On the other hand, we have new regions, new federations are opening. I hope this event will give an impetus to the opening of the children-youth sports school and here in Belgorod. The Federation is very good here, the guys are initiative, thirsting to work and develop.

For the second year in a row, we will participate in the "presidential sports games". These are the largest competition among schoolchildren, studying not in sports, namely in secondary schools. Among other sports in the final presented and rugby.

- For example, at the last Universiade, teams of 63 universities participated in the qualifying competitions. If earlier I combined work on hiring with my business, then since 2016, I work independently. Today I have two activities - a retail online store of finishing materials "Quadrature" and the production and trading company "Door question". "Quadratura" was founded in 2009 in Novosibirsk, and at the moment it works in two federal districts - Siberian and South, in 11 cities. And the second company deals with the distribution of interroom doors under its own brand in the South Federal District and the North Caucasus Federal District. At the competition "Leaders of Russia", I wanted to represent both companies, but as a result, I was recorded as an individual entrepreneur.

In fact, the competition was held in four stages - two correspondence and two full-time. The first stage was on general knowledge and was a series of tests on geography, history, literature and law of Russia. The second correspondence test was significantly more complex - to test management qualifications, and already those who passed it came to the face of the selection. After passing the correspondence stages, I participated in the semifinals in the South Federal District, in Rostov-on-Don. There were 300 people from all over the south of Russia, very strong guys. Of these, 30 people have passed, similarly to all districts - thus, 300 contestants from all over the country participated in the final in Sochi. The full-time part was similar, but with some nuances: we worked in teams of 8-10 people, jointly solved cases, specific business tasks, there were individual tasks, also a different kind of testing. The final had several very interesting tasks: holding a lesson on leadership for Sochi schoolchildren, production optimization on the example of teamwork of birdhouses, creating small teams of 78 fragments.

- And what stage was the most difficult?

The most difficult, of course, was the final. On the semifinals, the probability of victory was 1 to 10, and, probably, people did not think "I'm going to accurately", there was a more friendly atmosphere. In the final, competition was tougher, some leaders gathered, and they came to win. Everyone wanted to express and prove his opinion, and was not always comfortable to work in such a struggle.

Yes, 300 people passed to the final, and only 100 became the winners, fortunately, I managed to get into their number (the results were voiced by clusters in 20 places, I have a second cluster - places from the 20th to 40th). In fact, I believe that all the finalists were very worthy, and the random people were not there in principle. The struggle was of course tough, but very interesting. It seems to me that it was important to focus, concentrate on the result, while remaining myself and without playing. Not all participants succeeded. As one of my colleagues said in the final: "If you run a row, you just need to run fast all hundred meters." I really liked this phrase, I tried to follow it, apparently it was successful.

You graduated from NSUU in the specialty "Financial Management". How did the knowledge gained in the university come in handy?

In fact, for some time I even worked clearly in the specialty, engaged in bills in the subsidiary of the bank. Well, in general, the head without financial literacy is difficult to submit now, and in NSUUU give a very strong base. At this database, I developed throughout my professional activity, so the university had invaluable help.

With them we passed and the lyceum, and study in Narhoz, and now we communicate tightly, although we live in different ends of the country.

- How was your career after graduating from the university? How did you find yourself in Krasnodar?

As I said, I went to work when I studied in the second year. Many than engaged in: worked in marketing, sales, in finance, in general management. In 2009, he received a proposal from the Ulyanovsk manufacturer of doors to lead the regional representative office for the south of Russia, moved because of this to Krasnodar, where she worked for 7 years in this position, achieved very decent results with my team. In parallel, his business was developed - the online store of finishing materials, opened his branch in the south. In 2016, we decided to engage in the doors on our own and organized the production and trading company "Dooring question", we produce and sell interroom doors in the south and the Caucasus.

- Do you follow the life of the university now? If so, how do you evaluate the changes in it?

I watch, I will not say that it is intently, but really a lot of hear from the father about what is happening in the university. I am very glad that the material base of the university is developing, we did not have such a basin nor such chic audiences. It is cool that strengthens the teaching staff, because this is the most important thing. I hope that this year the university will successfully pass accreditation and will develop further - powerfully and confident.

- What would you advise students?

Speaking to apply in practice what you teach. What will not be applied is instantly, and it costs to repeat 40 times - and this is the habit. Carefully treat practice is the ability to make useful dating. Use anyone to "establish" with potential employers. I do not know how now in Siberia, and, for example, in the south, good vacancies do not fall into open sources at all. Well, I also advise to prepare for the "digital economy" and automation - it seems this topic will be pursued in subsequent years more and more.
