Practitioners' Tales of Astral Travel - Applications, Techniques, and Recommendations. Astral travel stories Astral travel stories

Tensegrity, meditation, reading mantras and reciting affirmations, yoga - what do you choose for yourself? I have always chosen astral travel. Through them I came to understand the process of meditation and the need to develop spiritually.

There was the experience of calling the spirit of my father who died in 2006. That fateful seance in 2008 instantly revealed my paranormal abilities.

Once on a blog I told a story about a seance. You can read:

I am Cancer and the ability to astral travel is in my blood

If your zodiac sign is Cancer, then you know what it means to be a very sensitive and subtle nature. Mysticism is in our blood. Some of us were familiar with sleepwalking as children. We Cancers are very impressionable and capable of the occult.

Astral travel was obtained from childhood, but I did not know at the time that this phenomenon has such a name. Books in the house with the title "How to get out into the Astral?" we did not have.

It was strange for me to wake up several times, go to the bathroom and again, and relive some moments again. I saw them. It was not clear to me, but the adults were saying Deja Vu. My grandmother was drawn to church when I told that at night “in a dream” I communicated with deceased relatives.

Now it is ridiculous to remember how the priest said: “This is all from the Devil. Just let her pray. "

There are legends among the people that there are normal priests. Truly spiritual people. They know and understand a lot. But I have not met such. Write in the comments, have you met?

One mother understood me a little. In her youth, she was on field trainings for the disclosure of superpowers. I learned to read the minds of other people and get out of the body. She said that she became scared when she split in half and saw herself on top of her body.

Children's astral travel

Remember how in childhood we fly in dreams?

We are told: "If you fly in a dream, then you are growing."

There is little logic here. And when we are already adults and have grown up, but fly in a dream - what does this mean? Still growing? Funny, is not it.

In childhood, we first encounter our astral body. We begin to master it little by little. The subtle body grows with you: resentments, joys, vivid impressions and daily emotions.

You recognize emotions and reveal your feelings. At the same time, the astral body develops and shapes you.

I was molded good books, music lessons and people around. I've always been picky. She let a few into her world and not all.

Once I fell asleep, saw how I separated from the body and went for a walk outside. Kolka woke up my friend and we flew out into the street - into our yard. And then I hear my mother's voice: “Julia, dotsya, get up. Wake up. " I didn't understand how to wake up if I was already awake. I was 6 years old.

When I woke up, I inhaled sharply. There was a slight vibration in my chest. The state is such as if I was being rolled on a swing.

I still remember my first astral travels. They are very bright.

Do you remember yours? Write below.

Friendly dead in the Astral

There were many of them. They didn't scare me. Deceased relatives whom I did not know during my life. Neighbors. A classmate who died in an accident. Some actors. Writers who died in the 19th and early 20th centuries.

They told me that the time will come and I will write about them. I didn't know how right they were, because I wanted to become a lawyer.

The dead asked for help during my astral travels. Someone did not have time to do something, and someone got stuck between levels on the Other Side.

I gradually started to get bored with it. Less and less often I began to leave the body.

But in 2008, after the New Year, the ability to astral projection resumed. The seance worked as a trigger. Every night, several times I went to the Astral.

P.S. Continuation will be next time. She wrote a lot. It's time to stop. Wait for a new post. It will be continued.

Was it interesting? Ask questions. I will answer them.

The method of astral visions has a solid theoretical basis, although this theory may seem antiscientific to some. Its supporters (mainly theosophists and occultists) argue that outside the material world there is a certain "astral plane", "ether" or "akasha", which contains the subtle projections of all earthly bodies ("etheric" or "astral" bodies). Time and space do not exist in this world, movement in it requires special skills, but those who master these skills can easily receive any information about everything that happens in the material world - in the present, past or future tense.
It is not known to what extent this theory corresponds to reality. but practices based on it usually give good results. In particular, the already mentioned Edgar Cayce unconditionally believed in the existence of the astral plane and successfully used it in his work. Many famous mystics of India and Tibet did the same, including such famous people as Ramakrishna and Sri Aurobindo. All the techniques of "climbing the planes" are of Indian origin, but in our conditions they can hardly be used "in their pure form." The European consciousness is more pragmatic and skeptical, while all Indian manuals are designed for people who are simple-minded and unconditionally believe in "astral" theories. Therefore, leading European mystics have adapted these guidelines for use in their cultural environment. One of the most intelligible adaptations belongs to the outstanding magician and visionary Aleister Crowley. It makes sense to quote it in its entirety, because from the point of view of practice here "neither add nor subtract."

1. Let the student take one of the prescribed poses (in this case, in addition to specific Crowley asanas, yogic asanas and a simple posture of sitting on a chair, hands on knees are permissible), having washed and dressed appropriately (the requirements here are the same as for the technique gaze mentioned earlier). Let him workplace will be free from all unnecessary; let him perform all the preliminary purifications, exorcisms and invocations, and finally, burn incense.

2. He will imagine the Path as his own figure (in the appropriate magical attire and with the proper magical weapons) envelopes his entire body or stands directly in front of him at a fairly close distance.

3. Now let him transfer his consciousness into this imaginary figure, so that it seems to him that he sees her with his eyes and hears with her ears. This element of the operation is usually quite difficult to accomplish.

4. Now let him make this imaginary figure rise into the air, high enough above the ground.

5. Here let him stop and look around (sometimes it is difficult to open his eyes).

6. Most likely he will see figures approaching him, or he realizes that he is in a certain landscape. Let him speak to these figures and persistently seek their answer using the appropriate pentagrams and sigils (magic signs).

7. If he wishes, he can move in this space, using the guidance of these figures, or without their guidance.

9. But let him be careful and carefully check how truthful are those with whom he speaks, for he will face a thousand of the most insidious attacks and the most subtle deceptions. In particular, hostile creatures often appear in the robes of glory; but the corresponding pentagram causes them to shrink or crumble.

