Assessment of the final qualifying work in points. Criteria for evaluating the final qualifying work. Consistency and structuredness of the text of the work

The defense of the work is the final stage of the final state certification. It is carried out at a meeting of the state examination commission for the protection of FQP.

FQP is a work performed by a student (several students together), demonstrating the level of preparedness of the graduate for independent professional activity.

Independent professional activity of graduates is defined in section “3. Characteristics of the professional activity of graduates who have mastered the bachelor's program "and the corresponding sections of the OHOP.

Section 3 has the following subsections:

3.1. Professional area

3.2. Objects of professional activity of graduates;

3.3. The type of professional activity for which graduates are preparing;

3.4. Professional tasks

In accordance with this, the main indicators and criteria for assessing the content of FQPs by members of the state examination commission for the protection of work are:

Indicator - Field of professional activity reflected in the FQP. Criterion - corresponds (does not correspond) to the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education.

Indicator - Object of professional activity, reflected in the FQP. Criterion - corresponds (does not correspond) to the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education.

Indicator - Type of professional activity inherent in FQP. Criterion - the type of professional activity corresponds (does not correspond) to the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education.

Indicator - Readiness of the graduate to solve professional problems corresponding to the type of professional activity. The criterion is that the problem solved in the WRC corresponds (does not correspond) to the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education.

As additional to the main indicators, it is proposed the following indicators and their criteria:

Conformity of the FQP to the professional standard (if any). The criterion is yes (no).

Relevance of the subject of work. Criterion - the topic of the FQP is relevant (not relevant).

Correctness of the problem statement. Criterion - the task is set correctly (not correctly).

Correct use of research methods, techniques, technologies and models. Criterion - the used research methods, techniques, technologies and models are correct (not correct).

Originality and novelty of the results obtained, scientific or production and technological solutions. Criterion - the used research methods, techniques, technologies and models have originality and novelty (do not possess originality and novelty).

The ability to use the results of work in practice. The criterion is that the use of the results of work in practice is possible (not possible).

The FQP protection rating scale is “excellent”, “good”, “satisfactory” and “unsatisfactory”.

In general, the level of preparedness of a graduate for independent professional activity is assessed by the state examination commission:

On " Great non-standard situations on original algorithm without errors;

On " OK"- with the readiness (ability) of the graduate to solve the problems of professional activity in non-standard situations on famous algorithm without errors;

On " satisfactorily"If a graduate, during the defense of the FQP, demonstrates a complex of knowledge and skills, indicating his readiness (ability) to solve the problems of professional activity in typical situations on famous algorithm without fundamental errors.

With a positive assessment of the FQP, the state examination committee makes a decision on awarding the graduate with the qualifications specified in the university license.

Failure to comply with the above criteria means that the level of preparedness of the graduate for independent professional activity does not correspond to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education, which entails an assessment "Unsatisfactory" and not granting him a qualification corresponding to this educational program.

The structure of the final qualifying work

The final qualifying work has the following structure:

1. Title page.

2. Assignment for the WRC.

4. Introduction.

5. The main part.

6. Conclusion.

7. List of sources used.

8. Applications, including illustrations.

The above sections of the thesis should follow in the strictly specified order.

The topic of the WRC should be relevant, correspond current state and the prospects for the development of science, to orient the student to the effective solution of problems in the field of finance and credit.

The wording of the topic of the work should correspond to the content, goals and objectives of the WRC;

Research and analytical nature of the work;

Specificity of setting the tasks of the work;

Practical significance;

Application modern methodology and scientific research methods;

Justification of the results of the work in its content.

Requirement for research and analytical work means that the final qualifying work should not be descriptive, or represent a retelling of existing publications on the stated topic. On the topic of the FQP chosen by the student, an analysis of the current state of the problem should be carried out, cause-and-effect relationships are established, the necessary explanations are given, trends and patterns are identified, conclusions are drawn, specific tasks are set and recommendations are given.

In addition to deep theoretical knowledge in work, the student must show the ability to independently creatively solve practical issues in the field of finance and credit, taking into account the latest legislative and regulatory acts, instructions, regulations and methodologies on the problem under study.

The requirement of practical significance of the work boils down to the fact that the work should be carried out on the basis of specific materials collected by the student during the practice. On the basis of the collected materials, the student should carry out an analysis on the problem under consideration, carry out the calculations necessary for solving the assigned tasks, make generalizations and conclusions, substantiate specific recommendations relevant to the topic under consideration.

Application of modern methodology and scientific research methods means that the work should be based on a modern scientific methodology (i.e. a system of categories, principles, laws and methods) of conducting research.

When presenting the material of the WRC, a logical sequence and correct presentation should be observed, taking into account the terminology adopted in the subject area of work.

Title page is the first page of the WRC and serves as a source of information needed to process and retrieve the document. A cover sheet template is provided in Appendix 1.

Assignment for the WRC contains its theme, approved by the order of the rector. An example of registration of an assignment for an FQP is given in Appendix 2.

At the same time, the headings, their heading indices and indicated numbers pages must be in strict accordance with the text... Only the main chapters and subsections of the thesis are numbered with indices. Introduction, conclusion, list of sources used and applications as independent sections of the thesis are not numbered.

Below is a conditional version of the content of the thesis:

LIST OF USED SOURCES ................................
APPENDICES ................................................. ...........................................

Introduction(2-4 pages) should contain:

Justification of the choice of the topic of the FQP, its definition relevance, practical importance for the organization of finance at the micro and macro levels;

The wording object and subject research. The object of the research is the direction of calculation and economic or analytical activity (in the case of a general theoretical topic of work) or a real economic entity, on the example of which the thesis was performed (in the case of applied theme). The subject of the research is directly related to the name and purpose of a specific graduate qualifying work and characterizes connections, dependence, relationships that reflect the subject of research. For example, the object of research is LLC "XXX", and the subject of research is financial relations arising in the process of forming and using financial resources in this organization.

The wording goals and tasks research. The purpose of the thesis in a short form (in one or two sentences) sets out the content future work... The objectives of the thesis detail the goal, are formulated in accordance with the work plan, and also serve as a guideline for assessing the completeness and integrity of the research performed.

- Scientific information base FQP, which reflects the state of knowledge of the topic of the work and contains a short list of the main regulatory legal acts governing the topic of the thesis, and also lists the names of 4-5 authors from the list of sources used, whose works are devoted to the topic under study.

An overview of the chapters of the FQP (the structure of the thesis with an indication of the technical annotation, the following content: "The thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources used, annexes (if any)." - one, two paragraphs per chapter). The following phrase follows: "The main part of the work (without attachments) is * pages, includes * figures, * tables. The list of sources used contains * titles. The volume of attachments - * pages. The total amount of work - * pages ".

The structure of the introduction should follow the above order. In this case, it is also necessary to highlight in the text italic marked keywords.

Main part work should contain materials that reflect the essence and results of the study. It is recommended to divide this part into 2 chapters. In turn, each chapter can include 2-5 sections. It is not recommended to increase the number of sections, as this can lead to a significant excess of the volume of SRS. You should not split the work into subsections of a lower level. However, the text of the work can reflect the logical structure of individual questions of the narrative, giving headings unnumbered with indices in the first sentence of the paragraph or in a separate line, highlighting them in font (for example, as it is done in this paragraph). Such subheadings are not included in the main content of the work.

The volume of the main part of the thesis should be within 50 - 60 pages. At the same time, you should evenly distribute the amount of work between paragraphs, adhering to a range of 5-10 pages for them.

In the first chapter are considered theoretical the foundations of the problem under study, the main (general) trends in the development of the phenomenon (process) under study, i.e. a theoretical substantiation is made on the main issues and research methods. For example, an analysis of basic concepts and terms, a review and systematization of literature, legal regulation, financial and economic and economic and statistical apparatus, etc. are carried out.

A description of all issues of methodological support on the selected topic of work should also be given, it is possible to consider international experience in the field under study.

As an example of the title of the first chapter of the work, we can suggest the following: “Theoretical and legal basis analysis of the likelihood of bankruptcy of an enterprise in the Russian Federation ”.

The volume of the first chapter, as a rule, should not exceed 40% of the total volume of the FQP.

In the second chapter should disclose practical issues research carried out in the WRC. If the work is carried out on the example of a specific enterprise, in order to emphasize the applied aspect of the chapter, one should explicitly indicate in its title the name of the object of research, for example, “Analysis of the probability of bankruptcy of LLC XXX”. In this case, in the first paragraph of the chapter, it is necessary to give a brief organizational and economic description of the investigated object (enterprise). However, the content of the second chapter of the work should not contain consideration of issues of a general economic nature, the specifics of legal and regulation applied analysis methods. This chapter presents the direct results of the study on the example of the considered enterprise or organization. The material of the second chapter should contain the bulk of examples, calculated indicators, tabular and illustrative material.

In the last paragraph of the second chapter, one should identify the problems identified as a result of the analysis and consider the issues of improving the organization of finances at the research object, formulate basic recommendations and proposals for solving the identified problems.

When writing the chapters of the main part of the thesis, special attention should be paid to the stylistically and grammatically correct design of the text, the use of professional vocabulary and special terms. The material of the thesis should be accompanied by a large amount of tabular and illustrative material. A sufficient number of figures and tables can subsequently greatly simplify the preparation of presentation materials for the defense of the thesis.

The volume of the second chapter should not exceed 40% of the total volume of the FQP.

In custody the diploma work, 3 - 4 pages in volume, summarizes the brief results of the research performed. Using the results of the main part of the work, it is necessary to provide a justification for the solution of the tasks. In this case, one should not repeat the previously given numerous numerical results of calculations or a detailed description of methodological recommendations. It is enough just to emphasize the main provisions of the conclusions and designate the values of the most important indicators... The conclusion should not contain figures, formulas and tables.

List of sources used must include a numbered list of all printed publications and electronic information resources, materials that are used in the thesis. When using the results of the performed term papers(projects), the latter are also included in the list of sources as manuscripts. Bringing a source into the list is possible only if there is at least one link to it in the text of the work. Falsification of references in the thesis is not allowed. The rules for formatting links and the list of sources are given in the next section.

When illustrating certain provisions of the thesis with numerical data from reference books, textbooks, monographs and other sources, as well as citing or freely retelling the fundamental provisions of other authors, it is necessary to make references to the relevant sources. The presence of such references not only does not detract from the student's merits, but also emphasizes his scientific conscientiousness, makes the work more convincing. Unspecified borrowing of thoughts from other authors reduces the quality of the work, turning it from a form of creativity into a compilation product.

Special attention when preparing the thesis, one should pay attention to the relevance of the used legislative and regulatory framework for the study. All the codes, laws, decrees of the executive authorities of the Russian Federation, as well as other regulatory documents mentioned in the work, must be indicated with the date of adoption and the date of the last edition and the sources of publication.

It is necessary to carefully approach the inclusion of materials from literature in the text of the thesis. You should not unduly expand the list of sources used by single references to publications that are not directly related to the topic of work. Optimal size the list of sources - 30 - 40 items. At the same time, the list includes educational literature and articles from periodicals published in the last five years before the date of defense of the thesis. It is possible to use materials from monographs and other scientific publications with an earlier publication date, if their content is mentioned in a historical or general theoretical context.

The illustrative part of the thesis is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the relevant standards.

It is allowed to represent the illustrative part in the formats A2, A3, A4 when using the appropriate scales.

Job protection

Defense is carried out at an open meeting of the state attestation commission... The defense procedure is established by the chairman of the SJSC in agreement with the members of the commission and, as a rule, contains the following stages:

graduate report (up to 10 minutes);

the head's speech (or the announcement of the head's recall);

presentation of the reviewer (or announcement of the text of the review);

the graduate's responses to the comments and suggestions contained in the feedback and reviews;

speeches of those present at the defense;

the final word of the graduate.

In the report, the student must name the topic of the work, substantiate its relevance, formulate the purpose and tasks of the work, characterize the object and subject of the work, the sources that make up the basis of the work, reveal the main content of the work: its theoretical, methodological and practical components, state the results obtained and substantiate their practical value, formulate the main conclusions (the approximate structure of the report is given in Appendix H). During the report, demonstration materials are used to increase the amount of information about the WRC and to confirm the legitimacy of the generalizations, conclusions and recommendations made.

