What do riot police do at work. Soldiers of the Vologda riot police revealed the secret of the training of the special forces. Have you been to hot spots?

First, let's figure out why you need it. I recommend that you familiarize yourself with this structure: there I talked about the features of work, tasks and much more from the “inner kitchen”, something that you won’t read on the Internet. In general, 2 main categories get jobs in the OMON: young guys after the army or active employees are transferred from other units.

Let's look at the motivation behind each of them. With current employees, everything is clear - in the OMON the salary is higher (on average by 8-10 thousand) than in the OVO or teaching staff and preferential length of service - a year for 1.5. Those. You can retire after only 13.5 years of service. A police officer from another service writes a report, just like those who get a job "from a civilian" pass the standards and, with successful results, transfer to the service. There were also cases of a simplified transfer from the Federal Penitentiary Service.

After the army mainly come for two reasons:

  • Romantics are those who have not played enough "in the war" and want to work in the special forces, but due to their education / physical data / experience they cannot enlist in the special forces.
  • Pragmatists are those who want to receive an above-average salary and benefits package, but do not have the education/knowledge for another skilled job.

Now let's deal with the conditions

In order to get a job, you need to meet the standard requirements for a police officer:

  • Age from 18 to 35 years. In fact, I have not seen people over 27 years old come. By this age, usually, the craving for adventures has already passed and you want a quiet job.
  • No convictions or warrants. There are exceptions to this rule. For example, if you had a drive in your youth for drinking alcohol, but otherwise you fit and behave adequately, then most likely they will meet. Difficulties may arise due to the criminal records of relatives. If there was something serious, there is a high probability of getting a refusal. If not serious, then the way out is simple. Recommendations have now entered the practice - a paper written in any form from an existing employee, that he knows you, recommends you from the positive side and is ready to vouch. So, if there are problems in this direction, think in advance who you can turn to for help.
  • Health category A1. Health must be excellent. With serious illnesses, you should not even try your hand. If there are minor problems, then, as they say, act at your own peril and risk. Keep in mind that there is an option to get a medical waiver. I will write in detail about the passage of the medical examination below.
  • Passing psychological testing and a polygraph. After the sad known history with a police major who fired a service weapon in Moscow (if I'm not mistaken, it was 2009) and several other similar but less well-known cases, paranoid attention began to be paid to psychological testing. And from 2012-13, they began to use another lie detector before applying for a job with the police.
  • Passing standards for physical training and hand-to-hand combat. For ordinary units, the requirements are much softer than for riot police. Here, in addition to the “fizuhi”, you also need to pass the fights - usually it’s 3 rounds of 3 minutes each. The first is wrestling, according to the rules of sambo, the second is striking, arms and legs, the third is complex, according to the rules of hand-to-hand combat.
  • Education must be at least secondary - 11 grades of a school or vocational school.
  • Military service.

Usually they come to the position of a soldier of an operational platoon. Those who were a sapper in the army can apply for a position in the ITO (engineering department). With a diploma from an institute or university, they rarely immediately take on an officer position. As a rule, if a person comes after the army with a higher education, they offer 2 options - first go to another police unit, and then transfer, or through the position of a fighter.

I will immediately clarify that the further process career development may drag on for years.
A fighter can rise in rank to a senior warrant officer.

The first officer position is the squad leader (junior lieutenant / lieutenant). There are also vacancies for drivers, because many different technologies.
Already in the process of work, if there is a free vacancy, they can be sent to extra education, for example, a cynologist.

Now about how to get in, so to speak "from the street."

How to get into the OMON after the army

If you are still in the service at the moment and are familiarizing yourself with the conditions of employment in advance, there is advice. Take a testimonial from the place of service and, if possible, ask the commanders (company commander, unit commander) to write a recommendation. This will come in handy later.

Employment process - step by step instructions

Here you are demobilized, a military ID is in your hands and you are burning with the desire to serve in the riot police.

The first thing to do is contact the HR department. I will provide contact information in most regions on the "Contacts" page. If you don’t find yours or the data becomes outdated, google it, there is nothing secret about it. Better call ahead and check if there is now open vacancies What is the best time to arrive to submit documents? Write down what you need to take with you. Usually this is a passport and a military ID.
When you arrive, get ready for the fact that you will first need to communicate with the direct commander - platoon or company. They will ask who you are and why you want to work. It is better to answer honestly and think over the answers in advance. Then fill out the questionnaire in the personnel department and get a referral to the medical board. Write down everything they say so you don't forget. Then they will send you to pass the commission and will wait for the results from you.

