Sibcem was not allowed to buy Iskitimcement

FAS officials supported Eduard Taran in his unwillingness to sell Iskitimcement, the only cement producer in the Novosibirsk region. The Antimonopoly Department did not allow Sibirskiy Cement to consolidate 100% of the company's shares. This deal could lead to limited competition in the Siberian federal district, counted in the FAS.

About the factory:

Iskitimcement OJSC is the only cement plant in the Novosibirsk Region. It supplies most of the construction companies, precast concrete factories, road complexes and other cement consumers with its products. The plant has a favorable geographical position with a developed infrastructure, rail and water transport, which creates an opportunity for uninterrupted supplies to all regions of Western Siberia. The presence of its own berth allows deliveries by water to the regions of the Far North to enterprises of the oil and gas industry.

A favorable combination of raw materials, a well-established production technology, an effective quality control system, highly qualified personnel allow us to produce a wide range of cement that meets the requirements of Russian and foreign standards. Currently, the number of workers is over 1200 people.

History:

A unique place in the economy of the Siberian region is occupied by Iskitimcement OJSC, a well-known enterprise that manufactures products for the construction industry. The history of the development of the Chernorechensky cement plant, this name was originally borne by Iskitimcement, is closely related to the history of our country and the development of Western Siberia.

The project of the Chernorechensky cement plant was developed and adopted in 1929. According to this project, the plant was supposed to produce 700 thousand barrels of cement per year. The plant was built by the hands of local peasants who forever linked their fate with the cement plant. The launch of the first kiln at the Chernorechensky cement plant was carried out on September 24, 1934.

The plant developed, reconstructed, and already in 1961 produced 1 million 24 thousand tons of cement. Then there was a time of great construction projects in the country. Development of Siberia and Of the Far East required a sharp increase in cement production. The Chernorechensky cement plant could no longer cope, and it was decided to build a new plant in Iskitim. To coordinate the construction and installation work, the headquarters of the All-Union Shock Komsomol Construction was created under the leadership of N.V. Krasnoshchekov.

Many engineering and technological problems had to be solved for the first time. For the first time, for example, rotary kilns were installed in the open air. It was necessary to overcome quite a few difficulties in order to launch a complex of new furnaces, raw materials and cement mills, to operate them, to carry out repairs in the conditions of the Siberian winter.

Thanks to the enthusiasm of the builders, installers, plant workers, the plant was built in a truly record time - in 33 months, instead of the usual 3-4 years.

Since 1962, with the launch of the first technological line with a 4.5 * 170 m furnace, the renewed enterprise has firmly taken a leading position among Russian cement producers. In 1975, the Chernorechensky cement plant produced almost 2.6 million tons of cement and reached its maximum design capacity.

The Chernorechensky cement plant, in terms of production volume and product range, provided all construction sites in Siberia with cement. The plant built roads, bus stops, residential buildings in the city of Iskitim. Two microdistricts of Iskitim - "Severny" and "Central" were practically built by a cement plant for its workers.

At the same time, the reconstruction and modernization of production was carried out. In 1984 the enterprise headed by B.G. Dernovsky, was converted to gas fuel. For almost 70 years of its activity, the cement plant produced 86 million 48 thousand tons of cement.

During the years of "perestroika" in the country, the volume of construction fell sharply. The demand for cement fell and even traditional consumers found themselves insolvent. The company has fallen on hard times. First, the industrial site No. 1 was stopped, the rest of the capacity was also not fully used.

In 1994 the plant was renamed to Iskitimcement JSC. Over the next eight years, the enterprise had a large debt on tax liabilities, the workers did not receive a salary for months. By the beginning of 2001, Iskitimcement had no funds to purchase spare parts and to repair equipment.

In January 2001, the RATM Industrial and Commercial Group, headed by Eduard Taran, showed interest in the plant. Within a short time, she became a strategic shareholder in the company. At present, PKG RATM and the administration of the Novosibirsk region are the largest shareholders of OJSC Iskitimcement, owning more than 90% of the shares. An extraordinary meeting of shareholders elected new council Directors chaired by A.S. Frantsev - Deputy Head of the Administration of the Novosibirsk Region.

The new management looked for and found ways to bring production out of the crisis, especially since the enterprise retained its production potential. The plant has its own quarries, a unique transport interchange: it can ship cement by road, rail and water transport, as it has its own port.

Production volumes

The production volumes grew accordingly. In 2001, 500 thousand tons of cement were produced, in 2007 - already 1 million 740 thousand tons, in 2008 - 1.84 million tons of cement. Iskitim plant is the leader among the enterprises of the industry in terms of production growth. OJSC "Iskitimcement" supplies construction organizations, factories of reinforced concrete products, road complexes with its products.

Geography of cooperation

The convenient location of the plant makes it possible to sell cement to almost all regions of the country by automobile and by rail... The presence of its own berth allows deliveries by water along the Ob River to the regions of the Far North to enterprises of the oil and gas industry. The geography of cement supplies is wide enough. These are Novosibirsk Region, Altai Territory, Kuzbass, Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk, Khakassia, Omsk, Tyumen, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazakhstan. The growth in sales volumes is directly related to the increase in construction volumes. In addition, the cement plant is located on a unique field, which provides excellent raw materials of stable quality. The products of Iskitimcement OJSC were awarded the International Trade Leader's Club Award - the GOLDEN TROPHY FOR QUALITY. guaranteed quality Iskitimcement OJSC is completing the implementation of the requirements of the GOST R ISO 9001-2001 standard.