10. Practice will make the student extremely careful in these matters.

11. Returning to the body is usually quite easy, but sometimes some difficulties may arise here. The key to resolving them is, again, practice, which makes our imaginations more fruitful. For example, a student can create in his thoughts a fiery chariot drawn by white horses and order the chariot to drive inside. It is dangerous to go too far and stop too long, for fatigue is unacceptable. It can lead to weakness, obsession, loss of memory or other mental faculties.

12. And finally, let the student make his imaginary body, in which he seems to be traveling, to coincide with the physical body; let him tense his muscles, suck in air, and put his index finger to his lips. Then he must, using a well-defined act of will, "wake up", and then - seriously and accurately describe everything that happened to him.

It should be added here that this experiment, for all its apparent complexity, is quite easy to carry out. Still, the first "journey" is best done in the presence of a person who is sufficiently knowledgeable in these matters. Two or three experiments are usually enough for the student to become familiar with the exercise and even gain some experience.
Questions about magic tools, spells, signs and rituals are considered in the vast literature on magic and the occult (in particular, in the works of the same Crowley). All of them are purely individual and their application depends on the time of year, phases of the moon and common goal ritual. Astral travel is not as safe as it might seem at first glance, so a novice clairvoyant (in order to avoid problems) needs to enlist the support of a more experienced friend who has already conducted similar experiments.

Astral travel is very often preceded by a session of hypnosis or self-hypnosis. The fact is that in a hypnotic dream we “go out into the astral plane” much easier and at the same time we can inform those present about everything that we see there. There is no need to describe the numerous techniques of hypnosis here: they are quite complex and require long-term specialized training. In addition, hypnotized mediums are not very reliable assistants in the complex work of clairvoyance. Often they see what the hypnotist wants to see, thus, genuine visions are replaced by imaginary pictures, which also arise from them under the influence of hypnosis.
Self-hypnosis is a completely different matter. He can and should serve as an aid in astral travel. There are examples of going into outer space, thanks to the use of the ancient Indian method of self-hypnosis: you need to fix your gaze on the tip of your nose and repeat the mantra "Om mani padme hum" until the "exit to the astral plane" takes place. But those who wish to perform such an experiment should be warned in advance about the possibility of experiencing very uncomfortable sensations described by one of the experimenters: "The feeling of cold and infinity was so clear and eerie that I never dared to repeat this experience."
You can also keep your eyes on the bridge of the nose, but in this case, a normal dream can occur much earlier than the visions come. Carlos Castaneda recommends rotating the pupils or squinting the eyes; old Indian manuals recommend looking at a shiny ball suspended by a string. Self-hypnosis can also be achieved with the help of conventional autogenous training: this state is somewhat different from hypnotic sleep, but it is also very favorable for astral travel.

Another painful and difficult method of clairvoyance is based on a completely scientific fact: some intense bodily inconveniences upset the higher nervous activity man and make him prone to visions. True, doctors call these visions "hallucinations", but no one can deny the fact that in such hallucinations the future often opens. Many cases of clairvoyance were associated with a kind of "mortification of the flesh."
The clairvoyants of the East have special ways to achieve this state. For example, Sufi dervishes use prolonged rotation around their axis while shouting the sacred names of Allah. To make their visions brighter and clearer, they drink very strong coffee or smoke hashish: by themselves, these drugs do not promote clairvoyance, but in combination with exercise often give the desired effect. Something similar (but not with a spin, but with a swing) can be seen in prayer meetings of the shakers, or Pentecostals. And the German writer Hans-Heinz Evers describes a sectarian experiment with a round dance. Ordinary wine served as a stimulant here, but the effect of the group dance was so strong that the open heavens and the angels were seen by everyone present at the same time.
Indian sages are aware of the magical power of dance, but they prefer to use another means. Long breath holdings lead to oxygen starvation of the brain and also allow visions to be achieved. A long stay in one position (yogic asana) in combination with a mantra, breathing exercises and concentration of gaze greatly contributes to this. And the teachers of many tantric sects prefer long-term sex without ejaculation: the “erotic clarity” achieved in this case also “opens the heavens” and allows you to see the invisible.
The traditional European remedy is prolonged fasting (full or partial, ie "lean" diet without proteins and sweets). Christian saints, famous for their clairvoyance, preferred to fast without cleansing enemas, which contributed to additional intoxication of the brain. When combined with prolonged prayers and meditations that tune the mind to a religious harmony, fasting allows you to experience true sacred ecstasy. The same can be said about self-flagellation, which was very common in the Middle Ages, and about pillage (prolonged standing under the scorching sun and rain in a motionless position), and about vigils (continuous wakefulness for several days), and about inquisitorial torture.
All of the above methods are good because they quite easily open the door of clairvoyance even to the most unprepared people. Their disadvantage is that they are often accompanied by fear, ecstasy and other strong feelings. Visions obtained in this way are characterized by excessive emotional fullness: they cause either horror or delight, and the seer cannot in any way concentrate on their predictive meaning. In addition, many procedures of "mortification of the flesh" can cause irreversible harm to the physical and mental health of a clairvoyant!

Sensory fasting is extremely popular in Buddhist monasteries in Tibet and the Himalayas. Its essence lies in the fact that a person is placed for a long time (at least for several months) in a dark room without windows (sometimes just in a hole covered with a lid). The strongest stress that soon occurs in such conditions can either destroy the psyche of a voluntary prisoner, or endow him with the gift of clairvoyance. In the language of local mystics, this is called "opening the third eye." Sometimes sensory starvation is accompanied by additional procedures that fix "spiritual vision" forever. An adept processed in this way can become not only a soothsayer or a diagnostician, but also acquire the ability to telepathy, levitation and visible projection of his visions.

