Thera's guild capital. Guilds. Guild member privileges

Alliances and what an ordinary player needs to know about them.

This guide will try to bring you up to date in the most informative way.

What are alliances?
Alliance - this is "union" in which all interested guilds on the server can join. There are three such alliances in the game:

Free traders from Velika
Iron order from the city of Kaytor
Union of the enlightened from the city of Allemanthea

Each of them gives its own bonuses and has its own "Headquarters" (usually, it is located near the capital of its province):

Free traders - bonus to gold obtained from mobs increased by 1%
Union of the enlightened - bonus to reputation earned (and credits) increased by 5%
Iron order - bonus to stun resistance increased by 5%
All bonuses take effect while you are in one of the alliances.

As soon as your guild joins one of the alliances, all guild members receive a letter with two skills: a Passive skill according to your alliance and a teleport skill to "Headquarters" Alliance (Recharge thirty minutes)

How to join the Alliance and can I change it.

To join an alliance - the leader of the guild must go to the Speaker in the "Headquarters" of the selected alliance, pay a fee of one thousand gold and have at least two people in the guild. (Guild level is not important)
The guild can change the alliance every six hours and pay the membership fee again.
In order for a player to leave the alliance, he must leave the guild or be expelled from it.
A player who left the alliance during the current season retains reputation points with the Noctium community, but loses all contribution to the alliance in the current season and rank.

Free Alliance Guilds

For players who do not want to play in the guild, but want to get an advantage from the alliance. For this, special system guilds have been created in which there is no leader and they are strictly tied to their alliance. As a rule, the capacity is one hundred people. If there are a hundred people in a guild, another guild is automatically created.

But there are a number of properties that are not available for system guilds:
1) Members of such guilds cannot receive the titles of Exarchs and Commanders.
2) GvG and Guild Bank - not available for system guilds.

What is in the "Headquarters" of the Alliance.

AT "Headquarters" there are various NPC : Special goods merchant, Bank, entrance to the "Alliance Vault" dungeon (as it will be in Russian is still unknown) and teleport to the fort of your alliance.
Fort- this is a high platform on which opponents cannot kill you, but as soon as you descend from it, you can be killed

Alliance Information

This information will contain English words.
All information about the Alliance is available in the interface window (Z key by default)
The window has 4 tabs Overview, My alliance, Standings and Alliance skills.

Overview

In it you can find out: What influence does the alliance hold, who is the Exarch of the Alliance - its leader, how many times he became Exarch, what taxes are established and whether the "Vault of the Alliance" is open.

My alliance

In the tab My alliance four sections: Policies, Alliance leaders, Hierarchy information and Profile.
Policies - you can find out from which guild the Exarch, what message he left to the Alliance, whether he activated any skill of the Alliance and the amount of taxes.
Alliance leaders - You can see all the leaders of the Alliance on this moment... At the top of the list are Defense Commanders, then Attack Commanders, then Supply Commanders. The ranks will be discussed later.
Hierarchy information - All the skills of the Alliance are indicated here, what they give and what rank can use them.
Profile - this is your profile in the alliance, it contains all the information about your character within the alliance, about your contribution, your KDA in the current season and your history for other seasons.

Standings

This tab also has four sections: Alliance Standings, Individual Standings, Extractor competition and Vault Access Hours.
Alliance Standings: You can see the alliance activity graph here.
Individual Standings: Allows you to see the nicknames and guilds of the nearest seven higher than you in rank and seven lower than you in rank.
Extractor competition: Actual information by extractors. Blue shows the number of extractors on the territory of each alliance, green points received for them. Below we will talk about extractors.
Vault Access Hours: Shows the time at which the "Alliance Vault" dungeon is available in each of the alliances. The more points your alliance has, the more hours this dungeon will be available. Below will be told about the dungeon itself.

Contribution points

Contribution points show your contribution to the Alliance in the current season. The player with the most contribution points can get the echelon rank or become one of the commanders and exarch. They can be obtained by completing special quests (Briefly about them below), killing players of other alliances, breaking other people's extractors, swinging the character.

Alliance Quests

Alliance quests differ from the rest with a purple icon above the heads of the NPC. They are also visible on the global map, as well as daily tasks... there is different types quests for the alliance: Gathering, solo quests, group quests, killing monsters and BAMs, bosses in dungeons.
The first two quests are taken from the "Headquarters" of the Alliance. Both dungeon quests: One on the Alliance Vault, the other on a regular dungeon.

