock-up was made and presented to the customer, which makes it possible to evaluate the ergonomics of workplaces, the convenience of the location of controls and liquid crystal displays.
The newest light military transport aircraft Il-112V will be manufactured entirely from Russian units.

Representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in October 2016 completed the acceptance of the first unit of the first experimental Il-112V aircraft. The Voronezh Joint-Stock Aircraft Building Company manufactured the tail section of the fuselage of the first prototype of the Il-112V light military transport aircraft, sealing and painting of its inner surface was completed. The company continues to assemble a similar fuselage section for the second aircraft.
According to Dmitry Savelyev, director of the Il-112V program directorate, the first built copy of the Il-112V will be used for flight tests, the second for strength and endurance tests. By the end of 2016, the plant plans to manufacture and dock all three fuselage compartments of the first aircraft, prepare the fuselage for mounting the wing.
To ensure the first flight to OAO Il, the creation of test benches for systems and units of the Il-112V aircraft is being completed.
An integrated test bench for aircraft control systems, wing mechanization and hydraulic systems is being installed. This stand will be used to test aircraft control and helm control systems, test the solution of functional avionics systems, evaluate stability and controllability characteristics, and check the fail-safety of the control system.
Also, JSC "Il" is creating a special flight test bench, a test bench for information collection systems (on-board registration device), a bench for rolling flaps.
Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said that in 2017, at the direction of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the light military transport aircraft Il-112V will also be raised into the sky. The first flight of the aircraft is scheduled for July 2017. To date, the development of a technical design and a layout of the cockpit of the Il-112V light military transport aircraft has been completed, the main volume of working design documentation has been issued, and work has been carried out to build industrial cooperation.
At VASO (Voronezh Joint-Stock Aircraft Building Company), stocks have been manufactured and work is underway to assemble the fuselage compartments and manufacture the wing. At the same time, work is underway at TsAGI to test the aerodynamics of the Il-112V.

At the beginning of 2017, the United Engine Corporation (part of Rostec State Corporation) delivered two experimental TV7-117ST power plants to Voronezh PJSC VASO (part of UAC) to equip the first prototype of the Russian light military transport aircraft Il-112V, which is in the process of being assembled . The engines were delivered on time and in accordance with the obligations under the contract between UEC JSC and Il OJSC.
By 2018, Russia should receive the first two copies of the new Il-112 light military transport aircraft. It is planned that the Russian army will begin to receive a new military transport aircraft from 2019. The current State Armaments Program for the period up to 2020 provided for the purchase of 62 serial Il-112V aircraft.
We plan that the IL-112 will be in demand by all government agencies. Not only the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, but also the FSB, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and other ministries and departments. Plans are being discussed, according to which, by 2030, about 200 aircraft of this type will have to be handed over to state customers. The IL-112 is replacing the An-26, which is still quite a lot of Russian operators.
There is a project of a civilian cargo aircraft called Il-112T. It is somewhat similar to the IL-112V, but differs in various features related to the intended scope of application.

An unmanned transport aircraft can be created on the basis of the Il-112, but there is no corresponding decision yet, Nikolai Talikov, chief designer of PJSC "IL", said in January 2018. “Let's see, I think, we will first make from the lungs - the same Il-112. While everything is at the level of conversations. At least, the companies that deal with our drones are ready to cooperate with us. The IL-112 can be equipped with drone equipment and carry cargo between airfields,” Talikov said.
He clarified that the company is not currently developing unmanned aerial vehicles. “There are companies in Russia that do this, we cooperate with them, we discuss some points about the sequence of such work with them. Will be working. You understand, in order to make a transport drone or any other unit, the base aircraft must first fly in, ”explained the chief designer of PJSC Il.

On March 30, 2019, the first prototype of the Il-112V light military transport aircraft, built under a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense, took off from the runway of the airfield of the aircraft manufacturing enterprise PJSC VASO (part of the Transport Aviation Division of the UAC). The crew was commanded by the chief pilot of PJSC "Il" Hero of Russia Nikolai Kuimov. The flight took place in the normal mode. In the air, the Il-112V was accompanied by the Il-114LL laboratory aircraft. The first flight of the Il-112V was preceded by a cycle of airfield testing, during which tests of all systems were carried out, runs were made along the airfield, including with partial liftoff, and a conclusion was received that the aircraft was ready for the start of flight tests. On the ground, the test pilots were met by Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Yuri Borisov, heads of the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, PJSC UAC, PJSC Il, PJSC VASO.