Sensory overload is a method directly opposite to the previous one: prolonged exposure to loud rhythmic sounds, flashing lights, monotonous cries. This method is known to all primitive people and underlies the so-called "shamanic ecstasy", which allows the shaman to make "spiritual journeys to other worlds."
“At night, in the presence of those who want to have answers from the demons, the shaman begins to cast his spells and, holding the tambourine, strikes it with force on the ground. Finally, he begins to rave, and they begin to knit him. Then the demon appears in the darkness, and the shaman gives him meat to eat, and he gives answers. " This quote is not less than 700 years old - it is taken from the memoirs of Guillaume Rubruk, who visited the headquarters of Mangu Khan in the middle of the 13th century. But the shamanic ritual has not changed at all since then, and even on the contrary: it gained popularity among white people, hitherto not involved in shamanic culture. In addition, recently “new shamans” have appeared who are trying to translate the “shamanic way” into the language of modern concepts. One of the foundations of this movement was the work of Michael Harner, a former member of the New Institute. Social Research who received shamanic initiation in the Amazonian Kunibo tribe and was able to extremely successfully translate the basic elements of shamanic reality into language modern science... During the initiation, he was given those visions that people usually have on the verge of death.
At Harner seminars, you can often hear the sounds of a large leather tambourine, which is used by shamans as vehicle for traveling to the mythical world. Seminar participants sit in relaxed positions in the dark (or with their eyes closed) and imagine the world tree stretching high into the heavens and deep into the earth. They enter the door at the base of the tree and move down the main root. The root turns into a tunnel, at the end of which light is visible. Riding the beating of a tambourine, they enter this luminous fog and call a guide (animal, spirit or mythical character) to help them explore the area that is about to spread out in front of them. The journey usually lasts about twenty minutes, although sometimes it is longer. Then the tambourine changes the rhythm, calling the travelers back; when they return, they try to remember as much as possible and write down everything that happened to them.
Another way of sensory overload is gazing at flickering lights or rapidly rotating objects. V Ancient Greece for this purpose, a potter's wheel with a piece of clay was used; modern researchers use a stroboscope (a special flashing light) or a movie projector with a blank, storyboard film. This method is quite dangerous: after all, in a person predisposed to epilepsy, it can cause a fairly severe seizure. However, there is evidence that ancient experts would have considered such an outcome the most successful: after all, visions preceding convulsions are often distinguished by extraordinary clarity and carry a lot of predictive information.
The indigenous people of Africa prefer to be exposed to all kinds of sensory overloads at the same time; in addition, they also dance until they drop, and in addition, take various psychostimulating or toxic drugs. These kinds of rituals are extremely effective. But a person who participates in them too often runs the risk of losing the line between the real and the imaginary and confusing reality with visions. All this should be known to the visitors of today's discos, which largely copy African rituals.

Nature offers man a variety of toxic and narcotic substances that can induce visions. However, not all hallucinogenic drugs promote clairvoyance. For example, pseudo-hallucinations caused by hashish, opium, and large doses of cocaine do not carry any predictive information. Yes, and other substances create many difficulties: first of all, working with them requires the presence of an assistant (since it can be very difficult to write down your visions in this state); in addition, they complicate self-control and "finish" the picture of visions in their own way, often distorting their meaning; and finally, many of them cause unconditional harm to human health.
Since prophetic potions have a reputation in certain circles as the quickest and easiest route to true clairvoyance, here is a detailed breakdown of what actually happens to people after taking them. Describing the effect of certain substances, for certain reasons, it was decided to exclude from this article the exact medical names of drugs that have a pronounced narcotic effect, and restrict ourselves to only mentioning their bases.

1. The preparation, the active substance of which is henbane, belladonna and some other wild plants. Intoxication with this drug causes dilated pupils, dry mouth, sometimes nausea and headache. At a certain concentration in the blood, a person may experience visions. More often than not, he sees absent friends or enemies, strangers or animals; often familiar terrain appears as a mysterious and fabulous landscape, while familiar people take on a different appearance and behave completely differently than in reality. In most cases, hallucinations under the influence of this drug are frightening and threatening, and the seer tries to drop or escape from the illusory beings. Experiments with it cannot be carried out indoors, since intoxication can cause an attack of claustrophobia. Each person who has taken this drug must be assigned at least one assistant, since under the influence of this drug, many are prone to unmotivated aggression and destructive actions. After sobering up, a person, as a rule, does not remember either his visions or actions.
In medieval sources, it is often mentioned that this drug was part of the "flying ointment" that European witches used to fly to the Sabbath. According to the descriptions, this ointment gives rise to a sense of flight and clear visions. which are perceived as real events. However, there is no reliable information on the use of "flying ointment" in modern conditions.

2. Organic solvents. Inhalation of the vapors of these substances with a low oxygen supply provides vivid and varied hallucinations that are visible with closed eyes, and more closely resemble dreams or films than true visions. These oneurodic effects are most often the visualization of various fantasies of the seer; often they are erotic in nature or echo the movies seen the day before. It is clear that the predictive value of such visions is highly questionable. In addition, vapors of organic solvents are extremely toxic, and with regular use, they very quickly destroy the lungs, liver and other organs involved in their assimilation and excretion.

