Black list of employer companies. Rating of companies - black list of companies. The most current employer blacklists

Do you want to be sure that the employer will fulfill the terms of the employment agreement, and all conflict situations will be resolved within the framework of the law? Most companies value their reputation and do not allow violations. However, it happens that employees' expectations are not met. How to protect yourself in advance?

View employer blacklists: online directories that contain negative reviews of employers from former or current employees.

The main search queries on these sites are the name of the company (usually without quotes and form of ownership) or the names of key persons of the company. Instead of LLC "Horns and Hooves" better search by request Horns and hooves. If the title contains a unique word (for example, " Duppelganger and partners"), then you can search for it (in this example duppelganger).

Search multiple lists for information. See whether the company's representatives respond to the accusations, what exactly they say and whether they are ready to confirm that they are right.

Blacklist of employers - why do they get there?

You can be blacklisted by employers for various reasons.

  1. Violations Labor Code RF:
    • non-payment or delay of wages;
    • unwillingness to pay probation;
    • refusal to compensate confirmed travel expenses, demand for payment for uniforms, tools, training;
    • coercion to work overtime (without a prior agreement) and to perform job responsibilities, not provided for in the contract;
    • refusal to give sick leave, annual and maternity leave, dismissal of a pregnant woman, parent in maternity leave or on parental leave.
  2. Personal qualities of a leader or team associated with violations of the norms of human communication:
    • addictions - alcoholism, drug addiction, gambling addiction, etc.;
    • mental states that take away the ability to adequately communicate;
    • extremist views of any kind that find expression in the work environment;
    • cases of physical or psychological violence against staff - beatings, insults, bullying, sexual harassment.
  3. Opinions, emotions, impressions of employees. Former employees often leave reviews about employers:
    • "on fresh tracks" conflicts. Such comments are full of harsh, emotional assessments. All the blame for what happened is shifted to company representatives;
    • out of revenge on the boss (envy, unwillingness to understand the fairness of decisions).
  4. Unfair competition. The goal is to ruin the reputation of a successful opponent. Some companies collect reviews from offended employees of a competitor: people are asked to write more bad things. Others order negative comments from people who have nothing to do with the competing company.

We do not encourage you to look for reasons for a bad review. Just avoid jumping to conclusions after the first negative, even convincing and beautifully written.

Signs of a “black employer”

  • Very high salary with simple responsibilities.
  • Requiring any advance payment or investment.
  • Unpaid probationary period. This does not include internships. However, remember that by law the employer is required to enter into an internship agreement with you. The document specifies its duration, the responsibilities of the parties and the possibility of payment.
  • Incomprehensible business structure and reluctance to clarify it to applicants.
  • Evasive answers, vague formulations.
  • High turnover in positions and in the company as a whole. You can learn about such a situation from a private conversation with employees (you can find employees using social networks), perhaps you have friends who have already encountered the organization.
  • Humiliating manner of communication. And even in such cases, do not rush to draw conclusions. It is important to distinguish:
    • stressful interview – provocative questions, uncomfortable conditions. The recruiter wants to find out how the applicant gets out of conflict and uncomfortable situations;
    • rudeness – you are called names, insulted on racial, gender, religious grounds. Boorish behavior speaks of the lack of professionalism of the recruiters, and if the interview is conducted by a manager, it speaks of his moral qualities.

How to determine the authenticity of a review on blacklists?

Pay attention to the style of statements. The author of offensive comments can be an accomplice, perpetrator, or even instigator of the conflict. Information from high degree reliability is mostly descriptive. The commentator relies on facts that can be confirmed.

Let's look at examples of potentially reliable and dubious reviews.

