How to help your child prepare for the exam. Define a set of elective exams

Principled feature preparation for the exam

Joint, collective work of the school and the teacher, the graduate and his parents to prepare for the exam:

  • participation of all three stakeholders in each stage of preparation;
  • pooling resources;
  • consistency of actions;
  • clear distribution of roles

Stages of preparing a graduate for the exam

  • Formulate the goal necessary for each USE participant:
  • i participate in the exam just to get a certificate;
  • i hand over elective subjects to enter the university;
  • i want to get a point ( only 100; maximum for me ).

Clarify personal target

and understanding common ways and

ways to achieve it

Specify tasks

1. Define a set of elective exams.

2 ... Get acquainted with the general format of the Unified State Exam and CMMs for each subject.

3. Specify the criterion of successful delivery (how many points you need to score, how many and what tasks to complete) for each subject.

4. To correlate the initial level of training and the level of aspirations.

5. Highlight your own deficits: gaps in preparation, inability to work with forms, other problems

Mastering the Unified State Exam technology

  • Practicing skills in the proposed test technology:
  • general educational skills, skills for performing tasks of different types, including - with a choice of answer; time management skills; skills of drawing up a solution, writing answers to the form, correcting an answer; the ability to preliminarily evaluate the result (in primary points).
  • general educational skills, skills for performing tasks of different types, including - with a choice of answer;
  • time management skills;
  • skills in making a decision, writing answers to the form, correcting an answer;
  • the ability to preliminarily evaluate the result (in primary points).
  • Bridging training gaps.
  • Self-control and self-diagnosis.
  • Production individual strategy completing assignments.
  • Rules of conduct for the exam.

Teacher help

1. Explanation of the features of the USE procedure and the content of KIMs 2012

2. Execution of a number of "tests" by the graduate.

3. Joint discussion of the results of "tests".

Joint activity of the teacher and the participant of the exam

  • Preparation for the exam in the classroom.
  • Participation in the implementation of regional diagnostic work.
  • Participation in the performance of work in the preliminary final certification.
  • Analysis of work performance and satisfaction with the results.
  • Planning work to improve the results of preparation for the exam.

  • In the process of preparing for the exam, bring to absolute perfection the skills of working with forms:
  • fill in all the fields of the registration form with utmost precision, in full accordance with the patterns of character style;
  • fill in the answer fields correctly and make corrections;
  • strictly follow the instructions of the CMM when entering answers to tasks IN .

Individual work of the USE participant

  • take into account the sequence of assignments during the exam in foreign languages;
  • do not forget to transfer answers from CMMs to answer forms;
  • when performing a task FROM fill out the answer form carefully, in legible handwriting;

Individual work of the USE participant

When performing work, you must very carefully read not only the CONDITION of the task, but also the FORMULATION of the task (what exactly needs to be done), and INSTRUCTIONS for the task (how to write down the answer).

Individual work of the USE participant

  • familiarize yourself with the rules of conduct for the USE participant during the exam in advance; observe correct behavior; follow the instructions.

Individual work of the USE participant

  • Independent fulfillment of tasks of demo versions (FIPI website).
  • Attendance at elective classes.
  • Participation in city, regional and federal Olympiads.

Intermediate control

  • comparison of the results of the mock exam with the previously planned;
  • adjustment of the individual training program

  • www.fipi.ru website of the Federal Institute for Pedagogical Measurements - here you can find recommended literature on individual subjects

Informational support of the USE participant

  • www.ege.edu.ruuSE support portal, where all the basic information about the USE is posted

The USE participant has the right

interrupt the exam for a valid reason (health condition);

  • contact the medical officer on duty at the PPE and take a certificate ;
  • apply exactly on this day to your clinic to a doctor and get a stamped certificate for submission to the conflict commission along with an appeal, on the basis of which the results of the interrupted exam can be canceled.

The USE participant has the right

including those removed from the exam for violating the instructions, after the delivery of the work before leaving the exam location file an appeal for a violation of the examination procedure

The USE participant has the right

To appeal a violation of the exam procedure, the USE participant must contact responsible organizer in the audience or the head of the examination center who must give the exam participant an appeal form.