3. Hallucinogenic substance contained in the Canary canary, as well as in the bark of some varieties of acacia (mainly Australian and Latin American). When the finely ground powder of this substance is inhaled, extremely intense visions of extraordinary landscapes and creatures appear that last 15-20 minutes and then disappear without a trace. What you saw is easy to reproduce and record from memory. The substance is extremely quickly destroyed in human body, however, there is a way to make it last longer. It is taken orally along with substances that block the action of monoamine oxidase, an enzyme that breaks down the hallucinogenic substance. This combination is called ayahuasca and has long been used by the indigenous people of the Amazon Basin. Reception of it first causes vomiting or diarrhea, then abundant visions begin, which have nothing to do with either the seer's fantasies or his personal experience. Example: “I was thrown into a space in which everything seemed to make no sense. Visions with closed eyes were absolutely out of this world, free in form, flowing from one scene to another. I walked through huge opening doors, flew into spaceships, saw incredibly difficult and crazy roads and highways, floated through a space that I can never describe properly. There were creatures, gray things with a yellow stripe, like small rodents, and some other serpentine objects. And especially the eyes. They looked from every bend in the road, from every snake, from under the door. But that didn't scare me. I was just wondering what they are all doing here and what they see. My field of vision has also changed a lot. In a normal state, I manage to consider only one object at a time, but here my field of vision was the entire hemisphere, and my body (or rather, my whole being) was a point in this strange universe. The point did not have a body, it just floated in this virtual space of the brain. I could receive messages from this virtual hemisphere, but I couldn't even comprehend it a little bit. It was too fast, difficult and intense. " This is how one young American who took Ayahuasca just for experiment describes his hallucinations. He did not think about the meaning of the visions and did not try to understand them; however, it should be said here that the indigenous people of the Amazon themselves regard visions as a kind of "side effect" and especially value the state of extraordinary spiritual clarity that occurs after the completion of the visions. It is in this state that an experienced ayahuasquero acquires the ability to solve any complex problems, read other people's thoughts, find hidden objects, diagnose diseases and predict the future.
The production, storage and distribution of this narcotic substance is prohibited by the laws of most countries in the world. However, there is no mention of plants containing it in the legislation.

4. An injectable preparation commonly used for gynecological and dental anesthesia. It has a kind of "side effect": after the injection, a person can see his body from the side, and then, for the entire duration of the anesthesia, he falls into the world of bizarre hallucinations that have practically nothing to do with his earthly experience. Visions are well remembered and can be written down, but their meaning (including predictive) defies interpretation. These are geometric patterns, fantastic landscapes and cars, unearthly creatures, etc. It is not known whether anyone tried to use such a drug for clairvoyance or communication with spirits, but such use seems unpromising, since all hallucinations are quite the same type and, apparently, represent only one of the many planes of the astral world. To stop hallucinations, doctors usually inject this drug in a mixture with barbiturates.

5. Ergot alkaloid, a powerful hallucinogen. In Western culture, since the 60s, it has been known as a "mind expanding" drug. Aldous Huxley, one of the pioneers scientific research of this drug, indicates that the mechanism of its action is similar to the mechanism of the classical methods of "mortification of the flesh." The drug dramatically reduces the sugar content in the brain; this, according to Huxley, allows you to open a kind of "reducing valve" that filters the reality perceived by the brain and shields our consciousness from "irrational phenomena."
Another prominent drug researcher, Timothy Leary, compares states of "psychedelic experience" with the classic description of the posthumous journey of the soul in the "Tibetan Book of the Dead." In his opinion, the parallels here are so obvious that The Book of the Dead may serve as the best textbook for anyone who wishes to experiment with this drug and other psychedelics. However, it should be noted here that the experience of perceiving the drug is in any case individual and depends on many factors. In some cases, the subject does not observe any hallucinations or sees something like dreams; in other cases, the hallucinations are so vivid that the reality in comparison with them looks "puppet" and fake.
However, hallucinations have nothing to do with clairvoyance. As in the case of ayahuasca, an enlightened and clairvoyant state occurs after the end of hallucinations, and not all of them. Attacks of spontaneous clairvoyance may occur within two weeks of taking this drug. It is considered extremely dangerous for the psyche: it is noted that it often causes the first attack of schizophrenia or severe psychotic reactions. The manufacture, storage and distribution of this drug is prohibited by the laws of most countries in the world.

6. The active element of the Mexican peyote cactus. Like those listed above, it belongs to the prohibited drugs. It has long been used by shamans in Central America to achieve clairvoyant states. In terms of its hallucinogenic effect, it is weaker than the others described here, however, an enlightened state of mind arises earlier and lasts longer than with the aforementioned drugs. Side effects include severe nausea (especially with dried peyote), increased blood pressure, and dry mouth.

7. Heating gas used in gas stoves. Currently, it is practically not used, however, in history there are cases when intoxication with this gas was used to achieve visionary states. This is, in particular, the famous Delphic oracle. It is known that the temple of Apollo was built on a fault from which gas escaped, and it was the intoxication with this gas that made the Pythias prophesy. The side effects of gas poisoning are known to everyone - severe headache, lethargy, dullness, nausea. The gas does not have a hallucinogenic effect and does not give rise to enlightened states. After sobering up, a person, as a rule, does not remember either his visions or actions.

8. Active substance of fly agaric and some other mushrooms. It is known that fly agarics served as a favorite means of intoxication among northern peoples and were actively used by shamans. This gave rise to many legends about the "incomparable" psychedelic action of fly agarics; in particular, the famous American mycologist R. Wasson argued that it was from them that soma was prepared - the sacred drink of Vedic India. In reality, the drug acts like number 1. Nausea when taking mushrooms is more pronounced and lasts about half an hour, then the stimulation phase begins, but hallucinations rarely occur (the most common form is "flies" in front of the eyes). At high doses, there are bouts of unrestrained talkativeness, convulsive and absurd movements, unreasonable laughter, a desire for vigorous (and often meaningless) activity. The visual impairment persists (depending on the dose) for several days after administration. It is possible that in persons predisposed to epilepsy, this drug is capable of causing seizures (along with accompanying visions). However, this hypothesis requires additional testing.