In order for the presentation to be successful, the presentation should be rehearsed beforehand. Check whether it fits into the set time, choose the appropriate tempo and volume of speech, highlight with the help of intonation and logical pauses the most semantic fragments of the report. During the defense, the graduate must express the content of the work freely and confidently, it is also necessary to show his ability to conduct scientific discussion and answer questions. When entering into a scientific dialogue with members of the commission or a reviewer, you need to try to accurately formulate your thoughts, speak only on the merits of the matter, back up your positions with facts, examples, references to authoritative opinions and the content of your work.

In the concluding remarks, the graduate can thank the members of the SAC and the persons present at the defense (teachers, students, etc.) for their attention, the scientific advisor and reviewer for their help related to the preparation and promotion of the WRC for the defense.

The main criteria for evaluating the WRC:

sufficient scientific level and degree of coverage of the issues of the topic;

Parameter name Meaning
Topic of the article: CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION OF WRC
Rubric (thematic category) Management

The criteria for evaluating the final qualifying work, as well as the process of its open defense before the State Joint-Stock Company, are based on a complete list of requirements for the graduate, established by the current state educational standard of higher vocational education in the direction of preparation 08.02.00 - Management, and taking into account the requirements of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education MAMI (Humanitarian and Economic Institute named after V.S. Chernomyrdin).

The evaluation of the FQP, as well as the procedures for its protection in the SJSC, are performed by:

Head of the graduate student on the preparation of his FQP;

Reviewer;

Members of the SAC taking part in the meeting at which the defense of the WRC takes place.

To obtain a score in points, the student must demonstrate:

Perfectly. The relevance of the FQP topic has been substantiated. The content of the work fully reveals the stated topic. The structure of the work logically reveals the methods of achieving the goal and the sequence of solving the tasks. The recommendations proposed in the work are formulated personally by the author, and reflect the requirements of the current normative documents contain modern methods solutions. The work fully complied with the current requirements for the design of the FQP, established by the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education MAMI (Humanitarian and Economic Institute named after V.S.Chernomyrdin). The bibliographic list is designed in accordance with the requirements of the state standard and corresponds to the research topic.

The report of the provisions of the WRC was made at a high level. The author has demonstrated an understanding of the problem, possession of a modern computing device, and the ability to promptly answer questions from members of the SJSC.

ON well. The shortcomings in substantiating the relevance of the FQP theme were revealed. The content of the work sufficiently reveals the stated topic of the work, the structure of the work is logical, the goals and objectives are justified. The text of the work reveals the sequence of solving the tasks. The recommendations proposed in the work were formulated with the direct participation of the author (for example, together with the head of the WRC), and reflect the requirements of the current regulatory documents, contain modern methods of solution. The work fully complied with the current requirements for the design of the FQP, established by the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education MAMI (Humanitarian and Economic Institute named after V.S.Chernomyrdin). The list of used literature is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the state standard and corresponds to the research topic.

The report of the provisions of the WRC was done at a good level. The author demonstrated an understanding of the problem, mastery of the fundamentals of modern computing devices͵ was able to quickly answer most of the questions of opponents.

ON satisfactory. In substantiating the relevance of the topic of the WRC, there are references to outdated norms. The content of the work as a whole reveals the stated topic, however, the description of some issues is missing or insufficiently complete. The structure of the work has a logical connection between the sections, however, there are significant comments on the disclosure of methods for achieving the goal and the sequence of solving the assigned tasks. The proposals considered in the work are not formulated by the author (for example, ideas described in periodicals are used), and do not always meet the requirements of the current regulatory documents. Methods for solving the problems set in the FQP are not relevant in modern conditions.

The report of the provisions of the WRC has been completed at a satisfactory level. The author has not fully demonstrated understanding of the problem. He showed mastery of the basics of modern computing and also managed to answer most of the questions of the SAC members.

unsatisfactory- the content of the work does not disclose the declared topic of the WRC or does not correspond to the set goals and objectives. The text of the work is of a compilation nature, conclusions on the work are absent or not sufficiently substantiated, the work was not provided within the timeframe established by the department.

Below the threshold value, ĸᴏᴛᴏᴩᴏᴇ in the current point grading system does not correspond to an assessment of 3 points, there is an area of inconsistency of the level of preparation of the graduate with the requirements of the State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education in the direction of preparation 08.02.00 - Management, which entails not being awarded a bachelor's degree.

The criteria for scoring by members of the SAC are presented in table 3.

