1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This job description defines the duties, rights and responsibilities of the merchandiser of the Closed joint-stock company"All Goods" (hereinafter - the Company).

1.2. The merchandiser belongs to the category of specialists.

1.3. The commodity manager is appointed to the position and dismissed by the General Director of the Company.

1.4. A person is appointed to the position of a merchandiser, corresponding to the following qualification requirements: higher professional degree in Commodity Science and Expertise of Goods, at least three years of work experience as a category II commodity specialist.

1.5. The merchandiser in his activity is guided by:

– laws and other normative acts in the field of its activity;

– the Charter and local regulations of the Company;

- this job description.

1.6. The merchant must know:

– labor legislation;

– fundamentals of economics, organization of production, labor and management;

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Merchandiser:

2.1. Maintains and prepares current reports of operational and commodity accounting receipt and sale of inventory items; document flow (receipt of goods, reservation, return, pricing, revaluation); search for undelivered goods. Enters information into relevant databases.

2.2. Analyzes activities for reporting periods on the material and technical supply of the Company and the sale of goods, reveals the reasons for the formation of excessive excess material resources and "illiquid assets", takes measures to implement them.

2.3. Orders inventory items.

2.4. Controls the availability, quality, movement and balance of goods in trading floor and in warehouses; product positioning; compliance with the rules of storage and transportation; timeliness of shipment of returnable packaging; preparing goods for shipment.

2.5. Ensures the maintenance and supply of the entire declared range.

2.6. Determines the requirements for material resources; compliance of the quality of material resources with standards, specifications, contracts and other regulatory documents; compliance of accompanying documents with regulatory requirements.

2.7. Organizes the reception, control of compliance and accounting for the movement of inventory items; revisions of balances; compliance with the rules and conditions of storage.

2.8. Communicates with suppliers and customers.

2.9. Prepares documents related to the supply, return and sale of products (including a complete set of documents on claims and returns).

2.10. Participates in the drafting of plans for logistics, sales; assortment formation; in monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations, the receipt and sale of funds for raw materials, materials, fuel, energy and equipment, in the preparation of data for the preparation of claims for delivered low-quality inventory items and responses to customer claims.

2.11. Conducts ongoing training on knowledge of the range and consumer properties goods managers, sellers, warehouse workers.

2.12. Monitors the availability of material resources and finished products in warehouses.

3. RIGHTS

4. RESPONSIBILITY

The merchant is responsible for:
