To begin with, this is a hostel! Due to the fact that it is sold by Natalie Tours, there are many Russian tourists, and everyone is shocked, our people are not used to such conditions. Better to overpay a little and take a fortune 3 *. Even knowing where I was going and preparing mentally, I was slightly shocked. The hotel is honestly terrible and this is no exaggeration. The most creepy thing about it is a shower, or rather a 50 * 50cm pallet and a curtain, it is impossible to wash in this so as not to flood everything around and not stick to this curtain.

The staff does not speak Russian, several boys at the reception (they also work in the bar located on the ground floor) are generally quite nice.

The walls are made of cardboard, but this is also what the more decent hotels in Spain do.

Breakfasts: a drink of your choice and a bun (it is better not to take breakfast at all, there is no point in overpaying for this), picnics (if you leave early for excursions) are not provided.

Bottom line: the hotel is the worst thing that happened in my vacation, but because I did not go to the hotel to sit, but for impressions, then I am happy with Spain and the city of Blanes. I will go again to this resort town, but not to this hotel for sure.

We went with a girlfriend in July 2012. Chose an inexpensive hotel just to stay overnight. We traveled independently. Of course, we expected the worst, judging by the reviews on other sites. This is a hostel and not a hotel as stated on the website. Very basic but clean. Cleaning is done every other day. The main thing is to be lucky with the view from the window. many of the rooms face a brick wall. We got a room with a balcony and a street view. True, it was under our room that there was a snack bar that works until 6 am. And it seemed to us that he was popular among local residents. In general, we were satisfied, we didn't even want to leave. Made friends with the staff. Very nice and helpful))))

"There is no TV or hairdryer in the room, there are no air conditioners" - for those who are not in the know - for level 2 * they should not be, otherwise it is 3 *.

Regarding "service at zero" ... If by service we mean the daily change of linen, towels and coffee in bed - probably yes, at zero.

I myself give the top five for the service, because no complaints about the staff.

The rooms are clean, cleaning every other day. On the second day after arrival, a second set of towels appeared in the room, when they were changed, then both sets at once. Linen change - once a week. There is soap and shower gel, and when they run out, they bring more.

With my complete ignorance of both Spanish and English, the reception was always ready to solve some minor issues, which were few.

I can't say anything about food, I took the option without breakfast. In the morning in the bar you can take croissants, some drinks, but there are a lot of cafes and shops around, so there was no desire to have breakfast in the hostel bar.

Due to the poor lighting in the lobby and in the corridors, and I arrived at night, the hostel looks gloomy. The room itself is 6 sq.m. approximately (single) + a small corridor, they did not add optimism, besides the view from the window - to the window of the next room with very restless compatriots.

Noise isolation is already weak, and because of the open windows you can hear everyone whose windows face this side.

As soon as my neighbors left from the window opposite, it became much calmer and quieter. Those. will be quiet or noisy depends on how lucky you are with your neighbors.

You quickly get used to the spartan atmosphere of the room and do not pay attention, but I was very pleased with the presence, albeit a small one, but a bathroom, not a shower, the bathroom itself is not cramped, the plumbing is serviceable, there were no problems with hot water, a comfortable bed, there was a woolen blanket (did not use , although it was noticeably cool for a couple of nights), the absence electronic key - you can safely put the camera batteries on charge and leave :) To the beach - 5 minutes, to the bus station - 5 minutes, to the center of Blanes at least 10 minutes on foot.

Of the minuses - I was not lucky with a view from the room, so I constantly had to curtain the window, a small and low table - I was uncomfortable.

Basically, I only came to the room to spend the night and change.

Before going on vacation, decide on the purpose of your vacation and form your requests accordingly. I went to rest, enjoy Spain, the sea and the sun, and most importantly - I wanted to feel the spirit of the country! Who needs a boring hotel vacation with obsessive service, a feast of the belly in a hotel restaurant - Miranda is not for you. Reviews with exclamations "I'm in shock!" make you smile - weren't you interested in knowing where you are going? What are you paying for? Browse the Internet, evaluate the price-request-quality ratio of the tour and only then decide to buy or not. There is nothing to blame on the mirror, if ... (c) I found enough reviews (albeit not in Russian) about Miranda, so I knew perfectly well what awaited me. And I expected, to be honest, much worse. In the end, everything is fine. Clean, tidy, very nice girl Juliana, who cleans the rooms, is always ready to help and can change towels at least twice a day without any problems. With a shower - it's as luck would have it, not all rooms have baths, small single showers. As for breakfast - continental breakfasts (and in Spain only such breakfasts - coffee + bun - again, you could read about this on the Internet) are not at all varied - that's why I didn't have breakfast at the hostel. It is much more pleasant to have breakfast in different cafes every morning, where you can taste insanely delicious pastries and aromatic coffee! The staff are very nice young people! Few people speak English in Spain, so feel free to speak English or even Russian - and you will be understood. The main thing is to do it kindly, and not in a typical Russian boorish manner.

Living with children in such conditions is not suitable. The beds are loose. Wardrobe, the number of hangers does not correspond to the number of residents. When staying in a hostel for 7 days, linen was changed 1 time, towels 1 time / 2 days. Wi-fi is good, but it was paid for us. The beach is 100 m away, the infrastructure is well developed, it is easy to get to Barça, Figueres and other nearby cities, the bus station is within walking distance, and you can get to the nearest resorts by land and water transport. You can stop, but for a period of no more than 5 days.

Very comfortable bed, European breakfast from 8 to 10.30 am (juices, fruits, coffee, bread, jamon, cheese, sausage, cereals, sometimes delicious yogurt is served) buffet.