Example of a reliable review

Evdokia Nikolaevna, 04/15/2016:

From January to April 2016, I worked as a storekeeper at the Posyltorg-AVTO company. Signed a liability agreement. She took on her responsibilities diligently. I have 10 years of experience as a storekeeper, cashier and salesperson, with positive recommendations from all places of work. The company's management assured that only I and the warehouse manager had the keys to the warehouse. From January 22 to February 1, the boss was on sick leave. He gave me all the keys. One day I came to work early and noticed that two parcels were missing, although I had prepared them for shipping in the evening. I immediately informed my superiors, but the search turned up nothing. I was forced to reimburse the cost of the parcels from my salary. The warehouse manager continued to insist that only he and I had the keys. A similar story repeated itself on March 13, then on March 29, before the inventory. The parcels were never found. The authorities refused my requests to call the police and conduct an investigation. When I refused to reimburse the cost of another loss and threatened to call the police, I was ordered to write a statement on at will- otherwise they will be fired under the article. My colleague from the neighboring company Veles, Natalya, heard this. I quit, but still wrote a statement to the police. An investigation is currently underway.

Example of a questionable review

Lena, 01/11/2016

"Posyltorg-AUTO"terrible company!!! I don't have words to describe the attitude of management towards people. They are rude, call names, hang “dogs”. They came up with a whole scheme to steal packages from people, and then blame it all on the storekeepers!!! And you can't prove anything! They threaten that they will fire you under the article, they will send guys and take your money by force if you refuse to pay. The warehouse manager is a rude guy, I didn’t like him right away. And the team is unpleasant, everyone is kind of angry, they look at each other like a wolf. I ran away from there so that my work wouldn’t be ruined!”

The second comment is full of emotion, but the first one deserves attention. It shows that the author wants to achieve justice, and not unfoundedly accuse colleagues.

Labor market in Russian Federation is an excellent field of activity for scammers. Unscrupulous employers deceive citizens by cheating them out of employment. cash or they are fired after completing any amount of work under the pretext of not completing the probationary period, naturally, without paying remuneration.

We will try to describe how to protect ourselves from such troubles in this article.

Signs of unscrupulous employers - how to recognize fraud when applying for a job?

The very first thing you need to know and never forget is that you came to work to earn money, not to spend it. If during your employment require some kind of advance payment , for example - for a uniform or work tools, there is clearly something wrong here.

For most people, their job search occurs in three stages:

1. Search for a vacancy announcement.

2. Phone call to the employer.

3. Interview with the employer.

  • First stage job search usually begins with searching for advertisements in the media or on the Internet. Already at this stage signs of employer dishonesty you can see it if you look closely.

1. The ad is too tempting

The requirements for the applicant are significantly lowered. In the advertisement, the employer does not show interest in the age or work experience of the candidate, and often, on the contrary, even focuses on this.

2. Large circulation of advertisements in various media and job portals

Constantly repeated in new publications over a long period.

3. The contact details for the ad contain suspicious information.

There is no company name or cell phone number provided for contact. This, of course, is not the main reason, but still.

After finding a suitable advert, it is best for a job seeker to do their own research. This is very easy to do, especially since modern man All the tools are available for this.

Criteria that you need to pay attention to when checking the work you are interested in more deeply:

1. The salary level indicated in the advertisement is higher than the average market salary for similar work.

2. Lack of an official website on the Internet or a description of the company and its activities on information resources. Complete absence information.

3. Frequent editing of the same ad in different media and on different resources on the Internet, which indicates a high turnover.

4. A very annoying invitation to an interview.

  • Second phase

After searching for an advertisement and checking at least brief information about the organization that placed the advertisement, the stage of a telephone call begins the specified number. This stage can also provide a lot of information if you approach it correctly, know what to do and what to say during the first telephone conversation with the employer.

