Thanks for the compliments! I was born into a family of a military man on July 17, 1959. Graduated from the radio engineering faculty of the Military Academy. F.E. Dzerzhinsky. Then he served in one of the research institutes of the Ministry of Defense.

In 1988 he defended his Ph.D. thesis in the direction of technical protection of information.

Since 1994, he held various positions in the State Technical Commission under the President of the Russian Federation (now federal Service on technical and export control), in 2000 he was appointed head of one of the departments of this structure.

In 2008, in connection with the dewarization of the FSTEC of Russia, he resigned from the Armed Forces and was invited to work in the Corporate Security Service of Gazprom.

consideration and approval of design and pre-design documentation for the development of information security systems, ITSO systems and complexes, as well as technical specifications on the creation (modernization) of information systems, communication systems and telecommunications in terms of requirements for ensuring information security;
organization of work to assess the conformity of ITSO systems and complexes, IS support systems (as well as works and services for their creation) to the established requirements;
coordination and control of the performance of work on the technical protection of information.

Please tell us about the work carried out at Gazprom to protect personal data (PD).

A system has been created in Gazprom and its subsidiaries to ensure the protection of personal data. However, the adoption federal authorities the executive branch of a number of normative legal acts in the development of existing laws and government decrees necessitates the improvement of the current system of personal data protection. In the interests of solving this problem, a number of documents have been developed and are being coordinated within the framework of research work. First of all, these are the draft standards of the R Gazprom organization:

"Methodology for the classification of information systems of personal data of OJSC" Gazprom ", its subsidiaries and organizations";
"Model of threats to personal data during their processing in information systems personal data of OJSC "Gazprom", its subsidiaries and organizations ".

These documents were developed taking into account the requirements of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 17, 2007 No. 781 "On approval of the Regulation on ensuring the security of personal data when processing them in personal data information systems" in relation to the class of special systems, which include most of the ISPD of OJSC Gazprom ".

The GAZPROMSERT system was created at Gazprom by Order No. 10 dated February 6, 1999 in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Certification of Products and Services".
