This World of Warcraft Cooking Guide 1 - 525 will help you level up the Cooking profession as the fastest possible ways... The guide is based on recipes from merchants scattered throughout Azeroth, so get ready - you'll have to travel not only for recipes, but also for the necessary meat, eggs, etc. You will have to travel a lot ... The guide has been updated in accordance with patch 4.3.

If you are just starting to level up your character, I advise you to learn Cooking as quickly as possible, because killing level 10 pigs being 85 is not entirely interesting. Well, if you are already 85, then read on, follow the instructions and you will succeed.

Cooking Leveling Guide 1 - 525

We start as always - by studying the profession of Culinary. This can be done in any capital of Azeroth with a trainer. Finding a coach (of course, if you don't already know where he is) is very simple - ask the guard and they will prompt you. Learn Cooking Apprentice.

To prepare food, drag out the Bonfire skill somewhere on the panel.

If you're not planning on pumping up to 450 per day, visit Marogg in Orgrimmar or Robbie Flay in Stormwind. These NPCs give daily, which will have to be done if you are going to pump Cooking up to 525. As you complete the quests, for each of them, you will be given 1 or 2 Chef Rewards. These rewards can be used to buy new recipes, but more on that later, upon reaching profession level 450.

  • 1 - 40
    60 x [Spice Bread] - 60 [Simple Flour], 60 Herbs

Usually, where bears are found, wolves are also found. Kill both of them so that you can also cook [Wolf Meat with Spices].

When you reach 75, don't forget to visit a trainer.

80 - 130

Learn Cooking (Journeyman) from your trainer.

  • 80 - 130
Head to Ashenvale, then northwest to the sea between Blackfathom Deeps and Zoramtar Outpost.

There is another great recipe for stage 275 - 300, but to get it, you will have to run through the Forgotten City East dungeon. This [Recipe: Dessert from Run-Tum Root] is dropped by a mob named Pusillin, who at the very beginning of the instance invites you to play catch-up.

At level 70, you can run this dungeon alone - the higher your level, the better. The recipe, unfortunately, becomes personal when picked up, and therefore it will be more difficult to get it with a group, especially considering that everyone is involved in everything.

To prepare the recipe, you need to collect [Rune-Tum Root] in the same dungeon, which are located in the Crooked Tree Pods scattered throughout the instance. In one run, you can collect about 25 roots, which will be enough to pump Cooking up to 300.

Although, it is worth noting that on Desserts you can get up to 325, all you have to do is run through the dungeon a few more times. To do it or not is up to you.

To get this recipe, you need to complete two quests:
    1. A dish of worms
    2. Endowment of knowledge

300 - 350

Visit a profession trainer and learn Cooking Master.

  • 300 - 325
30 x [Ravager Meat Sausage] (Recipe) - 30 [Ravager Flesh]

To get the recipe, you will have to complete the quest chain:
    1. Collecting Ravager Eggs
    2. The evil man is also meat
    3. Fly like a bird

  • 325 - 350
You have three options to choose from. We recommend farming Talbuk and Clefthoof meat in Nagrand, if only because it's easier.

Note that in order to be able to talk with mobs in Nagrand, you need to level up your reputation with Kureinai or Mage "Harami" to at least neutral.

  • 365 - 375
The Cooking Trainer will teach you a variety of recipes, but they all turn green at 382 and gray at 415. Any of these recipes are good enough to level up your profession. We recommend Rhino Sausages, especially if you are looking to farm ingredients. Near the Horde fortress in the Borean Tundra, there are a bunch of these Rhinoceros and they respawn almost instantly.

If you don't want to farm at all, look at the auction for the cheapest meat ([Rhino Meat], [Worm Meat], [Fangtooth Herring]), buy the recipes that fit the list and make.

  • 400 - 415
Cook according to recipes from the segment 365 - 375, if you don't want to bother with daily quests in Dalaran. The recipes will be green, which means that the Cooking skill will not increase every time - it is recommended to do this only if you need to pump Cooking as quickly as possible, which, in fact, is what we need.

In fact, you can swing on beer up to 440 if you wish. Remember, beer reagents are sold by vendors (waiters and bartenders) all over the world, so it is highly discouraged to buy them at auction.

  • 430 - 450
    20 x [Blackened Surprise] - 20 [Very Tough Meat]

450 - 525

Visit a Cooking Trainer and learn Cooking (Renowned Master).

From now on, all recipes will have to be bought with the Chef's Rewards, which are given to you for daily quests in Orgrimmar and Stormwind. As soon as you accumulate enough rewards, buy the necessary recipe and pump the profession to a certain level. Regular recipe price is 3 Chef Rewards.

  • 450 - 475
Go through the auction and compare the prices of the ingredients listed below, then choose the cheapest one and buy it in an amount of 28 to 35 pieces (more is better, you can always sell). If Fishing is leveled, catch the Striped Lurker in Twilight Highlands and fry it!

8. Learn [Recipe: sticks from a goldfish] and cook on it until the Cooking skill rises to 350. If you have not pumped it to 350, then we fish further and finish the Cooking profession.

Howling Fjord

1. Blowing into Vengeance Camp. Learning to become the great culinary and fishing masters from Thomas Colicio and Angelina Soren. From Kolichio we learn how to cook [Roasted Ossicle] and [Pickled Herring].

2. We run / fly to the east of the Utgarde Fortress. We fish and raise the Fishing skill to 420. To fish without breaking fish, use bait with a fishing bonus of +75 or +100 (no breaks by 475).

3. During the apa of fishing we will catch: Ossten, Toothy herring, Glacial salmon and Dwarf sucker (we do not use it in cooking, it is necessary for alchemists).

4. Cook [Toasted Oss] until the Cooking skill reaches 375. Don't waste all oss, it will come in handy at higher levels of the Cooking profession.

5. Cooking [Pickled Herring] by raising the Cooking skill to 415. Cooking all the Toothy Herring that is.

6. Save the ossicles and glacial salmon as you will need them later.

The last steps

1. Make Dalaran culinary dailies from Avilo Lon "gomba and collect Dalaran culinary awards. As we accumulate 3 awards, buy [Recipe: Special Snapper] from Misensi.

2. Catch (if necessary) Oss and cook [Special Snapper] raising your Cooking skill to 425.

3. Make culinary dailies until we get 3 Dalaran culinary awards. Buy [Recipe: A Feast for the Dwarfs] from Misensi.

4. Fishing in the Sholazar Basin until we raise the Fishing skill to 450.

5. Now it remains to raise the skill only in Cooking to 450. To do this, make culinary daily (you will need Northern spices (0.5-3 gold apiece)), fish, farm Rhino meat and prepare [Feast for dwarfs]. But you can buy at the Auction, who is too lazy to farm.