  1. The employer refuses to provide information about himself and his type of activity. He does not give the name of the company, the address where it is located, or the full name of the director. Instead, you are asked to attend an interview to obtain all this information. In most cases, an ordinary reputable employer has absolutely no need to hide personal information
  2. Your questions regarding the vacancy are answered with a question in response to a question., for example, they ask you to first tell about yourself. Most likely they just want to extract information from you in order to understand whether it is possible to work with you further.
  3. The interlocutor answers your questions regarding the vacancy with abstract phrases. For example, “We are a team of professionals” or “We promote global brands on the market.”
  4. The interview is scheduled at work time. In any conscientious company, the hiring of employees is carried out by the HR department, which, in turn, cannot have a flexible schedule and traditionally works only on weekdays and during working hours. For example, from 9-00 to 17-00.
  5. The address at which the interview is scheduled is the address of a private apartment. This is easy to check through the reference book. It often happens that the company’s office is actually located on the territory of the apartment, but there must be appropriate information about this. If it is not there, it is better to refrain from such an interview.
  6. During a telephone conversation, the employer asks to reset to email your or passport details. Your resume is personal confidential information, but most likely there will be no damage if it is disclosed. But with passport data it’s quite the opposite. At the stage telephone conversation and during interviews, the employer should definitely not be interested in your data.

  • Third stage and the last one is, of course, the interview itself. If you still decide to go for it, then you need to pay attention to the following criteria:
  1. Interviews are scheduled for several applicants at the same time. If the employer is decent, and the job he offers is stable and well-paid, this interview format is not acceptable.
  2. During the interview you are asked to deposit some money., let's say - for special clothes or tools, to take some kind of paid test or training - turn around and boldly leave. Such actions are completely illegal.
  3. If during an interview you are asked to sign any documents or agreements about non-disclosure of commercial information or something like that, then this is also a sure sign of the employer’s dishonesty. At the interview stage, you do not have any legal relationship with the employer and are not required to sign anything.
  4. During the interview you are told that the first time you work in their company is not paid, since it is considered a probationary period or training time. In this case, this item must be described in employment contract and clearly state under what circumstances the probationary period is considered completed and under what circumstances it is not.

Knowing the criteria described above and operating with them, you can protect yourself from the actions of unscrupulous employers and protect yourself from getting into unpleasant situations, primarily related to the senseless waste of time on scammers.

Anti-rating of the most unscrupulous employers in Russia

Of course, creating such an anti-rating is quite difficult. But still there is resources , which are designed to perform precisely this task. Their work, as a rule, is based on correspondence from employees of a particular company with reviews and recommendations.

In the vastness of such resources, it is possible to find almost any company you are interested in in any industry and in any region.

  • One such resource is the antijob.net project. It will offer you more than 20,000 thousand real reviews for review, and if you yourself find yourself in a not very pleasant situation, then you can take part in the formation of anti-ratings yourself.
  • You can also get a lot of information from the orabot.net resource.

Certainly, unified register there are no unscrupulous employers, but it should be noted that The most frequently pop-up companies on resources like antijob.net are:

  • Garant-Victoria– imposes paid training, after which it refuses applicants due to unsatisfactory results.
  • LLC Satellite – they ask applicants to pay 1000 rubles. to organize a workplace, which is completely contrary to the law of the Russian Federation.
  • Hydroflex Russland LLC - company managers, CEO and his wife, Commercial Director, do not value their employees at all, and the principle of their work is to organize staff turnover, with the aim of non-payment of wages under the pretext of fines.
  • LLC "Mosinkasplomb" – is engaged construction business, about which he understands absolutely nothing. Hires contractors represented by the companies BelSlavStroy LLC and ABSOLUT-REAL ESTATE. Very often they do not pay employees anything other than an advance payment under the pretext of poorly performed work.
  • LLC "SF STROYSERVICE" - these are large and good objects in Moscow and the Moscow region. SF STROYSERVICE LLC does not have its own staff of finishers and constantly searches for finishers via the Internet. Doesn't pay workers after completing work wages under the pretext of poorly performed work.
  • LLC SHIT-M– the company is engaged in renting private apartments. It is known for the lack of payments under employment contracts.
  • 100 percent (Language Center) – systematically delays wages. Many employees were never paid their salaries even after dismissal. * 100PA (Group of Companies) - when applying for employment, they do not tell the truth about working conditions. There are a lot of illegal immigrants who work and live right in the workshops. They pay much less than they promise when hiring.
  • 1C-SoftClub- conclude fixed-term contracts with applicants, and after a month they are kicked out without payment of wages.