Table 3 - Criteria for assessing the BR by the SAC members

The formation of the final assessment of the BR by each member of the SAC is carried out according to the scheme presented in Table 4:

Table 4 - Methodology for determining the score in the protocol of a member of the SAC

At the end of the defense, the SAC at a closed meeting discusses the results of the defense. The final grade for the BR is set based on the determination of the arithmetic mean of all members of the SAC and taking into account the student's progress during his studies at the university. In case of disagreement between the members of the SAC, the decision on the final assessment of the BR is reached by a simple vote by a majority of votes, while it should be borne in mind that the members of the SAC have one vote, the chairman of the SAC - two votes.

The final score for the BR is given in the scoresheet. SAC members can note: the degree of elaboration of the problem, scientific novelty and practical value of the work, the presence of independent developments by the author, etc.

Based on the results of the defense, the SAC BR can:

The results of the SAC meeting are announced publicly. SJSC makes a decision on assigning appropriate qualifications to graduates.

If the student does not agree with the decision of the SAC, he, within 3 hours after the end of the defense procedure, can appeal to the chairman of the SAC in the form of an application to writing, which should state the reasons for disagreement and provide reasonable arguments. SJSC at an unscheduled meeting must consider this application within 24 hours and make a decision on it. The decision of the SAC on the appeal is communicated to the student in writing.

IN GENERAL AND COMPARATIVE HISTORICAL LANGUAGE

SELECTING THE TOPIC OF THE GRADUATE QUALIFICATION PAPER

The graduate student chooses the topic of the final qualifying work from the approximate list of graduation topics qualification works available at the graduating department. The student can also independently propose a topic of work within the framework of his specialty or field of study.

The topic of the final qualifying work reflects current problems and aspects of general and particular theory of translation and their practical confirmation.

The topic of work is assigned to a graduate student by his personal written application addressed to the head of the graduating department.

PREPARATION FOR WRITING

GRADUATE QUALIFICATION WORK

After approval at a meeting of the graduating department of the topic of the final qualifying work and the appointment of a supervisor, the student receives an assignment from the supervisor (see Appendix 1), and 2 weeks later, together with the supervisor, draws up a schedule for the entire period of the final qualifying work (see Appendix 2). The assignment and the schedule are drawn up in duplicate, both copies are signed by the supervisor and the student. One copy is kept by the supervisor, the other - by the student.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE GRADUATE QUALIFICATION PAPER

The final qualifying work (WQP) consists of an introduction, main part, conclusion, bibliography (list of used literature) and appendices.

INTRODUCTION explains the choice of the topic, formulates the goal of the research and the tasks that the student sets for himself in order to achieve the goal, determines the relevance of the topic, research methods, the object of research and the subject of research, contains a description of the structure of the work.

THE MAIN PART consists of two (or three) chapters, depending on the topic and the number of problems analyzed in the work. Chapter 1 (theoretical) is devoted to a review of theoretical works of domestic and foreign works in the framework of the issues under consideration, generalization and comparison (and / or opposition, if there is no unity of opinion) points of view, history of the issue, etc. Any theoretical studies and views cited in the WRC are accompanied by the obligatory indication of the author and source. At the end of the first chapter, on the basis of the material presented, the author of the work gives the order of considering the problems and formulates conclusions. The work should demonstrate the student's independent theoretical preparation, the ability to select the necessary literature on the subject, generalize the knowledge gained, and not just compile the data presented in theoretical literature, textbooks, on Internet resources.

Chapter 2 (practical) illustrates with examples the theoretical rationale and conclusions reached by the author of the WRC at the end of the first chapter, with the corresponding linguistic comments. The second chapter also contains conclusions and generalizations in connection with the work done.

THE BIBLIOGRAPHY (LIST OF USED LITERATURE) includes all sources, Internet resources and dictionaries in alphabetical order. In this case, the list of used literature consists of three relevant parts: a list of all used theoretical sources, except for Internet resources, a list of used theoretical Internet resources, a list of used dictionaries.

APPENDICES include source language material, tables and graphs, statistical material necessary in connection with the topic of the work. If the theoretical chapter (Chapter 1) is full of terminological units within the framework of the studied problem, it is advisable to provide the work with a glossary with a brief explanation of the relevant terms. Appendices are drawn up like a dictionary entry of an explanatory dictionary and, if possible, are accompanied by an indication of the pages in the WRC.