Medical Commission

You need to go through 2 commissions: first at the place of residence, then VVK. The residence commission is:

  • main dispensaries: tuberculosis (fluorography), narcological and psychiatric dispensaries (certificates that you are not registered)
  • doctors in the polyclinic at the place of residence (oculist, surgeon, therapist - a complete list will be written in the direction)
  • analysis of blood, urine, cardiogram.

Keep in mind that the test results are valid for only 10 days, so do not delay the passage of the IVC. Otherwise, you will have to waste time and retake some of them. VVK is held in the polyclinic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in your city. Everything is standard, as and when they were taken into the army.

Everything about everything will take 7-10 days, if you do not waste time. After receiving a positive conclusion, you will be assigned a date for passing physical tests.

Delivery of standards

They include physical training and fights. I wrote about this in detail in the article "Standards", you can read.

Then 2 options - if you did not pass, then if there is a desire to get a job in the riot police, they will set a date for re-passing the test. Usually after 2-3 months. If you passed successfully, then they will either take you right away - if there are free vacancies, or they will first be sent to another unit (OVO, convoy), and then they will send a request for a transfer to them, after the workplace is vacated. There is nothing to worry about - the first six months you will still be trained in training center- it is common to the entire regional police department.

  • do not delay with the passage of the commission at the place of residence and VVK
  • be honest when interviewing future management
  • prepare in advance for physical fitness tests
  • think again if you need it

Bottom line: to get a job in the OMON, you need excellent health, compliance with minimum requirements and passing standards.

Features of the profession
The riot policeman, he is also a riot policeman, is an employee of the mobile special purpose, a police officer trained to work in "hot spots". Prior to the renaming of the militia into the police, OMON was a special police detachment. Today, this abbreviation is filled with new content: OMON has become a special-purpose mobile detachment. But the essence of the work of a fighter of this detachment remained the same.
OMON is not engaged in solving crimes, its task is to protect law and order, suppress riots. For example, if there is an earthquake, forest fires or a hurricane, OMON officers guard public safety in disaster areas. In particular, it stops looting in abandoned houses.

Another important task of the detachment is to provide combat cover for others. police officers. Therefore, OMON takes part in the neutralization of armed criminals, the release of hostages, the suppression of prison riots, etc.

As the name implies, this unit is distinguished by its mobility and readiness to work in emergency situations. This profession is dangerous, it requires serious training, devotion to their work and comrades. OMON soldiers often die while performing tasks. Some are awarded the title of Hero of Russia posthumously.
Those who have been to protest demonstrations or watched mass civil actions via the Internet may ask: “What is the riot police doing at protest actions? Are we talking about riots? The OMON fighter has a short answer to this question: "We are keeping order." When a lot of people get together, it is fraught with surprises - from accidents to provocations.

A fighter of the mobile detachment can be recognized by the large yellow inscription "OMON" on a spotted uniform and a black beret. During mass actions, the fighters wear special protective helmets, which is why they are also called "cosmonauts" and even "real astronauts." What real real astronauts think about it, we don't know.
OMON soldiers stand in a cordon, letting participants into the rally territory strictly through special "gates" with metal detectors. If a conflict situation is brewing, the fighters react quickly and harshly: wielding batons, they force the protesters out of the territory of the action, or vice versa, cut off the instigators, take them into the ring. They help colleagues from the operational detachment to carry out detentions.
According to participants in the events, it happens that a “conflict situation” arises precisely as a result of the actions of the police themselves. Therefore, the attitude towards riot police in society is ambiguous.
Of course, in order to do this kind of work, a fighter must be sure that the truth is on his side. Otherwise, he will feel like an enemy of his own people.

Riot police work in shifts. They devote a lot of time to physical training and tactical training.
Since 2002, on October 3, OMON officers have been celebrating their professional holiday.

Workplace
OMON is a police unit. This means that the riot policeman himself is a policeman.

Important qualities
The profession of an riot police officer implies good health, serious physical training, responsibility, courage, devotion to comrades.

Knowledge and skills
A riot police fighter must be proficient in hand-to-hand combat (in particular, with a knife), shooting, collective action skills, etc.