Of course, reviews also need to be properly filtered. Since competitors often order compromising information on their opponents, they can still be trusted. Especially if they are massive.

The Volzhsky Steel Structures Plant is located 1 kilometer from the regional center - the city of Volgograd, at the entrance to the 400 thousand industrial center of the Volgograd region - the city of Volzhsky. The plant is located at a large transport hub, combining road, rail and waterways, which allowed and continues to reduce the cost of delivering products. All this makes the location of the VZMK simply unique, allowing it to deliver complex and voluminous structures both to various regions of Russia and abroad.

The date of establishment of the plant is considered to be February 18, 1967. The enterprise was created to provide enterprises in the southern regions of the country, the countries of the Middle East and Asia with steel structures. The location of the future plant was significantly influenced by the proximity of Volgograd, one of the largest industrial centers and the largest transport hub in the South of Russia.
Initially, the products of the Volzhsky Steel Structures Plant were used in the construction of enterprises of the Ministry of Energy (industrial facilities, power plant buildings, power line supports), and later - in the construction of other civil and industrial facilities. In 1968, the plant delivered the first 17 thousand 135 tons of metal structures. Very soon the Volzhsky Steel Structures Plant became one of the largest manufacturers of metal structures and became widely known not only in the country, but also abroad. The company's products were in demand in many countries: Turkey, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Greece, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Nigeria, Jordan, Libya, Yemen, Mali, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Cuba and others. Production reached its greatest volume in 1977, when the plant produced 60 thousand tons of metal structures. In 1989, the plant delivered its first million tons of metal structures.

Metal structures produced by the Volzhsky Steel Structures Plant successfully serve at the Novo-Angrenskaya State District Power Plant, the Ulyanovsk Thermal Power Plant, the Aswan Dam (Egypt), and at nuclear power plants in Kursk, Smolensk, Balakovo. Not a single major construction project was completed without the participation of the Volzhsky Steel Structures Plant. Among the facilities built during this time were the VAZ, KAMAZ, and Volzhsky Pipe Plants. The company produces supports for high-voltage power lines with a voltage of 750 kV - for transporting electricity from nuclear power plants. The plant produced brazed supports for Bangladesh, Somalia and Ethiopia. Such production provides significant time savings. Another order is floating supports for swampy areas of gas and oil areas. In search of new types of products, the plant was the first in Russia to master the production of sheet multifaceted power transmission line supports with voltages of 110 and 220 kV - for hard-to-reach, mountainous, swampy places, and regions of the North. The metal consumption of such supports is 30 percent lower than that of supports of a traditional lattice structure, and the labor intensity during installation is reduced several times. These supports received recognition by winning the All-Russian Exhibition Center medal in 1994.

Good day to all those who are reading this review. I am sharing my evaluative opinion regarding working at Dial-Electro. This is just my subjective opinion, so I do not encourage or dissuade anyone from working in this company.

So, let's begin:
I came for an interview, everything was standard, clarification of working details, payment terms, schedule, etc.
The manager offered an internship for 1 week, for 1500 rubles/day, and then, if everything suits us, we’ll apply! Like, 40t.r. is the minimum threshold, maximum 50-55t.r. Five days a week, from 9 to 18 (but you need to arrive at 8:45)

The working process:
The first working day went well, among the employees: manager 1 (incoming calls) - Kirill. A good guy, he always helped, was open and friendly. manager 2 (pickup) - Evgeniy. A dysthymic introvert, I’ll be honest, I have an ambiguous opinion about this person (I’ll write more later). Storekeeper - Stas. Positive guy with a sense of humor.

As I understand it, they need a universal employee who has extensive experience in THEIR Company, it sounds absurd, but in fact that’s what happens in the end :)

What was my responsibility:
1) maintaining orders (sounds cool, but in fact this is a call to a legal entity in order to clarify the deadline for paying an invoice, updating an invoice)
2) feedback (we call clients who have placed an order, after some time we listen to how they work with the company, whether everything is satisfactory, PLEASE LEAVE A FEEDBACK ON YANDEX MARKET, YANDEX MAP)
3) unloading of supplies (from 2 to 4 cars daily)
4) assistance with assembling orders
5) assistance with pickups. Rabo
6) assistance to Kirill (incoming calls, orders via mail, requests for mail, payments)

What added doubts about this vacancy:
1) on the first day there were 4 employees, then, as I understood, 1 was an intern like me, BUT, the next day he was no longer there. another person came for an internship (here’s food for thought, during my work there were 5-8 interns who worked for 1-2 days, I didn’t see them again, there was 1 intern who lasted 3 days, but more on that later)

Result: turnover. for what reason? Think for yourself. P.s. in general, the boss is looking for 2 people, but, frankly speaking, almost every day for half a day you could look at the ceiling from the lack of work. Therefore, why 2 additional employees are needed there is a mystery to me.

2) a company that has existed for 20 years, according to the manager, has 3-4 employees on staff and an office/showroom in the form of a one-room apartment of 50 sq.m. on the ground floor of a residential building. Of course, it’s not for me to judge, but I thought it was at least strange.

3) every corner is “studded” with cameras, is there any reason for mistrust in your employees or in your clients? Again - a mystery.

There is not enough space, especially after deliveries, literally everything is in boxes that sometimes you had to walk sideways))

And yes, about the internship, if you have completed an internship, then get ready for the fact that you will not be brought up to date, because the employees are not tasked with teaching anything, although, at least from a human point of view, this is wrong. But you can also understand the guys almost every day new person and they were pretty tired of this routine, having to explain or tell something for the hundredth round.
Regarding Evgeniy, almost every day I asked the guys and Evgeniy himself: “is there any information that needs to be mastered” because I did not have enough experience, according to the manager, for me to move on to the registration stage. But, in response, I received the go-ahead, like: “yes, it seems not yet”, “if there is something in the process, I’ll tell you”, perhaps Evgeniy is worried that he may lose his job due to his age and therefore does not want to share information / wholesale and banal training in their duties, since the manager wants to see a universal employee. But, alas, this is not the case, you have to “beg” so that they bother to teach you something new, a serf.
Perhaps I am deeply mistaken, but I see this situation only in this way and in no other way.

The biggest mystery for me remains this: “What is the purpose of a one-day internship?” Is it possible to objectively judge a person, his abilities and potential? I think not! But the personnel officer from Dial Electro, represented by Evgeniy, thinks otherwise. Well, God is his judge.
The man who lasted 3 days, about whom I wrote earlier, worked his last day on Tuesday and was told “rest until Mon, there is no work right now” then why did they need 2 employees if there is no work?..not
On the last day I was informed that my boss was very dissatisfied with me, saying that I was within the limits and that I wanted to do some work, but not some. Heh, I was shocked, to put it mildly, by this phrase, i.e. me and the cars unloaded and collected orders and processed the incoming flow, did monitoring, helped with pickup (when more than 1-2 people arrived, if I was not busy with other duties), although this was Evgeniy’s direct task. And in the end, I am within some kind of framework and generally not a multifaceted employee in terms of work process; at first this statement surprised me, then I was amused when I realized what was what.
At the end of the day, a call from the boss, they say, we will now take a person for an internship for 2-3 days, if he turns out to be better than you, then we will take him, if not, then you will work for us. No longer for 1500, but for 2000.)) Naturally, the call did not come, although I was not expecting it, because I had found another place of work.

I wanted to write succinctly, but in the process of writing the review, details were remembered and the review was supplemented.
I repeat, all arguments and reflections are based on my subjective opinion. Is it worth working there? You decide! I gained experience, albeit not very positive, but experience. I'm sorry for just one thing, for Lost time. I hope that my review will be useful to you, regardless of your decision whether to work for this company or not.