Awards Program (Dungeon quest to choose from)
Reward: Pure Noctenium Powder x1, Alliance Contribution Points x110, Noctenium Society Credits x30
The essence of the task: You need to kill the last boss in one of the level 60 dungeons. Since it can be done in the Temple of Balder (solo option) - it is recommended to go through it there, you will save a lot of time.

"Alliance Vault"

Alliance Storage Quest:
Reward: Noctenium Infusion x200, Alliance Contribution Points x110, Noctenium Society Credits x30
The essence of the task: Kill a random BAM inside the dungeon.

The Alliance Vault itself for passing does not require any over-abilities from a person and a character in particular, but difficulties may arise. These BAMs love and know how to enter the "Rage" mode and overturn, but for the most part they basically just stand for the first 10-15 seconds (Possibly a bug) and do not interfere with beating themselves.

Alliance Vault Reward : Up-to-date jewelry (characteristics cannot be changed on it), gold, tokens for the purchase of underwear, up-to-date belt and a ticket to the group "Alliance Storage".
Differences from the solo dungeon - better and more reward and various consumables (mines, cans, grenades, noctenium infusion)

Alliance Conflict or Alliance War.

It is a massive PvP content for full members of the Alliance (more on that later), where the strongest guilds of their Alliance defend honor and glory, power and status.
Only players of the third tier can participate in the Battle of the Alliances - that is, this, Exarch, Attack commanders, Defense commanders, Supply commanders, The first, Second and Third Echelons... Therefore, if you want to participate in this mass carnage - complete the alliance quests every day!

The main Privileges and abilities of the Exarch will be listed here.

1) Establish a tax on your Continent.
2) Possibility to place "Golden Blacksmith"
3) Buffs on PvP (defense and attack), on increasing all basic indicators (Strength, Defense, Resistance, Balance) and on the experience gained.

The Exarch has a unique active skill - he can set a teleport point for the rest of the Alliance (To use it, the rest need a teleport scroll to this point)

Exarch's additional skills

1) Summon Alliance Defender - increases the defensive abilities of the Fortress

The Alliance System is a great experience and addictive PvP component of the game. Each active player must participate in the Battle of the Alliances and receive for this reward:

Rank: 1st place award / 2nd place award.

Exarch: 70,000 gold / 32,000 gold

Attack Commander: 35,000 gold / 15,000 gold

Good luck in conquering the Alliance and getting high ranks in it!

The guide was created using material from the site Goha.ru
For all site visitors a site from Ras

I'll start with the words that each person faced with the problem of loneliness in the world of TERA can join a ready-made guild or create his own and recruit people there, the server on which I play has 3.336 guilds (Exact infa from the guild list), you can join both Anglo and Russian-speaking guild, you can apply to the guild using: Social menu / Guilds / Guilds on server / Apply to guild.

Guild List

After considering your application, you may be admitted to the guild, also if you want to join the guild, look in the chat, there they are very often recruited to various guilds.

Creating your guild

It is as easy as shelling pears to create your own guild in TERA, and I’ll tell you how to do it right now. If you have no desire to play in a team, you can create a guild for farming alliance territories and a warehouse. To create a guild you will need:

  • The minimum character level is 8.
  • 30 silver coins.
  • 2 players in the party, you + one more.

Guild Manager

Guild manager on Velika map

Then you communicate with him, invent the name of the guild and actually create the guild, after which you can join it to the alliance, but more on that later.

Congratulations, you have created your own guild and want to make a beautiful emblem for it, but you don’t know how, everything is extremely simple, to the left of the NPC from which you created the guild is the NPC who is in charge of the emblems.

But during a dialogue with him, you suddenly find out that he has no emblems, everything is simple here, to create an emblem, you need to download any image in BMP format and 64x64 size from the Internet and place it in the game folder, for example: E: TERA / Client / S1Game / GuildLogoUpload. After that, talk again with the nip head of the emblems.

My warehouse emblem

Nip does not take money for installing the emblem. That's all about creation and about guilds in general. Further more interesting.

Alliances

After creating a guild, you can join it to an alliance, I will now tell you how to do this and why alliances are needed in TERA in general. In total, we are given 3 alliances to choose from, each of the alliances belongs to one of the capitals:

  • Iron Order - Capital of Kaiator.
  • Free Traders Collective - Capital of Velika.
  • Enlightened Union - Capital of Allemantheia.