Where do they teach
Each region has its own Special Purpose Mobile Detachment.
To become a riot policeman, you need to enlist in this detachment. As a rule, they accept men under 35 who have served in the Army and have a secondary education.
Upon admission, a physical fitness test is carried out: cross-country, push-ups, pull-ups, etc. As well as hand-to-hand combat for endurance.
Those who pass the test pass a three-month study and a qualifying exam.

OMON, black berets, special operations - these words already contain a bit of secrecy and a fair portion of rumors, coolly peppered with real male romance. Today the guest of "Vsluh.ru" is a police colonel, the permanent commander of the "Riga-Tyumen" riot police Valery Brovkin.

Tell us what OMON does. For ordinary person your abbreviation sounds rather cryptic. Are any emergency situations in the city (pah-pah) yours or the prerogative of the detachment - hot spots - Chechnya, Transnistria? Is it possible to study the geography of the country on your business trips?

Well, let's start with history. In October 1988 throughout Soviet Union in the capitals of the union republics and simply large cities, 24 special police detachments were created so that they could respond to emergency situations, participate in the detention of armed criminals, and the elimination of riots, the consequences of man-made and natural disasters. Despite the collapse of the Union, such units remained in almost all of these former republics. Such forceful support is always needed, because the detention of armed criminals, the fight against terrorism remain relevant.
Study on us the geography and biography of the country? In the light of the fact that the former republics have become independent states, it is possible.

Fighters have changed, commanders have changed, but the work itself has remained.
Our unit acted as a "breeding" force of the opposing sides of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, in the "Turkish" conflict in Orsk, took part in famous events in North Ossetia and Ingushetia, as well as in the events associated with the White House in 1993. From December 1994 to this day - the hottest point - the North Caucasus region, we go on business trips to Chechnya.

- How many business trips to Chechnya did the detachment and you personally have?

The detachment has 36, I have 16.
Also, the fighters of our unit go to "strengthen" to various state-important events, for example, this year to the G8 summit - to ensure law and order. Local forces, as a rule, are not enough, so we are attracted.

- Compared to ordinary police, are you practically supermen? Seriously

Maybe (smiles). Mobile detachment, for stabilization, in order to influence situations. Great emphasis on combat training, tactical, fire. Of course, the same, for example, police officers of the teaching staff have completely different tasks, specific ones, and, accordingly, different skills.

Has Tyumen become a second home, another homeland for the riot policemen from Riga? At first, after all, many people came here only to change their edge, didn’t they? Has everyone managed to adapt?

We then came 119 people. After 15 years, for 20 Tyumen has indeed become a second home. Settled down and started families. The rest left in all directions - to Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Moscow region, Voronezh Then, at that stage, it was not easy to solve social and domestic issues and many moved to where relatives lived, moved to some other units. Some of them work in our structure, some are engaged in something else.

There were rumors that several of your Rigans were still hanging around with their families at the Kolos Hotel. Is everyone now settled down as human beings?

From that, the first composition, there was only one left. The rest settled down, everything is fine.
The local government helped us a lot. Without this, it would be very difficult. When we arrived in Tyumen, we lived in the Young Dzerzhinets pioneer camp. The base is located in the old fire tower on Osipenko. And the first thing that the head of the region Shafrannik, the mayor of the city Gennady Ivanovich Raikov, General Basharin did then came to a consensus and allocated the territory of the former military unit at the MMC for our base, where we could normally settle down and serve. It was a great decision for us. And from that moment, somehow everything began to settle down. The governors Roketsky and Sobyanin, the former mayor Kirichuk, have always helped us very well, now the governor Vladimir Vladimirovich Yakushev and the head of the city Sergey Smetanyuk are helping. I don't lie. This is true.

Who is the Tyumen OMON subordinate to? Should you follow orders local authorities? How are your relationships in general? As if the regional and city authorities are helping you with your work - with premises, equipment, equipment Or is it not quite so?

We are part of the structure of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Tyumen Region and, accordingly, report to the head of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate. Without the command of the chief of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate, I will not be able to do anything. And the fact that they help, I have already partially said about this. Now there is a big repair of the base. The major overhaul of the living quarters where the personnel is located is almost completed, the canteen is being reconstructed, a sports and recreation complex, an obstacle course are being equipped, the headquarters is being repaired.
In this regard, the regional government, the mayor's office help us. So it went. What can I say. We feel cared for, to be honest. Normal relationship. My comrades from other such units came to me, they say you are lucky, they love you here.

