Parcel tracking across belarus belpochta. Track the parcel of mail in Belarus. Rules for accepting mail

Many people shop online, including from China. The delivery time of the goods is indicated on the seller's page. In this review, we will tell you about the most popular services for tracking parcels from China to Belarus.

After placing an order, the seller provides a track - a unique number with which you can see the journey of the product. The track number does not yet guarantee that the parcel will be sent. It may take a few days until we see movement.

In the order field of the Internet site, you can see the generalized tracking. The message about the change in status is received by e-mail.

Tracking on the website https://alitrack.ru/

This is a fairly convenient service with which you can determine the route of departure from the beginning of the movement.

You must register on the site. Then, in the "parcels" menu, fill in the page for each tracking code.

  1. Be sure to fill out the field with information about the international number.
  2. Description - for general display of the purchase. It is convenient if there are several parcels in standby mode.
  3. The delivery service in the country of the recipient and the sender is automatically selected.

After filling in, you should save the page with the "add" button.

With a frequency of no more than 2-3 times a day, you can update the tracking information for parcels from Aliexpress.

The current state will be reflected in the tabs: everything, awaiting, on the way and handed over. You can combine several parcels into one group. To do this, add a new one to the "group" field with the + button.

The site has a convenient counter of the time for tracking a parcel by track number, which remains until the completion of the transaction.

Each product icon has its own color, which means a change in the status of the movement at different stages.

  • White - no tracking information;
  • red - check digit does not correspond to the international format;
  • blue - the seller's mail has accepted the goods for shipment;
  • blue - export from the country of the sender;
  • purple - export for more than a month;
  • yellow - arrived in the recipient country;
  • light green - the goods have passed the customs zone;
  • green - arrival at the recipient's post office.

Tracking on the site http://www.belpost.by/

On the Belpochta service, you can track parcels from China on the main page in the "Tracking postal items" menu.

In the field that opens, you need to enter the track-tracking of the parcel in the international format. The entire route will open with an indication of the status. If you have any questions while passing through the customs zone, a form for clarifying information for customs will be available. It is necessary to control and record receipts by individuals within a month within 22 euros.

After passing through customs, the goods are transferred to their destination. Then you need to wait for admission to the post office at your place of residence.

Several important nuances for tracking and receiving goods

  1. New rules trading platforms oblige the seller to assign a number to any shipment. In this regard, shipping for cheap goods became paid. Therefore, if the tracking track is not assigned to the parcel or it is not visible on any service, there is a reason to talk to the seller and open a dispute.
  2. You do not have to wait for a notification of the receipt of goods in the department. The “delivery attempt” status on the tracking website indicates that the parcel can be picked up. To do this, it is enough to have a passport or driver's license with you.

Conclusion

Tracking goods from China is a kind of quest. Knowing some of the nuances will help avoid problems in obtaining. Accurate adherence to deadlines is important. Trade in China is structured in such a way that until the recipient receives confirmation of the goods, the money is not transferred to the seller. Therefore, in case of any nuances, it is important to contact the support service in a timely manner.

To track your parcel, you need to take a few simple steps.
1. Go to the home page
2. Enter the track code in the field with the heading "Track mailing"
3. Click on the "Track parcel" button located to the right of the field.
4. After a few seconds, the tracking result is displayed.
5. Study the result, and especially carefully the last status.
6. The projected delivery period, displayed in the track code information.

Try it, it's not difficult;)

If you do not understand the movement between postal companies, click on the link with the text "Group by company", which is located under the tracking statuses.

If you have any difficulties with statuses on English language, click on the link with the text "Translate into Russian", which is located under the tracking statuses.

Carefully read the section "Information about the track code", there you will find approximate delivery times and other useful information.

If, during tracking, a block is displayed in a red frame with the heading "Pay Attention!", Carefully read everything that is written in it.

In these information blocks, you will find 90% of the answers to all your questions.

If in the "Pay Attention!" it is written that the track code is not tracked in the country of destination, in this case, tracking the parcel becomes impossible after the parcel is sent to the country of destination / after arrival at Moscow Distribution Center / Item Arrived at Pulkovo / Arrived at Pulkovo / Left Luxembourg / Left Helsinki / Sending to the Russian Federation or after a long pause of 1 - 2 weeks, it is impossible to track the location of the parcel. Nothing, and nowhere. No way at all =)
In this case, you need to wait for a notification from your post office.

To calculate the delivery time in Russia (for example, after export, from Moscow to your city), use the "Delivery Control Time Calculator"

If the seller promised that the package will arrive in two weeks, and the package travels for more than two weeks, this is normal, the sellers are interested in sales, and therefore they are misleading.

If less than 7-14 days have passed since the receipt of the track code, and the parcel is not tracked, or the seller claims to have sent the parcel, and the status of the parcel "the item pre-advised" / "Received email notification" does not change for several days, this is normal, you can read more by clicking on the link:.

If the status of a postal item does not change for 7 - 20 days, do not worry, this is normal for international postal items.

If your previous orders arrived in 2-3 weeks, and a new package has been traveling for more than a month, this is normal, because parcels go by different routes, in different ways, they can wait for sending by plane for 1 day, or maybe a week.

If the parcel came out of sorting center, customs, intermediate point and there are no new statuses for 7 - 20 days, do not worry, the parcel is not a courier who carries the parcel from one city to your home. In order for a new status to appear, the parcel must arrive, unload, scan, etc. at the next sorting point or post office, and this takes much more time than just getting from one city to another.

If you do not understand the meaning of such statuses as Acceptance / Export / Import / Arrived at the place of delivery, etc., you can see the decoding of the main statuses of international mail:

If, 5 days before the end of the protection period, the parcel is not delivered to your post office, you have the right to open a dispute.

If, based on the above, you do not understand anything, read this instruction again, and again, until you are completely enlightened;)