Also, each of the alliances offers us its own bonuses for joining it:

  • Iron Order - 5% resistance to stuns and teleport to alliance territory.
  • Free Traders Collective - 1% increase in money drop from mobs and teleport to alliance territory.
  • Enlightened Union - 5% increase in getting rep credits and teleport to alliance territory.

In general, the choice of the alliance is completely yours, in order to join the alliance you will need:

  • 2 or more people in the guild.
  • 1000 gold.

Only the current leader of the guild has the right to join the alliance. After joining the alliance, all members of the guild will receive a letter by mail containing 2 alliance skills, one of which is a teleport, the second is passive, which actually gives the bonus offered by the selected alliance.

Alliance territories and quests for them

Each of the alliances has its own territory, where you can get using the teleport skill, on the territory of each alliance there are nips that will give you daily tasks, the daily tasks issued by the alliance are used to gain CPs points and raise the alliance in the ranking, both your own and the guild one. The more people there are in your guild and the more often the people fulfill the daily routine, the higher places the guild takes in the ratings.

Nips issuing quests

Quests issued by nips are of the following types: Gathering, to kill mobs, to kill elite mobs, to go to dungeons and steal keys.

  • Collect ore.
  • Collect essences.
  • Collect flowers.
  • Kill mobs on the territory of your alliance.
  • Kill mobs in the Free traders Collective area.
  • Kill mobs in the Enlightened Union area.
  • Kill elites on the territory of your alliance.
  • Kill elites in the Free traders Collective territory.
  • Kill the elites in the Enlightened Union compound.
  • Go to dungeons (Optional) Argon corpus, Manaya Core (Normal and Hard) and kill the final boss in them.
  • Go to the Alliance Vault and kill the Elite in it (There are 2 types of Alliance Vault, one is designed for soloing the second for a group of 5 people)
  • Steal keys from noctenium extractors on the territory of the opponent's alliance (You can steal keys no more than 5 times a day on the territory of each of the alliances).

Stealing keys

Unlike other quests, it is performed with a rather small hemorrhoid, because stealing keys has to be in enemy territories and being caught stealing is tantamount to failing a quest, so I prefer to steal keys in my free time from pvp. In order to steal the key from the extractor, first of all you need to find the extractor itself, often a lot of extractors are scattered across the alliance territories, but most of them are located near the cities.

Noctenium Extractor

So you found the extractors, your task is to clean them and dump them without getting caught by the members of another alliance, but then a problem arises, if you sit on the mount or use the teleport to the world zone, all the keys you stole will be dropped and the task will be failed. Therefore, you will have to run only on your own two, from the extractor to the nip who gave you the task of stealing. To successfully complete tasks related to stealing keys, there is an invisibility potion that works only in alliance territories, we use the potion and steal forward. But here, too, not without problems, any of the players walking around the alliance territory has a detector that takes you out of the state of invisibility, the detector has a dedicated radius of action, so only a super dull person can get caught in it. Also, invisibility is removed when you try to mount or use a skill.

Character under the potion of invisibility

Coverage area detector totem

Noctenium extractor`s are a very important part of the alliance, the more extractors control the alliance, the more influential it seems, so members of the enemy alliances will in every possible way prevent the theft of keys from their territories. Be careful.

Alliance vaults

Dungeons intended for visiting by members of the alliance open at a certain time and after passing have a CD of 3 hours. You can take the quest to visit the Alliance Vault from a nip located in the territory attached to your alliance (For me, this is the Iron order Hall). The purpose of the quest is to kill the elite in it and get a reward.

The actual target elite

And a short video of the fight with her

Alliance jewelry drops from the elite, vault noctenium infusion`s, as well as vault ticket`s which are used to enter the alliance dungeon designed for 5 people.

Noctenium infusion`s

I call this item alliance banks, when used, these banks hang an additional property on some of the skills used, which in turn gives us additional damage with a highlighted yellow color. To craft 25 of these jars, we need:

  • Noctenium tissue x3 - drops from mobs in alliance territories.
  • Pure Noctenium Powder x1 - given as a reward for completing alliance quests.
  • Affinity Catalyst x1 - sold by the Quartermaster merchant located in the territory adjacent to the alliance (for example, Iron Order Hall).

When attacking with some skills on which the effect is given, the character's hand starts to glow green, while additional damage is indicated by yellow numbers.

That's all for now, in the next posts I will tell you about the system of government within the alliance, how to become an exarch and get into the elite of alliances called echelons and much more. All comments and corrections are requested in the LAN.