They say that when you left Riga, you wrote on the armored personnel carriers "We'll be back". It was not possible to return to live and work. Did you manage to just go to the Baltics?

- (laughs) Did we write like this on BTEers? We actually left Riga by car, they drove to the airport. Well, I don’t know, maybe someone wrote something similar - boyish enthusiasm plus a stressful situation ..
Many have indeed returned to Riga. Of course, not in the quality that was meant when they wrote. Who has parents there, who has families. I myself was in Riga in 1992 when I was taking my family to Tyumen.

- What holiday do you celebrate - November 4 or November 7?
Maxim Shults, Tyumen

- You know, I’ll say this: since 1975 I have been serving in the internal affairs bodies and I don’t have holidays as such. For whom the holidays, for us - it's work.

- It's all about the nuances: November 4 or November 7 - which of these two holidays is actually closer to you.

I am 50 years old and it is difficult to cross out the usual date from my life. It is difficult to perceive so immediately a new day - November 4th. It is possible that it will eventually take root and my grandchildren will mark it as a matter of course.

- Recently, the Tyumen media reported that the riot police took out two mines from the Palace of Creativity, which they blew up outside the city. There are rumors that this is not so, that these are just harmless exhibits that the Tyumen search engines brought for the museum. What really happened?
Vladimir, Tyumen

- Unfortunately, this is so. An engineering and technical group left us. Indeed, the searchers brought two mines as exhibits. One of them was practically on alert, the second - the fuse was pulled out, but full of TNT. If this "thing" banged, then there would be victims. It was enough to drop it or hit it.

- What are your career prospects, Valery, or have you reached your ceiling?
In fact, this is about the fact that the soldier who does not dream of becoming a general is bad. Do you dream of general's epaulettes?

I like my job. I am satisfied with my career and do not want to change it to something else.

- How can you get into the Tyumen OMON? What are the requirements for fighters?
Kirill, Tyumen

You can get into our squad under certain conditions:
- serve in the army (it doesn't matter which troops, although it's better if it's the Airborne Forces, Marine Corps, internal special forces troops and the like);
- excellent health (we have a tough medical examination!);
- excellent moral and psychological characteristics (we have a lot of stress).
And one of the most important conditions is the desire to serve.

It happens that they come for a beautiful uniform, a solid image and black berets - romance. But it turns out that in addition to this there is also hard work, heavy workloads, long business trips, stress and irregular working hours. It happens that you just returned from a six-month business trip, but you have to go on the next, and just as long
You have to be patient, because it happens that a detachment sits in the barracks for days, or even weeks, waiting for an order to go to some city where a conflict situation or some extraordinary event is taking place. That was recently the case in connection with the situation in Kondopoga. The order to board the boron can come at any moment. Or maybe not at all.

- What is the salary of a fighter in your squad? For that's all

For the first year of service, an ordinary soldier receives about 7 thousand rubles. The first three months of the internship probation- the salary is 3-4 thousand. Then he gets a title and position.

- Who does not stretch his legs in these three months - he will remain to work?

Yes, it's difficult, what is there. But we don’t let you stretch your legs He who has served for 5 years receives within 10-11 thousand. In general, if for excellent earnings, then this is not for us. But, on the other hand, the service is interesting.

- Is there a lot of turnover?

There is an outflow, of course, but already insignificant. Everything has kind of stabilized.

Does the squad have traditions? It seems to me that you do not have the office where you can work inside and out. You most likely somehow sprout each other - joys and sorrows Or am I romanticizing too much?

No, not too much, everything is normal. There are indeed certain traditions in the detachment. Let's say we celebrate the Day of the Detachment together, of course, the Day of the Police, the Day of the creation of the OMON, New Year We gather when we remember the fallen comrades, we visit their families and parents. In addition, we solemnly pass the procedures for presenting black berets, handing weapons, awards. If there are any hardships, then, of course, we help.

- Over the past 15 years, many fighters have lost the Tyumen OMON?

Two. In September 2002, Senior Sergeant Serik Sadubov was blown up by a land mine. There was a boy from Armizon The only son with my mother In May 2003, my first deputy, Yuri Valentinovich Firsov, died - also was blown up by a land mine.
There are many wounded. 61 people. There are also serious injuries.

