1.1. 2. Safety requirements before starting work

2.4. An office worker is obliged to maintain order in the workplace while working with electrical equipment.

2.5. When working with electrical equipment, it is prohibited:

Leave switched on electrical equipment unattended;

Transfer electrical equipment to persons who are not authorized to work with it;

Remove protective equipment;

Pull the lead wire to disconnect;

Keep your finger on the switch when carrying electrical equipment;

2.6. An office worker is obliged to perform only that work with electrical equipment for which the electrical equipment is intended.

2.7. If during work a malfunction of the electrical equipment is found or the person working with it feels at least a weak effect of the current, work must be stopped immediately and the faulty electrical equipment must be submitted for inspection or repair.

2.8. Disconnection of electrical equipment must be done:

3. Safety requirements during work

3.1. An office worker should only perform work for which he has been trained, instructed in labor protection and to which an employee responsible for the safe performance of work is admitted.

3.2. Do not entrust your work to unauthorized persons.

3.3. While at the workplace, an office worker should not perform actions that may lead to an accident:

Do not swing in a chair;

Do not operate the equipment with wet hands;

Medical examinations while working at the computer

The need for medical examinations is established by two documents:

But you shouldn't forget about the medical examination for office workers. Clause 13.1 of SanPiN 2.2.2 / 2.4.1340-03 (hereinafter - SanPiN) requires persons who spend more than 50 percent of their working time at the computer to undergo preliminary and periodic medical examinations in the prescribed manner. However, there is no reference to the broadband spectrum of electromagnetic radiation.

The courts indicate that employers are obliged to arrange for preliminary and periodic medical examinations for employees working at computers. In this case, it does not matter whether the levels of the electromagnetic field of the broadband frequency spectrum are exceeded at the workplace according to the certification of workplaces or special assessments. Only the fact of working at a computer for more than 50 percent of the working time matters (the decision of the Arbitration Court of the East Siberian District of May 19, 2015 No. F02-1878 / 2015, F02-2006 / 2015 in case No. A33-3164 / 2014, left in force unchanged by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation).

2. LABOR PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS BEFORE STARTING WORK

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR LABOR PROTECTION DURING WORK
3.1. The employee must perform only the work for which he has been trained, instructed in labor protection and to which he is admitted by his immediate supervisor.
3.2. During work it is necessary to keep the working area clean and tidy, not to litter it. Periodically empty the table from unnecessary papers, folders, etc.
3.3. It is prohibited at the workplace:

- touching office equipment and other electrical appliances with wet hands;

4. LABOR PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
4.1. In all cases of detection of a break in power wires, grounding malfunction and other damage to electrical equipment, the appearance of unusual sounds (noise), a burning smell, immediately turn off the power and report emergency direct supervisor.
4.2. In case of injury, poisoning or sudden illness, stop working, immediately notify your supervisor, arrange first aid or call an ambulance.
4.3. In the event of a fire in the equipment, turn off the power and take measures to extinguish the source of the fire with the available fire extinguishing means, report the incident to the head, if necessary, call the fire brigade by phone - 01.

5. LABOR PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS AT THE END OF WORK