Guild - a large association of players with something greater as a goal than just getting together and having fun together, playing. Being in a guild means not only easily communicating with your friends, always keeping in touch with the people you need, but also having your own responsibilities and tasks.
How to create a guild?
Guild creation - the matter is very simple. Minimum requirements: two people in a group, the guild leader must be at least eighth level and have at least 30 silver. The guild leader should talk to the Guild Manager, an NPC in Velika, which is located in the South-East part Plaza of the huntress... The guild leader must choose a guild name and become the first guild master.
Settings
The Guild Leader can work with the guild settings ( / gapply * guild name * in chat), remove players from the roster, improve the guild so that it can participate in higher-level events, and the leader can also manage the guild bank.
There is an advanced guild management guide that we will be sharing soon.
Guild logo
Guild Leader can download .BMP image ( 64x64 pixels), which will become the guild's emblem and represent it around the world. This logo will be displayed next to the name and rank of the character in the game, and it will be possible to change it with the same NPCs in Velika.
Guild Ranks
The leader can also create and designate multiple ranks within his guild through the guild management interface ( / g). These ranks give various advantages and powers in the guild, for example, access to the guild bank, the ability to invite other players to the guild ( / ginvite in chat) or the ability to change the daily message to all guild players.
Guild Bank
As soon as you joined the guild, you will be able to access not only the list of all friends in it, but also the internal bank of the guild. It works in the same way as your personal bank, all members of the guild can contribute to it. All items not tied to the player (materials for crafting, crystals, equipment, etc.) can be placed in the bank. The guildmaster can specify with his own hand who can make transactions with the bank and who cannot.
Guild Quests
By reading news boards in cities and towns, guild members can take on special quests that are reserved for guilds only. Winning these quests will not give you experience, but you will receive one to four special rewards - Catharnach Awards... All of these quests are for competitive purposes, they should not affect the zone itself and the historical quests in the same area. As you open the location, more and more guild quests will become available to you. All of them also depend on the level: if you have a player with a clearly higher level in your team, some guild quests may not be available to you.
Guild levels
In TERA, each guild can have 3 levels.
  • Level 1: standard for any guild.
  • Level 2: to get this level, the guild must pay 20 Catharnach Awards.
  • Level 3: to reach this level, the guild must already be level 2 and spend another 50 rewards.
Every two weeks, high-level guilds must either renew or improve the guild level. Otherwise, the guild will again be downgraded to level 1. Extending the validity period of the level is also spent Catharnach Awards.
Why should I join a guild?
Guild - not just a bunch of players, it is a combination of common resources that can make your life easier and diversify your gameplay. Players with high social and trading skills, as well as excellent travelers who can earn good rewards for their guild, will be able to realize themselves here.
Guild member privileges
Members of Guilds level 2 and 3 can spend Catharnach Awardsto purchase special items from merchants. These items will be very useful to you, as in PvEand in PvP situations.
Also, guild members can participate in the alliance system TERAsome may become Echelons. Also, the Guildmaster can apply to take one of the command positions in the alliance.

Also, any guild can participate in a guild battle. After the declaration of war, for 24 hours, the warring guilds can kill each other's members in PvP mode anywhere and anytime. The guild itself can simultaneously declare three guilds as its enemies.

What is a guild?

Guilds are, in fact, a large group of people who have come together to play and achieve great goals. As part of the guild, you will not only find new friends, but also take part in large-scale battles. The guild plays an important political role in Tera.

How to create a Guild

Forming a guild is pretty straightforward. Minimum system requirements: Two people in a party, a party leader, the leader's level must be at least level 8 and have 30 silver in his inventory. The party leader must speak to the Guild NPC manager Velika located in the southeast corner of the Plaza of the Huntress. party chooses the name of the guild.

Guild Management

The guild leader can view applications in the guild (/ gapply guildname send a request to accept a player), kick out guild members and manage the guild bank itself.

Guild logo
The guild leader can upload. BMP image (must be exactly 64x64 pixels). This logo will appear next to the name and name of the character in the game, and can be changed to Greats by the NPC. And if the leader of the guild becomes Vanarch, this logo will appear throughout the area where he rules.

Rank

Guild leaders can create and name any number of ranks in a guild via the guild interface (/ g). These ranks can have different rights and opportunities in the guild, like full access to the bank guild, the ability to invite other players to join the guild (/ ginvite in the chat window), and the ability to change the daily guild messages.