The losses are heavy, but, nevertheless, over 15 years, these are still small losses. Take care of people. There was a time when orders were given just to those who put more of their people. It seems like a sign of heroism it was

Indeed, earlier, especially in the first Chechen campaign, there was such a practice: “Why don’t you go on a hand-to-hand attack? Don’t want to become heroes? We will write a paper for you, against heroes. . They scared the motherland People must be protected. No other way.
But now the situation has changed for the better.

- You, with your last name, probably often remembered private Ivan Brovkin? And your ancestors - father, grandfather, served?
Svetlana, Tyumen

That's right, they remembered. Sometimes, somewhere in childhood, I was a little shy. And I watch films about the soldier Ivan Brovkin with pleasure. My father, by the way, as his on-screen namesake, raised virgin soil in 52-54, it was he who, after serving in the army, went there as a driver. Grandfather died in 1943 near Kharkov.
The son serves in our detachment, the company commander.

How did you raise your son so that he grew up as courageous? Probably mostly by personal example. You hardly had time to read him a book at night What kind of dad were you?

Oh, you have to ask him. When we lived in Riga, I took him to kindergarten. Upbringing, of course, was more involved in the spouse. And so, the son from boyhood knew how to do a lot: shoot, and the rest.

What, in your opinion, measures should be taken so that there is no hazing in the army? How do you deal with this phenomenon in your squad?
Tatyana, Tyumen

- There is no hazing in the detachment. For us it is unnatural, there is not even a conversation. With such a relationship, it would be impossible to carry out combat missions together.
How to eradicate in the army? I myself served in 1973-75 and knew nothing about hazing. The old-timers taught us to the point, no humiliation. Such disgrace as with the soldier Sychev could not have happened in our unit. True, in the construction battalion, where probationers also served, not everything was the same as in our troops. My cousin at one time he got into a construction battalion, so he later talked about "customs" and mores

Much depends on the commanders. If the officers are normal, then the problem of hazing is not so acute.

And you know, I’ll say something else: as long as we have thieves’ romance on all screens, then there will be plenty of problems within society. Look at the heroes of the screen - "Zones", "Brigades" and similar tapes, listen to the "thematic" chanson. This is fine? Let indirectly, indirectly, but this thug romance affects young people, on relationships with each other.
It also happens that sometimes those come to us who, instead of the normal Russian language, begin to "play around with a hair dryer." And this is unacceptable.

- Can you go on vacation abroad or are all riot policemen not traveling abroad?

Why, let's go, it's not forbidden. Even according to the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 2-3 years ago we were allocated vouchers to Egypt, Turkey .. And so, in principle, you can submit a report, buy a voucher.

Now there are men who are very careful about their appearance. They do manicures in salons, carefully choose fashionable clothes, perfumes and so on. Those who are especially passionate about their image are called metrosexuals, there is such a word.

What, what are they called?

- Metrosexuals. How do you feel about these guys?

Negative. Because I think that a man should be a man. I always have doubts that it’s not just that he takes care of himself so reverently I perfectly understand when a woman carefully monitors her manicure and other things - there are no questions. When I'm a man, I can't help but think that there's something wrong with him. Well, looks cannot be the meaning of life for a man.

- Your colleague Parfenov went to the deputies. Are you interested in a political career? How compatible are these two incarnations - a "special" policeman and a politician?
Elena, Tyumen

Politics is such a thing By the will of fate, I encountered it quite strongly - it turned out to be not pleasant. This path does not appeal to me.

- You have many awards - medals, the Order of Courage. Which of them is the most expensive for you, the most valuable?

The most valuable? Perhaps this is my first medal - "For 10 years of impeccable service." I was pleased that I honestly served in the internal affairs bodies for 10 years and I was awarded for this. I received my first government award in 1987: a medal with the inscription "For excellent service in the protection of public order" on one side, and the coat of arms of the USSR on the other. It was also called the "police medal", or "ruble", - it looked like a coin.

- How many awards do you have?

Order of Courage (2000, for the liberation of the regions of Chechnya), 12 medals.

- Dear Valery Alexandrovich! Workers Association law enforcement congratulates you and your team on their professional holiday - Police Day! Question: how do you plan to congratulate employees who are in business trip in the North Caucasus? Can you convey our sincere congratulations to the OMON personnel? Sincerely, Vasily Gorety.
Gorety V.P., Tyumen
Let this year's Police Day have already passed, because it is not the last. How is it customary to congratulate?