The USE participant has the right

The appeal of the procedure is NOT accepted :

  • on the content and structure of CMM;
  • on questions related to the violation by the exam participant of the instructions for filling out the answer forms (the answers are incorrectly and indistinctly entered into the forms, did not have time to transfer the answers, the name form was damaged);
  • drafts as appeal materials NOT are considered ;

A graduate with disabilities has the right to choose the form of final certification: USE or GVE (state final exam)

At the same time, a combination of both forms of state final certification is allowed: in the form of the exam and in the form of the final exam.

In the form of a state final exam you can only take the required exams ( russian language and mathematics).

Optional items surrender only in the form of the exam .

Instrumentation (KIM) Is a special type of unified test work used in the conduct of a unified state examination.

Specification - the main document for the development of CMM. It indicates all the main characteristics of CMM: structure, type of tasks used, execution time, grading system, etc.

Terminological Dictionary of the Unified State Exam

Setting an open form - the task of the test, in which there are no answer options, and the examinee must formulate his own answer. In the exam, two types of open assignments are used: "IN" with a short answer and "FROM"

with a detailed answer.

Terminological Dictionary of the Unified State Exam

Primary scores - grade for the examination paper, which is determined by the number of fully or partially solved tasks.

PPE - point of the exam.

Terminological Dictionary of the Unified State Exam

Test points - mark for the examination paper on a 100-point scale. It is determined by recalculating primary score on the basis of complex procedures, providing for the "alignment" of various options for work by difficulty.

How to help prepare for the exam.

The word "exam" is translated from Latin as "test". And it is tests, difficult, sometimes dramatic and unexplored, that the Unified State Exam for eleventh graders becomes. On the exam, a graduate or applicant is face to face with the commission. And parents can only worry about their child, scold him according to Russian tradition, or try to support him at a distance. The adults have already done everything in their power. It is you, the parents, who can help your eleventh grader, most effectively use the time and energy in preparing for the exam. The help of adults is very important, since a person, among other things, also needs psychological readiness for the situation of passing serious exams.

Long before the exams, discuss with your child what exactly he will have to take, what disciplines seem to him the most difficult, why? This information will help you create a training plan together - which subjects will spend more time and which requires only repetition. Determine together with the child his "golden watch" (he is a "lark" or "owl"). Difficult topics are best studied during the upsurge, familiar ones - in the downtime. Let the graduate educate you on certain topics, and you ask as many questions as possible. The more he has time to tell you, the better. Agree with your child that on the evening before the exam, he will stop preparing, take a walk, bathe and go to bed on time. The last twelve hours should be spent on preparing the body, not knowledge. Discuss the dangers and unnecessary use of cheat sheets in exams. The child will be interested to know your opinion on this matter (he may even be surprised that you also used cheat sheets and generally know what it is). Practical advice for PARENTS

On weekends, when you’re in no rush, give your child a rehearsal for the written exam. For example, take one of the variants of math test problems on the Internet from the Federal Bank of Test Items (open segment) (http://www.fipi.ru). Agree that a certain time is given to complete the assignment, sit at a computer free of unnecessary items, time the time and announce the start of the "exam". Make sure not to be disturbed by your phone or relatives. Stop the test when time runs out, give the student a break and check with him the correctness of the assignments. Try to fix the mistakes and discuss why they occurred. Talk about the feelings that arose during the home exam: was he funny or uncomfortable, did he manage to concentrate on the task and not be distracted, which distracted him? And then tell us in detail what the atmosphere will be like when passing the real exam: unfamiliar graduates, organizers and the absence of parents.

Make sure that your child regularly takes short breaks during preparation. Explain to him that resting without waiting for fatigue is the best remedy for overwork. It is important that an eleventh grader does without stimulants (coffee, strong tea and valerian tincture), the nervous system before the exam is already on edge. Trying to concentrate on textbooks in the same room with a working TV or radio can do a lot of harm. If a student wants to work to music, there is no need to hinder it, just agree that it should be music without words. If your child received a score lower than he would like, or completely failed the exam, help him cope with this misfortune. Do not judge or mock him, instead take the opportunity to understand what is the reason for the failure, discuss what conclusions can be drawn and what does the notorious "unlucky" mean in this case.