Guild bank

Once you join a guild, you will not only have access to a group of friends, but also to the guild bank. It acts just like your personal bank, the rest of your guild can contribute. Everyone can make any donation (crafting materials, crystals, spare weapons, and much more).

Guild Quests

From the board in cities and towns, guild members can accept special assignments. These quests are not XP rewards upon completion, but Catharnach guild medals. If you are at a high level, you will not be able to take certain guild quests.

Guild levels
There are three different levels of guilds.
Level 1: This is the default level for any guild
Level 2: To advance to this level, the guild must spend 20 Catharnach rewards.
Level 3: To advance to this level, the guild must first be level 2 and then spend an additional 50 Catharnach rewards

The guild level must be increased every two weeks, through additional Catharnach rewards, or returned to level 1.

Guild Membership Benefits

Members of level 2 or higher can use Catharnach rewards to purchase and use special items in major cities. These items are useful in both PvE and PvP situations.

Level 3 guild leaders with at least 20 people can register as a candidate in the TERA political system.

Guild members in Vanarch receive special recognition in the form of exclusive mounts. Their logo will be visible throughout the province they control.

Guilds can take part in special GVG battles (Guilds against Guilds). After declaring war within 24 hours, a rival guild can "kill" each other.

Guild. What is it?

Basically, a guild is a large group of people who come together to play together, but also work on a larger mission. Being in a guild means you won't lose sight of your friends and you will always have someone to play with, but that's not all: guilds are also an integral part of TERA's political system.

How to create a guild.

It's very simple. All that is required is a group of two, the leader of which must be at least eighth level and have a total of at least 30 silver coins. After speaking with the Guild Manager NPC in Velika at the southeast corner of the Plaza of the Huntress and giving the guild a name, the party leader becomes the guild's first guild master.

Guild management

The guild leader can:
view applications for joining the guild (command / gapply)
exclude players from the guild
carry out guild upgrades to gain access to high-level activities
manage guild banks
Do you already know the basics? For more information, check out our advanced guild management article.

Guild logo

The head of the guild can upload a BMP image (note! Its resolution must be 64 * 64 pixels), which will be a kind of symbol of the guild in the game world. The logo will be displayed next to the name and rank (if any) of the player, but you can change it, talk to the NPC in Velika. If the guild leader becomes Vanarch, this logo will be visible throughout the zone he controls.

Guild ranks

The guild leader can create as many intra-guild ranks as he wants and come up with names for them, for this you need to use the guild management interface (command / g). Each rank can be given different powers, such as full access to the guild bank, the ability to invite other players to the guild (command / ginvite in the chat window) and change the guild message of the day.

Guild Bank

By joining a guild, in addition to a group of friends, the player also gains access to the guild bank. It works in exactly the same way as a personal bank, but all other members of the guild can also access it. Any of them can place in the bank items not tied to the character (production materials, crystals, spare equipment, etc.), but it is the guildmaster who decides who can take items from the bank and who can not.

Guild Quests

Using information boards located in large and small cities, guild members can accept special guild assignments. Completing these quests does not earn experience, but instead grants one to four Cathatnach rewards. These quests were created to complement, but not replace, Territory and Story Quests. As you progress through a specific zone, more guild quests will open up. They depend on the level, and if you have a high-level player in your group, you will not be able to advance in certain guild quests.

Guild levels

In total, TERA has three different guild levels:
-Level 1 has any guild by default
-To get level 2, you have to spend 20 Catharnach rewards.
-But to get the third level of the guild, you must first reach the second, and then invest another 50 awards.

Guilds whose level is higher than the default must renew or upgrade their level every two weeks, spending additional Catharnach rewards, otherwise their level will drop back to the first.

Why join a guild?

A guild is not just a group of characters always at hand, it is a special resource created to make your gaming experience longer and more enjoyable. Shared resources are just one factor, just as important is shared knowledge and experiences with other players, as well as the more obvious rewards for networking and relationships.

Guild Membership Benefits

Members of guilds level 2 and above can spend Cathanarch rewards to purchase special items from merchants in major cities. These items are useful in both PvE and PvP.

The leader of the guild of the third level, together with other members of this guild (at least 20), can nominate a candidate for participation in the political system of the game.

Guild members led by Vanarch receive special identification symbols in the form of exclusive mounts, and their guild logo can be seen in all parts of the province they control.

Guilds can also take part in special inter-guild battles. Within 24 hours of the announcement of such a feud, members of competing guilds can kill each other wherever PvP is available. A guild can take part in three of these battles at the same time.