9. Hallucinogenic substances contained in some mushrooms of the genus Psylocybe. The action is almost the same as number 5, but much softer. "Psilocybin" states are easier to manage and control; in intoxication, "enlightenment" prevails, and hallucinations occur much less frequently. Psylocybe's "magic mushrooms" have been used by magicians and clairvoyants all over the world. Many have noted their property to create a "dialogue" with supernatural beings that are either inside our consciousness, or outside the visible world... Often, in the course of such a dialogue, important predictions can be obtained, useful tips and original information on matters of mysticism and occultism. However, these phenomena can be attributed more to the realm of spiritualism and necromancy than to clairvoyance. The information received is well remembered and can be recorded both after the intoxication session and directly during the session. The side effects here are the same as in case number 5. In addition, frequent use of mushrooms (especially raw) can cause liver dysfunction and non-infectious hepatitis. The collection, storage and distribution of mushrooms containing an active substance is prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation. In many other countries, the ban only applies to active substances, but does not apply to the mushrooms themselves.

As can be seen from the above report, intoxication rarely creates favorable conditions for clairvoyance. “By itself, the dose of the drug does not lead to psychedelic discoveries,” writes Timothy Leary. "The drug works as a" chemical key "- it opens consciousness, frees the nervous system from ordinary patterns and structures." To this we can add that often such a discovery leads to a complete loss of interest in the future, so that the need for predictive arts disappears by itself.

On the second Saturday in April, many fishermen gather on the banks of the Upa to celebrate the start of the summer fishing season. Even though the spring was cold this year. Many people gathered on the river. My friends and I also did not break the tradition. We made a symbolic cast into troubled waters and lit a fire. Just like most of the people gathered here. Having spoken a lot about this, about this. My comrades were about to go home when a warrior from the Vin circle drove up to the river in a new car. He took a new rod out of the trunk and, having made a traditional cast, went to his friends.
_ Everywhere there is a crisis. Where do people get money? _ a rhetorical question escaped from the sorcerer Warlock.
_ Earns on tournaments, _ Nikolai answered him _ an inveterate fisherman.
_ What tournaments? I asked.
_ Sorcerous, _ said an avid fisherman calmly. After these words, those sitting by the fire directed their gaze to Nikolai. He realized that having said a, he had to say bae, and began his story, _ It was a long time ago that was two or three years ago, but I remember well that it was in the middle of summer. Then I was pinned.
_ What do you mean? _ asked the sorcerer.
_ You will not understand this. I am an astral traveler. Do you know what an astral is? the avid fisherman asked. The warlock shook his head.
_ Astral _ is a drug that is worth trying just once, but it will last until the end of life, _ the astral traveler explained and continued on, _ That day, I went to an abandoned dacha. People don't go there, so you don't have to be afraid that someone will clean out their pockets while walking outside my body. And besides, he fed several stray cats in the country. They are, as you know, the worst enemies of energetic entities. It means that no astral monster can get into my body. Having treated homeless animals with a fish, he sat down in a chair, which he had already used more than once for astral adventures. As usual, I put the call on my phone for two hours. This is quite enough to walk up to your heart's content, and at the same time knock your teeth off the edge. A few minutes later, and I saw myself sleeping on a chair. The first thing I did was look at my watch, it showed five in the evening. This meant that I had to look into the future. Let in the near, but still, the future. I began to think about where to go, but the cats felt the energy of the soul. They took her for an astral essence. They began to meow loudly, and one of them, raising her tail with a pipe, prepared to attack.
_ What can a cat do to your soul? _ I asked.
_ Nothing to the soul. But then, when I return to the body. Scars can appear from cat's paws, _ answering my question, Nikolai continued the story, _ I did not tempt fate and quickly got away. I wandered where my eyes were looking. Legs led to the cottage village. I already had about a hundred meters to the nearest house, when out of nowhere, the soul catcher Tilik appeared. With whom, with whom, and with him I did not want to meet at all. After all, he is very sensitive and could take my soul for an incorporeal essence. And with representatives of the astral world, Tilik has one energy blow. It didn't bode well for me. At best, it will hit so that I will look for a way back to the body for a couple of days, and at worst - a coma. If we add to this that my body is in an abandoned house, they will not be found soon, and this means only one death. I, like a little one, hid behind a tree. Hoping that the soul catcher would not notice, but my hopes were dashed. Tilik felt me behind him. The only thing that then came to mind was rushed into the courtyard of the sorcerer Vin. The soul catcher will definitely not stick there. Since, everyone knows that the sorcerer does not digest Tilik organically. The soul catcher did not calm down and was about to enter the courtyard, but at that moment, Vin appeared on the porch of the house, dressed in a suede cloak and with a long stick in his hand. Seeing the owner of the house, Tilik retired from sin. The sorcerer put the stick in the trunk and got into the car. I immediately realized that Vin was dressed like this in order to conjure. How the warriors of the circle conjure, I have not yet seen, for this reason I decided to follow him. And to be honest, to do that, I still had nothing to do. Do it special labor was not, because without a body shell I can move at the speed of a car. Vin arrived at a huge boulder. There he drew a circle on a stone and disappeared into it. I perfectly understood that the sorcerer went to a parallel world. It is much more dangerous to go there, even than meeting a soul catcher. After all, if you get lost there, then you will definitely not find the way back. You will always have to wander in an unfamiliar world. Even knowing about this danger. The desire to visit a parallel world, at least once, did the trick. I followed after the sorcerer. The stone gate passed without any problems. On the other side I found myself in a dense forest. It seemed a little for me to visit a parallel world and see only tall trees. True, he was afraid to walk alone in an unfamiliar area, for this reason he followed the sorcerer. Five minutes later, Vin led me to the edge of the forest, beyond which stretched a huge valley. On it there was a plot fenced with a palisade. There were already a dozen or so people dressed like the warrior of Vin's circle, sitting on long benches around a huge circle. I was afraid to approach there. After all, you never know among them there could be those who feel the energy of the soul. True, it was not worth getting close, since everything could be seen from the edge of the forest. When all the shops were filled with people. A gray-bearded giant stepped into the center of the circle. He opened a small chest and showed it to those present.
_ Was there a lot of money in it? _ asked the Warlock.
_ You, in all your life, do not earn, _ Nikolai answered the question and continued the story further, _ After that he began to call two people into the circle. They made magical movements with long sticks until someone was on the ground. After that, the next pair was called. After about half an hour, it was the turn of Vin, he got a tall sorcerer. Something went wrong with the warrior of the circle, and he ended up on the ground. I saw his dead eyes and cried out in horror. Someone felt my presence. Immediately several people rushed after me. As the pursuers were in no hurry, but still, I was the first to arrive at the stone and go back home. As soon as you were in your world, the phone rang. I opened my eyes and immediately rushed to Vin to convince him to give up the competition.
_ How do you determine that it was not a dream, but an exit from the body? _ the Warlock asked, _ Can you dream of such a thing?
_ Maybe. No matter what it sounds like, I check my pulse. He will never deceive, _ Nikolai answered.
_ Do you think he's going on? _ I asked.
_ Humpback, only the grave will fix, _ said the astral traveler, heading for his car.