Graduate day regimen How to make sure that there is enough time for everything, to do a lot and at the same time not get tired, to get enough sleep not only on weekends? There is only one recipe - you need to learn how to wisely plan your time. And this requires the correct daily routine. Correct is when there is enough time for all the necessary components of life: work, study, rest, communication with friends, household chores, food, sleep, etc. But, no less important, the correct daily routine allows a person to maintain high performance throughout the entire waking period. As a result, he manages to do much more in one and the same time than in the absence of a regime, and at the same time he gets tired much less. The fact is that if the daily regimen is observed, stable conditioned reflexes are developed for a while. Thanks to this, the body at each moment of time is "prepared" for the type of activity that lies ahead of it, which makes it especially productive.

In the daily routine, time should be provided for self-service, hygiene procedures and leisure. So, the optimal time for homework is 3-4 hours. At the same time, as in school, after 30-40 minutes a short break is needed, when it is useful to move energetically. It has been proven that performance is much improved if classes are preceded by rest in the air (it can be just a walk). This is the optimal (scientific) planning of the day, taking into account the peculiarities of adolescence. After analyzing your day and comparing your regime with this pattern, you can even try to improve the distribution of your affairs even with a shortage of time. For example, do not forget about regular breaks in classes. It is better to spend even a short rest time without lying on the couch and watching TV, and not be lazy to go outside and at least take a walk. It will be wise to come up with a set of pleasant energetic movements and perform it in between classes. The result will be a noticeable reduction in fatigue.

Little tips about sleep. Observe yourself and you will notice that at about 9:30 pm you start to feel sleepy. But after 22.00, the further, the less you want to sleep. This is how biorhythms "work" in most people, and you need to adapt to this natural need whenever possible. But what if you go to bed later and fall asleep badly? First tip: don't watch TV. Second advice: do not eat before bed. Tip three: properly ventilate the room. Fourth tip: drink a glass of warm milk. Fifth tip: read a short story (for example, one of the stories by A.P. Chekhov a). And - be healthy!

The approximate daily routine for high school students is as follows: 7.00 Awakening 7.00 - 7.30 Morning exercises, hardening procedures (shower, wiping), cleaning the bed, washing 7.30 - 7.40 Breakfast 7.40 - 8.00 Walk in front of school and the road 8.00 - 14.30 School classes 14.30 - 15.00 The way home (walk) 15.00 - 15.30 Lunch 15.30 - 17.00 Stay in the air (walk, sports games, skates, skis, sledges, etc.) 17.00 - 20.00 Lesson preparation 20.00 - 21.30 Dinner and free activities (helping the family, reading, music, creativity) 21.30 - 22.00 Preparing for sleep 22.00 - 7.00 Sleep

Dear Parents. To show faith in the child, the parent must have the courage and desire to do the following: - Forget about the child's past failures, - Help the child gain confidence that he will cope with the task, - Remember past successes and return to them, not to mistakes. There are words that support children, for example: “Knowing you, I am sure that you will do everything well”, “You know this very well”. You can support through touch, joint action, physical complicity, facial expression. So, in order to support the child, it is necessary: \u200b\u200b- Rely on the strengths of the child, - Avoid emphasizing the child's mistakes, - Show faith in the child, sympathy for him, confidence in his strength, - Create an atmosphere of friendliness and respect at home, be able and willing to demonstrate love and respect for the child,

Be firm and kind at the same time, but do not act as a judge - Support your child, demonstrate that you understand his feelings. * Do not be alarmed about the number of points the child will receive on the exam, and do not criticize the child after the exam. Encourage your child to think that points are not a perfect measure of their capabilities. * Do not increase your child's anxiety on the eve of exams - this can negatively affect the test result. The parents' excitement is always transmitted to the child, and if adults at the crucial moment can cope with their emotions, then the child, due to age characteristics, can emotionally "break". * Encourage the children, praise them for what they do well. * Build their self-confidence, as the more the child fears failure, the more likely they are to make mistakes. * Observe the child's well-being, no one except you will be able to notice and prevent the deterioration of the child's condition associated with overwork in time. * Control the training regime of the child, do not allow overload, explain to him that he must necessarily alternate classes with rest.

