In addition, increased requirements for increased wages: Experience in the relevant position from 3 years, passing various courses and sales training, experience in financial planning and conducting productive negotiations. Also welcome the presence of a diploma MBA and knowledge of English.

At the same time, the average age of the future commercial director is about 40 years. Most often it is men with top profile education. In addition, each candidate must have good recommendations from the previous job.

Also, the employer may also provide specific requirements for the applicant. For example, this is the ownership of motor vehicles, consent to the performance of duties overcast time, the presence of certain diplomas, etc.

Registration of a commercial director to work

This issue in each company is solved in accordance with the existing legislative acts. Pre-candidate is coordinated with the owners of the company. If it is not possible to find a professional employee on the side, most often for this position appoint the chief accountant of the enterprise. It is this person that has all the necessary knowledge and skills for this position. This makes the appropriate record of the translation in the employment record.

The order for the appointment of a commercial director is signed by the Director General or the head of the enterprise. In the same way, the employee is fired from this position.

Due to the fact that the newly adopted person is a huge responsibility, it is advisable to conclude an employment contract with it. In it, as in the official instructions, all rights and obligations of the future commercial director are indicated. Here it is prescribed a privacy and non-disclosure point, the material responsibility and conditions of early termination of the existing contract.

However, in any case, an appropriate entry in the workbook on the acceptance time and the order number is made in the personnel department.