From the story of the practitioner of astral travel, you can draw your own conclusions. Oleg got into the astral plane for 25 years after long attempts. Further, about the astral world, what it is will be told on his behalf.

“I tried for a long time to get out of the body, but all attempts were in vain. Now I understand that this was due to a lack of knowledge.

Getting up early in the morning without an alarm clock, I wandered around the apartment for a while. When I went to bed, all muscles were as relaxed as possible. After a couple of minutes I began to see images, various pictures flashed in front of me, but I held on to my mind as hard as I could and tried not to fall asleep. During one of the looks, I decided to get up. It turned out to be difficult to climb, as if I rolled forward.

I started feeling everything around. I was struck by the reality of feelings. After that I woke up. But now I realized that everything is real, and continued my practice. You don't get out every time, you need a certain predisposition of the mind.

Now I sometimes travel to my favorite places, I spend this time thinking about certain situations. This helps me to stay more balanced in my everyday life and sometimes see how this or that situation will end. I think with practice I can stay there for a longer period. Great concentration is needed to stay in the astral world "

Astral world what is it?

The topic is quite confusing, there are many versions and sources. Astral is an existing place, it is not a dream and not a person's fantasy. If two individuals enter it at the same time, then they will meet each other. In the astral plane, you can move to any point on the planet and at any time interval. There you can find higher and lower beings, deceased relatives.

You can get into the future and see what will happen in a certain period of your life. But it is impossible to change something or influence events.

There are often cases when a person loses interest in life after astral travel. It should be understood that the astral is just a projection of the entire information field, you cannot live your life there.

Astral travel is the separation of the soul from the body, accompanied by a hum in the ears, heaviness and other unpleasant sensations. Both when leaving the body and on the journey itself, there will be an unpleasant feeling of fear or anxiety. Often, people going out into the astral plane do not leave the limits of their room, because of a feeling of anxiety.

Astral body

It is not the soul that leaves on a journey to other worlds, but the astral body. As you know, a person consists not only of a soul and a physical shell. It contains 7 bodies: physical, etheric, astral, mental, casual, buddhic and atmic. Science has come closest to the astral body at this moment in time. Perhaps in the near future, new opportunities will open up for everyone.

Therefore, you should not be afraid not to return or oversleep the morning. The body fully continues its work and after awakening the astral body returns to its place.

If during the journey the body dies due to illness or someone kills you in reality while you are sleeping, then the astral body will not be able to return back. Therefore, a person in old age or with poor health should not engage in such practices.

Astral World Evidence

The astral world exists in the same way as the astral body. There are many facts of clinical death, after which people talked about their travels to other worlds.

In an BBC film about clinical death, you can see the story of one woman who underwent complex brain surgery. During the operation, she had to be killed, that is, introduced into clinical death. But even the death of the brain, the woman, separated from the body, heard and saw everything that was happening. After telling the doctor about the dialogues that were heard, he confirmed that this was exactly what happened.

Many esotericists in their books confirmed the presence of the astral plane and went there themselves, whether it is worth believing them, the decision of everyone.

But the best proof would be personal experience that anyone can get with some effort.

Astral world and mental world

The astral world is a display of images, and the mental world is of thoughts. It is very easy to confuse them. As images differ from thoughts, so these worlds differ from each other.

The mental world is considered a higher level. To get there you have to work hard on yourself. The higher astral is the mental dimension. Only spiritually developed people with high concentration can enter there.

It is believed that the higher astral or mental is paradise.

Since the astral world is a kind of projection of our world, it is very similar to our planet. There may be identical cities, countries, small or huge differences. On the lower astral, forms can be changed by an effort of will, therefore, it is rather difficult to describe this place specifically. One thing is clear for sure - it is very similar to our world.

The lower astral can appear before a person as a figment of his imagination. In the lower astral, you can modify the shapes of objects, create something new and play with your imagination in every possible way.

Going out into the astral plane, you can move to any point in the world with the help of just one thought, all that is needed is concentration.

You can often hear eyewitness stories about how they saw our planet from the side, being in the astral plane. The destination when entering the astral plane depends on the level of spiritual development of a person and his desires. He can wake up in his room, in a place from childhood memories, anywhere in the world.

3 ways to see the astral world

The subtle world is interesting to almost everyone, everyone sees dreams and wants to learn a little more about the other world.

There are several exit techniques.

The first way

Fall asleep in an uncomfortable position for you. If you sleep on your back, lie on your stomach, or vice versa. The state should be calm, not agitated. The attitude should be indifferent. If you cling to the idea of getting out, you never really get out of the body.