Encourage the children to pay attention to the following during the exam: · Run their eyes through the entire test to see what type of assignments it contains, this will help to tune in to work; · Carefully read the question to the end and understand its meaning (a typical mistake during testing is not having read it to the end, according to the first words they already suggest an answer and are in a hurry to write it in); • if you do not know the answer to a question or are not sure, skip it and mark it so that you can return to it later; · If you could not answer the question within the allotted time, it makes sense to rely on your intuition and indicate the most likely option.

And remember, the most important thing is to reduce your child's stress and anxiety and provide the right environment for class.

"HOW TO HELP A CHILD PREPARE FOR THE USE" It is very important to help the child in organizing the daily routine, since the children themselves often neglect simple hygiene rules.

Slide 2

"HOW TO HELP A CHILD PREPARE FOR USE" For normal health and good performance, it is necessary for the child to get enough sleep. Sometimes children, in a hurry to learn as much as possible, neglect sleep, exercise at night, after which they get tired faster, become irritable and restless.

Slide 3

"HOW TO HELP A CHILD PREPARE FOR USE" EXCITATION The fact is that there is a certain level of excitement that is optimal for organizing activities. If the child is not worried, he does nothing. A very high level of anxiety, on the contrary, leads to stupor, interferes with activity. All the energy goes into dealing with the excitement. Exams are a really serious situation, but not outrageous. The feeling of the great importance of the exam does not stimulate the child, but, on the contrary, interferes with preparation. In this case, you should slightly reduce the significance of the situation. If the child understands that even in case of failure, the world will not collapse and life will continue, this helps him to feel more confident. Finally, it is very important to understand what kind of help your child needs. You can find out what a child needs only by asking him: "How can I help you?"

Slide 4

"HOW TO HELP A CHILD PREPARE FOR THE USE" POSSIBLE PSYCHOLOGICAL DIFFICULTIES The Unified State Exam has a number of features. These features can cause various difficulties for graduates. These difficulties can be divided into several groups, depending on what they are associated with, briefly characterize them and outline the main ways of prevention.

Slide 5

"HOW TO HELP A CHILD PREPARE FOR USE" Cognitive Difficulties. These are difficulties associated with the peculiarities of information processing, with the specifics of working with test tasks. The USE procedure requires a special strategy of activity: the student must determine for himself what tasks and in what proportion he will perform. Thus, to overcome cognitive difficulties, it is necessary to move in two directions: master the skills of working with tests; help the graduate to develop an individual strategy of activity.

Slide 6

"HOW TO HELP A CHILD PREPARE FOR USE" Personal difficulties. These difficulties are due to the peculiarities of the student's perception of the exam situation, his subjective reactions and states. First of all, the exam situation itself is stressful. On the exam, the student must demonstrate his knowledge in a limited amount of time. The stress on the exam is due to the fact that this procedure is directly related to the adolescent's self-esteem: how smart am I, how can I cope with the tasks offered to me?

Slide 7

"HOW TO HELP A CHILD PREPARE FOR THE EXAM" Anxiety is a very energy-intensive activity. The more the child is worried, the less energy he has left for learning activities. Therefore, overcoming personal difficulties should primarily be aimed at reducing anxiety.

Slide 8

"HOW TO HELP A CHILD PREPARE FOR THE EXAM" Procedural difficulties. These are problems that are associated with the exam procedure itself. 1) Difficulties associated with the specifics of recording responses. 2) Difficulties with coding-decoding information. 3) Difficulties associated with the unusual role of an adult. 4) Difficulties associated with the criteria for evaluating the response. The contrast with the usual test procedures is really great. 5) Difficulties associated with ignorance of their rights and obligations. The exam represents the graduate a much more active position than the traditional school system. Typically, students do not have the right to evaluate the content of the assignment they are offering and, moreover, to dispute the assessments they receive, while the exam procedure assumes these opportunities.

