Spring is in full swing, May is coming. Our entire country is getting ready to celebrate Victory Day. In preschool groups MBOU "Novovarshavskaya Gymnasium" A number of events were held to commemorate this date. Together with the children, we looked at illustrations, got acquainted with books about the Great Patriotic War, read poems and stories, listened to music, memorized songs about the war. The purpose of the activities carried out is the same - it is, first of all, Total, education of civic-patriotic feelings, the formation of knowledge in children about how the Russian people defended their homeland during the Second World War, the upbringing of respect and gratitude for the veterans of the Second World War.

On the eve of the holiday was organized exhibition of children's drawings dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory, it was attended by children of the middle, senior and preparatory groups.

From April 5 to April 10, 2011, the 1st stage of the competition was held children's drawing in order to support talented children, develop aesthetic education and engage in activities artistic creativity children preschool age, generalization and dissemination of positive best practices in the development of creative abilities of preschoolers in the Kuvandyk region. 14 preschool educational institutions took part in the competition. 3. Competition Management

3.1. Management, organization and holding of the competition is carried out by Organising Committee(hereinafter: "Organizing Committee") (Appendix 1).

3.2. Organizing Committee of the Competition:

Approves the composition of the jury;

Accepts and registers competitive works;

Produces and distributes information materials of the competition;

Summing up the results of the competition based on the decision of the jury.

The organizing committee of the competition provides:

    Equal and fair conditions for all participants of the competition;

    Placement of drawings on the school website;

    Prevention of disclosure of information about the results of the competition before the date of their official announcement.

By decision of the organizing committee, the work may not be accepted for consideration for the following reasons:

    Non-compliance with the requirements for the work - format, size, copyright infringement;

    Submission to the competition from one participant more than one work (one is chosen at the discretion of the organizing committee);

    Submission to the competition of work that does not correspond to the topic.

The jury evaluates competitive works and determines the Winner of the competition in accordance with the voting mechanism described in these Regulations.

The jury evaluates the drawings submitted to the competition according to the following criteria (on a five-point scale):

    Depth of disclosure of the topic of the competition;

    composition solution;

    Coloristic decision;

    Originality of the idea;

    The technical level of work performance.

The final score of each Participant is formed by summing up the scores of all Jury participants for all criteria + votes cast by students of MKOU "Urlapovskaya secondary school".

The jury has the right not to comment on the decision.

Members of the Jury are obliged to ensure non-disclosure of information about the intermediate and final results of the Contest before the end date of the Contest.

4. Evaluation of competitive materials

Drawings will be judged in the following categories:

    Students of primary grades 1-4;

    Students in grades 5-9;

    Students in grades 10-11.

5. General requirements for all nominations

    Each participant can submit no more than one work to the competition.

    No more than 30 works are accepted from one educational institution.

    Each Application must be accompanied by brief information about the author of the competitive drawing, the data of the teacher, as well as consent to the processing of personal data.

The drawings of the winners will be posted by the organizing committee on the website of the Urlapovskaya secondary school within five days after last day summing up.

Job requirements:

Drawings made in the Paint editor and saved in bmp format are accepted for the competition. The file name of the competitive drawing must contain: last name, first name, age and school number of the participant.

The application for participation in the competition is drawn up for all participants, in alphabetical order (see Appendix 3).

Works that do not meet the stated age category and the requirements of the competition will not be considered.

9. Competition results