Closing your eyes, you must begin to peer into the bottomless void. This should be done until images or pictures appear. After them, vibrations will appear in the body.

At this moment, you must immediately rise. You shouldn't think about how to do this, the main action is. If you can't get up, you can roll from the bed to the floor, many find it easier to roll. This is an important point!

At the same time, people often confuse reality and astral. Waking up already in the astral plane, they believe that they just got out of bed and lie back. After that, they wake up in reality with a sense of a missed moment.

If you miss the vibrations and do nothing, you will fall into sleep paralysis, and this state is very unpleasant.

Second way

In the evening, going to bed, you need to relax and close your eyes. Then falling asleep, half asleep, you need to raise your hands and see them. In reality, in this case, the muscles will be completely relaxed, and the real hand does not move anywhere, the eyes are closed.

When a fuzzy image arises, you need to rub your hands together with all your strength. When the image is clear, you will have to immediately roll out of the physical body.

Third way

Twisting around its axis. Falling asleep you need to imagine how your body makes an infinite number of turns in one direction or another. The faster the better. The more turns, the easier it will be to get rid of the shell. You can alternate all three methods while falling asleep in a beat of 15 seconds for the best effect.

Sleep paralysis

Paralysis occurs during exiting the body in the event that a person could not jump out of the shell in time and got stuck in it.

The body will be paralyzed, fear will arise due to the feeling of uncontrollability of the body. Otherworldly sounds and possibly even images will appear. Sometimes there is a feeling of suffocation and terrible fear. At such a moment, you cannot panic, this will only aggravate the situation, you should relax and just wait until the body wakes up.

Sleep paralysis is quite common. There are many legends different nations about demons or witches who sit on their chests in the middle of the night and frighten people, trying to strangle them. In fact, this is due to the fact that the person woke up during sleep. When we sleep, we experience a condition called muscle atony, which prevents body movements and paralyzes the body while we sleep. When we wake up during sleep, we get this kind of sleep paralysis. This state lasts from a few seconds to a couple of minutes.

Is the astral world dangerous?

When the astral body travels through other dimensions, no entity can harm it. Provided that a person has a strong psyche and is not afraid when he sees this or that essence.

Guests from the lower strata exist in real world... Invisibly for us, they are attracted to places of accumulation of envy, lust, anger. Gradually, they begin to influence people, making them slaves of earthly pleasures and vices. It should be understood that the subtle world is always present in the everyday life of a person. The fact that we do not see him does not mean that he does not exist.

At the lowest level of the astral there are entities of the same level of development as a person. You cannot destroy anything in that world or try to harm entities, the consequences can even pass into everyday life.

Contact with the astral world

Once on the lower level, you can find various entities from myths and legends. From vampires to werewolves. There are also bad souls here who could have sinned greatly during their lifetime. Travelers just like you. Also there you can meet various magicians who travel around the worlds in order to study abilities.

The astral plane has its own laws, but each person sees it a little differently. This is due to the peculiarities of the perception of the world. In our daily life, we also see the world differently.

Sensations and contacts are absolutely real, the fact that the world is invisible does not mean that it is not there.

If the astral body gets to the highest level, we can say that it has got to heaven. But the path upward is open only to the brightest and wisest souls, a small number of people have been there.

Astral world of cats and dogs

Everyone has heard stories about animals that came to the owner through thousands of kilometers. Or even after death they visited him. These are not fictions. Animals often travel to astral worlds and feel much more confident there than people.

After death, animals also go to the astral plane and continue to dwell there. It is not for nothing that the cat is considered a guide to the other world.

Animals can become your companions on your journey through the subtle world. To do this, it is enough to call the astral body of the animal to yourself during the journey. This usually happens easily and without a hitch.

Safety when working and traveling in the astral world

A person's strong faith and his moral principles will act as protection in the subtle world. Gradually, when a person gets stronger, his strength will increase, and the entities will not have such an effect on his soul.

To avoid the consequences, you should follow safety precautions:

  1. Do not go to the astral plane for a long time, until the practice becomes something familiar.
  2. Do not attack entities, do not destroy the place of residence and do not think of yourself as great. You are just a guest there.
  3. People with strong mental health should go to the astral plane.
  4. You cannot be afraid. Fear - the only way through which spirits can harm.
  5. Each entity can be directly asked who it is. Since the appearance can be deceiving. She has no right to lie, but she can evade or simply hide.

Conclusion

Many people fail to stay in the astral plane or just get there. Do not get upset in such a situation, mentally weak people, as well as unprepared people, are not allowed into the astral plane. In order to get there, you need to have a strong psyche and moral readiness. The consequences of being there can easily affect daily life... This is a serious and responsible journey where two worlds collide.

Also, only those who really want it, who can break through the wall and force themselves, will not be afraid and will be able to survive all the experiences, get there.

Therefore, if the thirst for travel burns in your heart, then you will succeed, the only question is the practice and the regularity of its implementation.

And your grandmother, did she tell anything about the times of her youth? I asked, hoping to find out about the events of the nineteenth century.
- Yes, I told you a lot, but you are not interested in that. All this is more of a woman's.
- Was there any great war?
- No, we didn't have anything special before the Wahlaks. It was different. And death came, illnesses happened, children also died, but so that everyone went crazy, it never happened. The mind turned into astonishment, and the undead began to catch people and plant them in shelters.
- Like this? For what?
- Well, after all, before the invasion, almost everyone could hear voices in their minds, and these voices showed how to do the right thing in this or that case. But not everyone heard the voices. There were those who did not hear them, and because of this they fiercely hated those who heard. Then the waklaks recruited those who did not hear as their assistants, and they were happy to try, announced to those who heard that they were all fools, and they began to treat them. Clinics appeared in every town. All who heard were taken to them. And those who did not want to go to the hospital pretended to be deaf. Like this!

- How all this reminds the fight against dissent ... When for the "wrong" thoughts, some others put in prisons and psychiatric hospitals, and often even began to kill.
- Well, I ate my amazement, but he heard me. Come on, tell those who hear that they are just normal. This psychos only do not hear voices.

I don't remember what else happened, but there was definitely something. Because after the end of the conversation with Daria, I returned to my carcass after a while. It is impossible to define it; those who are in the know know that outside of their own body time does not exist at all.

So, I fulfill the request of my new friend Daria, and I hasten to reassure those who hear extraneous voices in their heads. You are not schizophrenics! You are normal. Disabled people are the ones who hear nothing. No voices in my head, no interlocutors in everyday life.

Q. - What else catches your eye that differs either from our experience, or from what was previously the idea of Kievan Rus?
O. - Kievan Rus is usually described already in periods of decline, it also appeared when different principalities merged, and before there was no such centralization of power. There were free cities, people settled around them. The prince did not usurp power. They were just some military organizations that were supposed to defend against attacks. And when degradation, degeneration began, people's abilities were lost and a rigid organization was already needed in order to reflect. There were still people who saw, but they did not live in these cities, it was not comfortable. Well, then Christianity destroyed them, the knowledgeable. Some still remain, but they are encrypted this way, not in Ukraine, they are deep there, in Russia. And they carry this knowledge, it's just that people are not yet ready for it.

Q. - But the number of these "non-humans"?
A. - There are few of them.
Q. - But they take advantage of the fact that they know who is who, but people do not know?
Oh yeah. They can create their own hierarchies and put their people in the right places, so they lead.
Q. - How do they differ from people? What do they eat, how long do they live?
O. - They eat the same way, it's just, I don't know much about them. The locals regard them as some kind of eccentric, like aliens. They trade in timber.

Q. - Do they sell timber?
A. - No, some kind of technology, I can't understand what exactly this is. The ones on which these carts work

Q. - Carts?
Oh yeah.
Q. - It turns out that the carts only work on these things, or are there those that are with horses?
A. - No, of course, with horses the majority. They don't reveal all the secrets of how technology works.

Q. - And what is the largest building that you see, what is it like?
O. - Five floors, a wooden tower.

Q. - That is, everything is made of wood?
A. - Only very small buildings are built of bricks. It is believed to be worse for the energy sector. Small buildings, like a barn. It is more durable, rots less, but people are less comfortable living in it. Therefore, they try to make of wood, it is more comfortable for them

Q. - Can we move a thousand years ahead? We are interested in the period of Tartary, are you aware of Tartary?
Oh yeah
Q. - The period when the knowledgeable was destroyed, can you see why they left? who destroyed them and for what reasons?
O. Princes, together with a foreign army. There was a certain army that was in the service of the princes, it was from mercenaries, a lot of foreigners, because their own people ... and plus all sorts of thugs were recruited. It was like an army of a prince. And they, by the power of the prince, destroyed those who did not submit. Destroyed even those in charge. Those who saw subtle bodies and could still tell that these are invaders in general, these are "non-humans"

Q. - It is still about A.D. 500. NS?
A. - No, this is later. Those who know were destroyed for a long time. For centuries. They had to be calculated. There are fewer and fewer of them. They all left the territory of Ukraine, but in Russia, there, in the depths, they still remained in uninhabited places. They just let themselves be killed. It was better for them to die than to fit in, to submit to this hierarchy. It was important to keep your soul pure.

As you can see, in ancient times, people preferred to leave the earthly plane, rather than forcibly lowering their vibrations.

Q. - Was there a specific ritual that was used for killing or do they just kill?
A. - They just concentrated and let it be done. And also their children were killed and women, they did not resist.
Q. - No, I mean, for example, the Inquisition had a whole ritual of closing ajna. I stuck something into it, such as a corkscrew, specifically to close it for many incarnations ahead.

A. - I don't see that. It was easier for them to either allow themselves to be killed, and if they tried to take prisoners, they resisted to be killed. Perhaps only a few were captured. They needed to be killed, they could not kill themselves, this was the worst option.

Let's make a lyrical digression and remember the Atlanteans in a similar scenario, because everything is fractal and similar:

Why did the Atlanteans decide not to destroy the minor planet? ( The point is that the Atlanteans knew about the impending cataclysm in the form of the fall of a cosmic body, they could have prevented destruction, but decided not to do this, thereby sacrificing most of their contemporaries )

After all, they fervently believed that most of them would perish under the loud sound of clinking planets. The fact is that in the trance time of changes, people had increased psychic abilities. And they were directly connected with their soul - the super-essence. Atlas remembered all his strained, tired, life on Earth, knew the purpose and meaning of each birth and death. He remembered his own happy lives in the subtle worlds after violent deaths in the valley of weeping and suffering. A pure and free life outside the physical body seemed like a paradise to Atlantis, where a worn-out soul that had risen from the coffin of the body felt at last at home.

But he could never voluntarily go to this paradise, since suicide was always considered the most amiss of sin. A man who did not learn his lessons at the school of the Earth, who did not pass the exams for the current physical life, went against his super-essence, which sent him here with its specific task. For suicide, the Atlantean was punished by repeated sufferings on the astral, mental and physical planes. All the super-beings of the Atlanteans tried to quickly grow and get into the higher worlds beyond the mind, time and forms. For an accelerated recruitment of experience on Earth, they embodied their fragments at once in eight or twelve bodies of people of various destinies and specialties and guided them like puppets. Simultaneously with these physical dolls, each soul had 13 more puppets in the subtle worlds. These puppets live beautifully and work hard in the subtle worlds, visit each other to patiently help the lagging fragments of their essence to complete the assigned tasks.