Slide 10

"HOW TO HELP A CHILD PREPARE FOR THE EXAM" In order to provide complete psychological preparation, it is very important to combine the forces of the parties involved: graduates, teachers, parents. The psychological preparation of graduates for the Unified State Exam should consist of several components: 1. Front-line preparation of students, providing them with the necessary information about the rules and norms of the exam procedure and aimed at developing an individual work style. 2. The development of individual support strategies for specific students, taking into account their individual characteristics. 3. Attracting parents: introducing them to the specifics of the exam.

Exam preparation. First, prepare a place for classes, remove unnecessary things from the table, conveniently arrange the necessary textbooks, manuals, notebooks, paper, pencils, etc. You can enter yellow and purple colors into the interior of the room, since they increase intellectual activity Any picture is enough for this in these tones or prints.

Make a lesson plan To begin with, determine who you are - an “owl” or “lark”, and depending on this, make the most of the morning or evening hours. When making a plan for each day of preparation, you need to clearly define what will be studied today. , and which sections and topics.

Start with the most difficult, from the section that you know the worst of. But if it’s hard for you to “swing”, you can start with the material that is most interesting and pleasant to you. Perhaps you will gradually get into a working rhythm and things will go. Alternate classes and rest, say, 40 minutes of classes, then 10 minutes - a break You can wash dishes, drink flowers, do exercises, take a shower.

It is not necessary to strive to read and memorize the entire textbook. It is useful to structure the material by making plans, schemes, preferably on paper. Plans are useful and because they are easy to use when repeating the material, perform as many different published tests on this subject as possible. These workouts will introduce you to the designs of the test items.

Train with a stopwatch in your hands, note the time of test execution (on tasks in Part A, on average, it takes 2 minutes to complete a task). When preparing for exams, never think that you will not be able to cope with the task, but rather, mentally draw yourself a picture of triumph. Leave one day before the exam to repeat all the answer plans again, and once again dwell on the most difficult questions.

On the eve of the exam. Many people think that in order to fully prepare for the exam, only one last night before him is missing. It is not right. You are already tired, and do not overwork yourself. On the contrary, stop preparing in the evening, take a shower, take a walk. Get enough sleep as much as possible in order to stand up rested, with a sense of your health, the strength of a “fighting” mood. After all, an exam is a kind of struggle in which you need to prove yourself, show your capabilities and abilities

During the exam At the beginning of the test you will be informed of the necessary information (how to fill out the form, what letters to write, how to encode the school number, etc.). Pay attention!!! The correctness of your answers depends on how you carefully remember all these rules. You fill out the answer form (registration area, answers themselves, etc.) only in block letters * Pay attention to how some letters are written, for example, the letter "a" Part of the information is recorded in coded form, which you will be told before the start of testing.

At the point of passing the exam, you should appear without being late, it is better half an hour before the start of testing. You need to have a passport with you, a passport (not a birth certificate) and a few (in reserve) gel or capillary pens with black ink. If it’s cold at school, don’t forget to dress warmly, because you will sit on the exam for 4 hours

Examination materials consist of three parts. A, B, C - in the tasks of Part A, you need to select the correct answer from several proposed options. In the first part of the response forms with the heading "Task numbers with the choice of answer from the proposed options", you should mark the box with the number "X" with the number corresponding to the number of the selected answer,

In the tasks of Part C, a detailed answer is given in the form of a solution to the problem or a short story, which are recorded on a separate form. It is very important to rewrite in the special field in the upper right corner of the indicated form the individual number of the main answer form (pink). At the same time, no additional information about you (surname, name, class) is written

In the tasks of Part B, the answer is given as a single word or number. In the answer form for such tasks there are fields with the heading "Short answers to tasks without answer options for selection", where you carefully enter your answer (word or number) next to the number of the task (in block letters). Writing formulas or mathematical expressions of any verbal headings or comments is not allowed.

Corrections in the answer form are highly undesirable. If corrections are inevitable, remember that they can only be done in tasks of type A, using the backup fields with the heading “Cancel erroneous labels” Corrections are made only according to the instructions of the organizers. The number of allowed corrections is not more than six. In the procedure for filling out forms, some changes are possible, which you will be informed about.

