Essay “I am a physical education instructor”

Olga Mikhailova
Essay “I am a physical education instructor”

I work as a physical education instructor in a kindergarten. For more than twenty years I have been coming to my favorite gym to meet with preschoolers, where I conduct morning exercises, classes and leisure activities. Every day I am glad that I chose this profession, that my work brings so many positive emotions.

Modern society sets teachers the task of preserving and strengthening the health of children. My role, as a physical education instructor, is not just to teach a child how to correctly perform basic types of movements, but also to do everything so that every student carries the need for physical activity throughout his life.

That is why one of the main directions of my work is strengthening child health and preventing the most common childhood diseases. I constantly improve my qualifications at various courses related to this area, study scientific and methodological literature, and exchange experiences with colleagues at methodological associations. All this allowed me to introduce into the practice of our preschool institution such health-saving technologies as classes in the additional education program “Dance and Play”, various areas of health-improving gymnastics for the prevention of visual impairment, breathing, musculoskeletal disorders, elements of self-massage, finger gymnastics, play stretching , elements of relaxation, exercises on the equipment of the TISA training and information system.

Understanding that in preschoolers involuntary attention predominates, and that children of this age are able to focus mainly on what they like, and not on what I “need”, I try to structure physical education and recreational work in such a way that children are interested and fascinatingly. To do this, I use musical accompaniment, travel through fairy tales, elements of competitions, and non-standard equipment. I completely agree with the expression of I. Sechenov, who said that “The child is always right. Only an adult whose program is not interesting to a child can be wrong.”

To solve the problems of strengthening the physical and mental health of children in a preschool institution, it is important that all teachers take an integrated approach to health-improving work. Therefore, I try to actively disseminate my experience at master classes and pedagogical councils, conduct practical classes, master classes, compile card files of games and exercises. One of my achievements is the organization and holding of the annual “Teachers’ Spartakiad” among preschool institutions in our district, participation in which encourages educators to strive to be in the best sports shape in order to set an example for their charges.

And of course, it is worth noting the relevance of working with the families of pupils, so that not only in the preschool institution children improve their health, but also at home, parents pay attention to this. That is why the modern concept of education requires finding effective forms of working with parents. Sports leisure activities, competitions, holidays together with parents have become firmly established in the life of our institution, and I organize and conduct them with pleasure. Whoever I had to be: Carlson, Clown, Baba Yaga and other animator characters. This is where there is room to reveal your artistic abilities! In what other profession can you get such a charge of vivacity and positivity?

Last year, at our institution, I introduced one of the interesting forms of working with parents - the creation of a family club “Krepysh”, where at master classes mothers, fathers and even grandmothers, together with their children, get acquainted with exercises for the prevention of diseases. I managed to arouse a steady interest of parents and children in the work of the family club, so I consider this form of work to be one of the most effective.

I am pleased to present my experience at cluster methodological associations of physical education instructors, seminars, conferences, and professional competitions. I consider this an important link in the work of a modern teacher. Participation in the “Health Teacher of Russia” competition, where I became a laureate, was interesting and unforgettable. It’s nice to know that my colleagues noted and appreciated my open lesson, which I conducted with preschoolers on health-saving technologies at a cluster methodological association of physical education instructors. Participation in a scientific and practical conference on the basis of APPO was memorable

“On the way to a school of health: best practices in training a modern teacher,” where I presented a report at the section “Health-saving technologies in the work of a modern teacher.” My presentation showing some exercises aroused interest not only among preschool workers, but also school teachers, which confirms that I am on the right track.

I try to develop and keep up with the times, there are many interesting ideas and projects ahead. I love my job and am happy that I am where I am.

Physical education instructor in kindergarten

1. I work as a physical education instructor in the preschool department of a school (kindergarten). I am officially hired for one rate, and I am also paid an additional 0.5 rate in interest for complexity and tension. How many hours should I work?
If I officially get a job at 1.5 rates, how many hours will I need to work? Is the additional 0.5 pay rate exactly half of the salary or more or does it depend on the specific institution?

1.1. If you were hired, then you must work and receive payment in accordance with your employment contract. If the contract states that in addition to the tariff rate, the employer also pays bonuses, then this implies that they are not included in the tariff rate. Article 133 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation implies the establishment of a salary not lower than the minimum wage for employees who have worked the full time limit for the month. According to Art. 72 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, changes in the terms of the employment contract determined by the parties, including changes in wages, are allowed only with your consent.

1.2. Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated December 22, 2014 N 1601 “On the duration of working hours (standard hours of teaching work for the wage rate) of teaching workers and on the procedure for determining the teaching load of teaching workers specified in the employment contract” (with amendments and additions )…
1. The length of working time (standard hours of teaching work per wage rate) for teaching staff is established on the basis of a reduced working time of no more than 36 hours per week.
2. Depending on the position and (or) specialty of teaching staff, the following working hours or standard hours of teaching work are established for the wage rate.
2.1. The working hours of 36 hours per week are determined by:
…heads of physical education of organizations carrying out educational activities in educational programs of secondary vocational education;
…2.6. The standard hours of teaching work 30 hours per week for the wage rate is established:
physical education instructors;
…2.8.1. The standard hours of educational (teaching) work are 18 hours per week for the wage rate is established:
…trainers-teachers and senior trainers-teachers of organizations carrying out educational activities in educational programs in the field of physical culture and sports
All conditions for payment are stipulated in the employment contract - Art. 57 Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
...The following conditions are mandatory for inclusion in an employment contract:
...labor function (work according to the position in accordance with the staffing table, profession, specialty indicating qualifications; specific type of work assigned to the employee). If, in accordance with this Code and other federal laws, the performance of work in certain positions, professions, specialties is associated with the provision of compensation and benefits or the presence of restrictions, then the names of these positions, professions or specialties and the qualification requirements for them must correspond to the names and requirements specified in qualification reference books approved in the manner established by the Government of the Russian Federation, or the relevant provisions of professional standards;
The main thing is that the payment is not lower than the minimum wage, and the rest is stipulated in the employment contract.

1.3. Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated December 22, 2014 N 1601 “On the duration of working hours (standard hours of teaching work for the wage rate) of teaching workers and on the procedure for determining the teaching load of teaching workers specified in the employment contract” (with amendments and additions ) establishes a working week of 30 hours for a physical education instructor
Here, of course, we mean one rate, and for one and a half rates it turns out to be 45 hours a week
As for payment of 0.5 rates, the issue of payment in accordance with Article 135 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation is decided by a specific institution.

1.4. Good afternoon Alena
The standard hours of teaching work 30 hours per week for the wage rate is established:
physical education instructors
For pedagogical work or educational (teaching) work performed by a teaching employee with his written consent in excess of the established norm of hours for the wage rate or below the established norm of hours for the wage rate, payment is made from the established amount of the wage rate in proportion to the actually determined volume of teaching or educational work (teaching) work
Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated December 22, 2014 N 1601 “On the duration of working hours (standard hours of teaching work for the wage rate) of teaching workers and on the procedure for determining the teaching load of teaching workers specified in the employment contract” (with amendments and additions ) Appendix No. 1.