REGISTRATION OF THE GRADUATE QUALIFICATION WORK

The text is printed on A4 paper on one side of the sheet, font TimesNewRoman, size 12, line spacing 1.5 pt. Allowed to print the text of the application in size 10. Margins: on the left 30 mm, on the right 20 mm, top - 20 mm, bottom - 20 mm. The main text of the work is aligned to the width, headings - aligned to the center.

The total volume of the final qualifying work must be at least 50 pages (from the first page of the Introduction to the last page of the List of used literature). The page numbering is continuous and begins with the Introduction (page 3); the title page and the Table of Contents are not numbered. Page numbers are placed at the top center.

The text of the final qualifying work is divided into chapters, and the chapters are divided into paragraphs. In this case, the title of each chapter and each paragraph is indicated by Arabic numerals (for example, Chapter 1, paragraph 1.1, etc.), after the number, a period is put before the title of the chapter or paragraph.

The title page of the final qualifying work is drawn up according to the sample (see Appendix 1).

Introduction, each chapter, conclusion, bibliography begins with a new sheet. The title of each chapter is printed in large print, after the title, one space is left. The titles of chapters and paragraphs are placed in the table of contents with an indication of their first page.

The completed final qualification work is signed by the student. The signature, decoding of the signature and the date are put on the last page of the list of used literature.

PREPARATION OF THE GRADUATE QUALIFICATION PAPER FOR PROTECTION

The examination of the final qualifying work is carried out by the scientific supervisor, who is responsible for the quality of the final qualifying work, and the reviewer.

The qualification work is submitted to the department no later than 2 weeks before the defense, within the same timeframe a review of the supervisor is submitted; the reviewer must submit a review 5 days before the defense.

APPROXIMATE PROCEDURE FOR PROTECTION OF DIPLOMA WORK

The floor for the report to the graduate student is given by the chairman of the examination committee. The student is given 7-10 minutes for a brief oral presentation of the topic, the relevance of the work, results, conclusions and their justification. The student must make a report without reading the written text. Providing performance is allowed handouts with examples, which is distributed to members of the commission and the audience, or accompanied by a presentation PowerPoint with displaying slides on the screen.

At the end of the message, the student answers the questions of the SAC members and those present, after which the supervisor's review and review are read out. The author of the final qualifying work comments on the remarks made.

CRITERIA FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF GRADUATE QUALIFICATION WORK

The general assessment for the final qualifying work is deduced by the members of the state examination commission on a collegial basis, taking into account the compliance of the content with the declared topic, the depth of its disclosure, the compliance of the design with the accepted standards, demonstrated during the defense of the student's ability to demonstrate his own vision of the problem and the ability to defend it motivated, mastery of theoretical material, the ability to express it competently and reasonably answer the questions posed. Grades of final qualifying works are given by members of the examination committee at a closed meeting and announced to graduate students on the same day after signing the corresponding minutes of the committee meeting.

A well-performed final qualifying work must testify to the student's ability to:

● clearly formulate the problem and assess the degree of its relevance;

● substantiate the chosen methods for solving the assigned tasks;

● independently work with the required amount domestic and foreign literature and other information and reference materials;

● select the necessary information, analyze it, interpret and present it in a graphic or other illustrative form;

● make informed conclusions.

The final qualifying work, translation in its focus and methods of analysis, can be devoted to any substantive field of translation science and / or practice. In general, the work should be aimed at achieving the goals formulated in its introduction.

The final qualifying work must be of a research or applied nature. Survey or purely theoretical work before defense is not allowed.

The final qualifying work should testify to the independence of this kind of research, generalize the studied theoretical literature and the practical skills obtained during the training, and contain the appropriate conclusions.

The material must be presented correctly. The final qualifying work should be verified, logically structured, and the distribution of material should correspond to the structure; the work should be free of errors and typos. The final qualifying work should contain relevant ideas and the novelty of the approach to research.

Unlike coursework that demonstrates the results of work during one academic year, the final qualifying work is a systematization of the diverse knowledge and skills acquired by the student during the entire period of study at the university, a test of the ability to use research methods, as well as the degree of preparedness of the graduate to perform professional duties specialist translator.

The mark "excellent" is given if:
