4. 7. Within three working days from the date of deployment on the electronic platform, a contract signed by an increased electronic signature of a person who has the right to act on behalf of the winner of the electronic procedure, and providing such a winner with the provision of the notice of the procurement, the Customer must Place in a single information system and on the electronic platform using a unified information system a contract signed by a strengthened electronic signature of a person who has the right to act on behalf of the customer.

11. 14. In the event that the winner of the electronic procedure is recognized as declared from the conclusion of the contract, the Customer has the right to conclude a contract with a participant of such a procedure, which is assigned to the second number. This participant is recognized as the winner of such a procedure, and the draft contract attached to the documentation and (or) the procurement notice, the Customer includes the conditions for the execution of this Contract proposed by this participant. The contract of the contract should be sent by the customer of this participant in a period not exceeding five days from the date of recognition of the winner of such a procedure declared from the conclusion of the contract. 15. A member of the electronic procedure recognized as the winner of the electronic procedure in accordance with Part 14 of this article shall be entitled to sign a contract of contract or place the draft disagreements provided for by part 4 of this article in accordance with the procedure and timing provided for in this article or refuse to conclude a contract. 16.