Now 40 guardsmen are on a business trip in the North Caucasus. We constantly keep in touch with them. In addition, now everyone Cell phones, the guys constantly call back with their comrades, exchange SMS. We will certainly pass on greetings from Vasily.
In December, as usual, a car with parcels and gifts for the holiday will go there.

When OMON appeared in Tyumen, it is no secret that he acted rather harshly towards offenders. And, quite possibly, that is not always fair. Now the situation is different. Is there some element of permissiveness left, which, it must be admitted, still existed. Or have you managed to get rid of growing pains?

A very interesting question. Times were difficult then. It is possible that somewhere under a hot hand they went too far. You are probably right, and it really was growing pains. But we survived them.
Today we act according to the law. But tough. But by law.
The actions of such special forces suggest this. OMON is not an institution noble maidens. And we will not politely give one and a half hour lectures to offenders. Everyone should know that there is a force for any lawlessness that will put one or another who has gone wild or presumptuous in his place.

- Dear Valery Alexandrovich! It is known that crime in our region and in Tyumen is growing from year to year, and the detection rate is no more than 30%. What do you think is the reason for this situation? What and who needs to do to reduce crime and increase detection?
V. Yakovlev, Tyumen

Perhaps this is not really a question for me. Our detachment is only one of the components in the system of internal affairs. Obviously, preventive measures are needed with young people, especially on the part of district police officers, it is necessary that high professionals work in the investigative apparatus, a stable composition of operational workers is needed, and so on.

- Is your detachment going to the north of the Tyumen region?

- Until 1994, we went on missions in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and Yamal. Now we are at war.

November 30 is Valery Aleksandrovich Brovkin's birthday. "Vsluh.ru" wishes him good luck and good mood. Perhaps the commander of the Tyumen OMON will even be lucky, he will be freer in the service and will calmly celebrate the next anniversary of his life in a warm circle of family and friends.

The riot police take active police officers from other units by transfer or from a "citizen" immediately. As a rule, they are first hired as a fighter.

Cop Fighter

Previously, this position was called "policeman-fighter of the operational company." This is a normal employee. Growth - to the senior ensign. Requirements - passing standards and compliance with standard requirements. Preference is given to those who served in the elite troops (intelligence, special forces, airborne forces), have real combat experience (meaning those who were on business trips in the North Caucasus while serving in the army), or a sports category (preferably in martial arts - boxing, sambo, judo, hand-to-hand combat). Subsequently, you can transfer to another position. If there is higher education, then you can count on officer positions. The salary starts from 30,000 - 35,000 rubles in the regions and 45,000 in Moscow. When applying for a job in Moscow or the Moscow region, a hostel is provided free of charge - there are always not enough employees in the capital.

Driver

There is a lot of equipment in mobile special-purpose units: ordinary UAZs, paziks, Urals. Therefore, there are many drivers there, and vacancies appear often. There are fewer physical requirements for them. so there are more chances to get a job. The salary is the same as that of the fighters.

Squad/platoon/company leader. Officer positions begin with them. They take only OMON officers - only in exceptional cases by transfer from other units. There must be good reasons for this. The salary is higher than that of the fighters by 10-15 thousand, and the difference between the pay ranks is already more significant. They also take part in all the tasks of the detachment, only paperwork is added to this.

Engineering vacancies

There are sappers, communications engineers, etc. in the OMON. as in any army units. There are few of them, they are rarely released, so they usually get in line. The salary is even higher there. From the non-officer staff - sappers, cynologists. Cynologists are often sent to study existing employees in special training centers.

Jobs for girls

For the fair sex, there is also a place in this "male" division. Girls can count on the positions of personnel officers, psychologists, management secretaries, accountants.

There are three search options. The first is the simplest and most reliable.

1. Call Human Resources

It's best to just call and ask if there are vacancies. Contact information for HR departments can be found on the contact page.

2. On the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of your region

Type in the search engine “official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs *your region*” and go to the “Jobs” section there. But such portals sometimes sin in that the information may not be entirely up to date. Therefore, the first option is better.

3. On job search sites.

Departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs also place ads on regular job search sites: hh.ru, superjob.ru, rabota.ru and the like. You can go to any of them and enter “policeman”, “riot police” or “fighter” in the search box and click find. All matching positions will be displayed. You can also send your resume there. Even if you responded on the site, be sure to duplicate the response with a call. This is necessary because some personnel officers rarely check email+ if you call, it will distinguish you from the background of other responders and your resume will definitely not be missed.