Appeals according to the procedure: When submitting an appeal about a violation of the established procedure for the Unified State Examination: - Receive from the organizer in the audience the form (two copies) by which the appeal is made; - draw up an appeal in two copies; - to transfer both copies to the authorized representative of the SEC, who is obliged to accept and certify them with his signature, one copy to be given to the exam participant, the other to be transferred to the conflict commission; - get the result of consideration of the appeal in your educational institution or in local self-government bodies exercising powers in the field of education (MOUO) no later than three calendar days after its submission. ! Rules for participants in the unified state exam (Methodological recommendations for the organization and conduct of the exam in the subject of the Russian Federation).

Informing about appeals before the exam in the exam after the exam information in the school local media briefing by the responsible organizers - parent and student meetings; - information stands about the exam. announcement of the place and time for the appeal of the newspaper; -the television; -radio. - The briefing should include information on the rights and obligations, the place and timing of the appeal. You can appeal: - at school, in room .__, responsible name and surname__; -in UO (address __, full name__); by email mail (address__) (be sure to get a registration number). You can find out the results: -information about - where, how, from whom?

Examination participants are prohibited from talking, getting up from their seats; transplantation; exchange of any materials and objects; carry mobile phones or other means of communication and technical devices; use of reference materials other than permitted; PES walking during an unaccompanied exam. If the procedure for conducting the exam is not observed, the organizers remove the exam participants from the exam.

Federal Law of the Russian Federation of February 2, 2011 N 2-ФЗ "On Amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation" On Education "and Articles 11 and 24 of the Federal Law" On Higher and Postgraduate Professional Education "in terms of improving the unified state exam" In places conducting a unified state exam, state (final) certification of students, school olympiads, entrance examinations conducted by educational institutions of secondary vocational education and educational institutions of higher education, it is forbidden to place during these events, participants of these events and persons involved in their conduct, it is forbidden to carry and use communications equipment and electronic computing equipment (including calculators), with the exception of cases established by regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation. ";

A Few Universal Recipes for More Successful Testing Tactics Focus! After completing the preliminary part of the test (filling out the forms), when you have clarified all incomprehensible moments for yourself, try to focus and forget about others. For you, there should only be a text of tasks and a clock regulating the time of the test. Hurry up slowly! A tight time frame should not affect the quality of your answers. Before entering the answer, re-read the question twice and make sure that you correctly understood what is required of you

Start easy! Start answering those questions that you have no doubt of knowledge, not stopping at those that can cause a lot of thought. Then you will calm down, your head will begin to work more clearly and clearly, and you will enter a working rhythm. It’s as if you will be freed from nervousness, and then all your energy will then be directed to more difficult questions

Skip it! We must learn to skip difficult or incomprehensible tasks. Remember that in the text there are always such questions that you will surely cope with. It’s just stupid not to get points just because you didn’t get to “your” tasks, but got stuck on those that cause you difficulties

Read the task to the end! Haste should not lead to the fact that you are trying to understand the conditions of the task "in the first words" and finish building the ending in your own imagination. This is a sure way to make annoying mistakes in the easiest questions.

Exclude! Many tasks can be solved faster if you do not immediately look for the correct answer, and sequentially exclude those that are clearly not suitable. The exclusion method allows you to ultimately focus on just one or two options, and not on all five to seven (which is much more difficult).

Plan two laps! Calculate the time so that for two-thirds of the allotted time go through all the easy tasks ("first round"). Then you will have time to score maximum points on those tasks, and then calmly return and think about the difficult ones that you had to skip at first ("second round").

Check it out! Leave time to check your work, at least to have time to run your eyes and notice obvious errors. Guess! If you are not sure about the choice of the answer, but intuitively you can prefer some answer to others, then you should trust your intuition. At the same time, choose an option that, in your opinion, is more likely

Do not worry! Try to complete all the tasks, but remember that in practice this is unrealistic. Consider that the test tasks are designed for the maximum level of difficulty, and the number of tasks you have solved may well be sufficient for a good assessment.