Ecology

At OJSC "Iskitimcement" they pay Special attention compliance with environmental safety. Imported treatment equipment is purchased, which is much more efficient than the Russian one. A lot of work is being done to reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. Replacement of filtering material at all cement mills was carried out, repair of electrostatic precipitators on rotary kilns No. 6,8,9 and cyclones of belt conveyors of the "Syryevoy" workshop was carried out. The measures taken made it possible to increase the efficiency of the dust and gas collection units; by the end of this year, the modernization of the electrostatic precipitators on the drying drum and on furnaces No. 6 and No. 9 will be carried out. The costs of implementing measures for industrial ecology in 2007 amounted to 700 thousand rubles, in 2008 - 2 million rubles.

In 2007, 653 thousand rubles were allocated for the repair of filters, in 2008 - 50 million rubles. Also, in order to achieve the standards of maximum permissible emissions, the second stage of cleaning was installed and launched on two cyclones of the Raw materials workshop. And in the Roasting workshop, the cyclone was repaired at the transfer unit No. 2 (transfer to the joint warehouse). In addition, to improve the environmental situation at the enterprise, repair and restoration work is being carried out on the 2nd section of the electrostatic precipitator of the rotary kiln No. 9. The completion of these works is scheduled for March 2009.

The Department of Environmental Protection constantly monitors the timely delivery and disposal of production waste to specialized enterprises. OJSC "Iskitimcement" plans to carry out work to bring the emissions from the drying drum of the Grinding shop up to the maximum permissible standard. It is planned to train managers, specialists and other categories of employees of the enterprise in the field of environmental safety. Actions are also planned to comply with water use standards.

Iskitimcement OJSC implements investment project construction of a cement plant for the production of "dry" cement with a capacity of 1.3 million tons of cement per year. CJSC "Iskitimcement", which is the customer-developer, was organized to organize the construction. According to experts, operating in Russian Federation cement production capacities amount to 75 - 80 million tons of cement per year. With the commissioning of a dry-type cement plant, the total capacity of the two Iskitimcement plants will amount to 3.15 million tons of cement per year. The all-Russian share of Iskitimcement will reach 4%.

In 2014, the plant celebrated its 80th anniversary. In total, since the commissioning of the industrial facility, the enterprise has produced about 80 million tons of clinker and more than 100 million tons of cement.

The convenient geographical location of the plant allows shipping cement to almost all regions of the country, using rail and road transport. The presence of its own berth makes it possible to deliver products by water along the Ob River to the regions of the Far North.

The project of the Chernorechensky cement plant was developed and adopted in 1929. According to this project, the plant was supposed to produce 700 thousand barrels of cement per year. The furnaces were launched on September 24, 1934 at the first site. From that moment on, the enterprise has become one of the leading cement producers in Siberia. Even in the most difficult times, the plant workers did not stop improving production technologies, reconstructing equipment, studying the experience of Russian and foreign plants, and introducing the developments of industry institutes.

The first reconstruction took place in the mid-50s and already in 1961 the plant produced 1 million 24 thousand tons of cement. At that time, large-scale construction projects were carried out in the country, the development of Siberia and the Far East required an increase in cement production, so they decided to build a new plant in Iskitim. At site No. 2, furnace No. 6 was commissioned in 1961, furnace No. 7 in 1962, and furnace No. 8 in 1963. All three production lines were equipped with furnaces with a diameter of 4.5 × 170 m. In 1966, a fourth production line with the same furnace was put into operation at the same site.

In 1976, a decision was made to reconstruct the rotary kilns of the Roasting plant. The diameter of the rotary kiln No. 9 in the sintering zone was increased to five meters. In 1977, similar work was carried out on furnace No. 7, in 1978 - on furnace No. 8, in 1983 - on furnace No. 6. In 1985, the modernization of grinding equipment began. In the workshop "Raw materials" raw mill No. 3 measuring 3x14 m was replaced with a mill measuring 3.2x15 m, cement mill No. 4 measuring 3x14 m was replaced with a unit measuring 3.2x15 m, mill No. 5 measuring 3.2x15 m was put into operation In March 1992, a high-performance cement mill No. 6 with a size of 4x13.5 m was installed and put into operation in the "Grinding" workshop. All this made it possible to increase the production capacity of four technological lines located at the second production site to 1 million 680 thousand tons of cement and 1 million 320 thousand tons of clinker per year. The equivalent fuel consumption for firing 1 ton of clinker was 235 kg.

In the 90s, the volume of construction in the country fell sharply. The demand for cement fell and even traditional consumers found themselves insolvent. Hard times came for the enterprise: the first production site was stopped, work was carried out by one or two lines of site No. 2. In 1993, a decision was made: to close the cement production at site No. 1 and dismantle the equipment. The second technological site remained in operation.

Despite the difficult situation in the country, the company managed to retain its team. The plant workers did not stop improving the cement production technology. Commissioning in the 80s - 90s new technology, implementation of projects for the reconstruction and modernization of the main technological equipment, optimization technological processes with the use of innovative solutions - all this allowed to increase the production capacity of four lines of the enterprise. As of 01.01.2013, this indicator is 2 million 100 thousand tons of cement per year. Also, the enterprise modernized the preparatory zones of all furnaces, grate coolers, replaced the old burners on the furnaces with burners developed at the BSTU im. V.G.Shukhov.

Full utilization of the plant is quite possible given the constant increase in demand for cement. The favorable geographical location of the industrial facility also contributes to this.
