Production development factors. How to improve production: five rules of excellence What you need to develop production

Starting your own business is certainly a difficult and responsible task, but experienced entrepreneurs will amicably agree that real difficulties come when you start to develop an already launched project. The main problem is that the development process is endless. You have to constantly search for a new audience, improve production and strive for even greater profits. How do you manage a business if the main goal is to move forward?

To get started, we advise you to read 10 useful tips on how to properly start the growth process. It is not about how to solve a particular problem, but about how to create opportunities for assessment, change and continuous progress. Start using techniques that are appropriate for your industry and you'll be on your way to success pretty quickly.

1. Make quarterly plans

Quit building vague business strategies, better divide the year into four parts, and make a detailed plan for each quarter. Let it be realistic, but at the same time ambitious. By analyzing the implementation of these plans, you will begin to notice changes for the better, identify your weaknesses and understand where your strength lies.

2. Come up with different marketing strategies

If you spend all your strength and resources on any one promotion method, then you risk being stumped. Try it differently: manage different social media accounts, use traditional offline marketing techniques, and run ad campaigns within your budget. Taken together, this will benefit you far more than either one.

3. Protect customers

It is a common mistake not to notice existing customers, but at the same time to think about where and how to find new ones. And this is fundamentally wrong. Learn to take care of your customers and make them come to you again and again. Regular customers are the key to stable sales and the best advertising, because they tell their friends, relatives and acquaintances about you.

4. Don't forget about live communication

Think about how to join your local entrepreneurial community and start working on it. Participate in meetings for CEOs and company owners, organize specialized events, or team up with other business owners and work on joint projects. For inspiration, visit the Wix Seminar (the next one is scheduled for January 27), here you will definitely find like-minded entrepreneurs.

5. Follow the news

Regardless of what kind of business you are in, you need to know what is happening in your industry and in the world of marketing and trade. We advise you to subscribe to good blogs and publications about business (for example), follow trends and keep abreast of all the latest news and events.

6. Learn to feel the audience

If you want to be interesting to your target audience, you need to understand what's in their head. Study the habits and needs of clients, pay attention to how they communicate with each other and how they perceive themselves. But at the same time, remember that all your conclusions and observations are not forever. People change, which means that your ideas must change with them.

7. Don't forget about outsourcing

Some business owners find themselves in a situation where it becomes clear that for further development it is necessary to delegate some of the tasks. And it's not just the time and effort saved. It is possible and necessary to outsource tasks when you understand that the invited specialist will perform them better, and this will ultimately bring success to you.

8. Develop your brand

At its core, a brand is the identity of your business. This is how you position yourself and the image that you want to form in the minds of your customers. Logo, product colors, ad copy, and other non-trivia are considered important components of marketing, so they need to be constantly worked on. Many good articles have been written on the topic of brand development, some of them can be found at this

Since the mode of production constitutes the material basis of the life of society, the history of society is, first of all, the history of the development of production, the history of the modes of production that replace each other in connection with the growth of productive forces.

How does this development take place? What drives him forward?

The facts show that the sources of the development of production must be sought not outside it, but in itself. This was emphasized by Marx when he defined history as “self-developing social condition"2 people.

In the process of labor, people influence and change external nature. But by acting onnature, they are in thentime itself changes: they accumulate production experience, work skills, knowledge about the world around them. All this makes it possible to improve the tools of labor and methods of their use, to invent new tools, to introduce certain improvements in the production process. And each such improvement or invention entails new improvements, sometimes producing a real revolution in technology and labor productivity.

However, as has already been shown, production necessarily presupposes certain relations not only between man and nature, but also between the people themselves, participating in production. These relations, in turn, have an impact on the development of the productive forces. They determine the incentives for the activities of direct producers and classes that dispose of the instruments of labor. The economic laws of each mode of production, the living and working conditions of workers and other factors influencing the development of productive forces depend on production relations.

The interaction of productive forces and production relations

The unity of productive forces and production relations, expressed in the mode of production, does not at all exclude contradictions between them.

The reasons for these contradictions lie in the fact that both elements of the mode of production - economic relations and productive forces - develop in different ways. Technique, production skills, and the work experience of people in general - whether we are talking about the whole story or one particular mode of production - increase more or less continuously. They represent the most revolutionary, most mobile element of production.

As for production relations, although during the existence of a given mode of production they undergo certain changes, these changes do not affect their essence. So, for example, modern state-monopoly capitalism, as we will see below, differs markedly from capitalism of the 19th century. However, the basis of capitalist production relations - private ownership of instruments and means of production - remains the same, and, therefore, the basic laws of capitalism remain valid. Fundamental changes in property relations are necessarily in the nature of a leap, a break in gradualness, which means liquidationold production relations and their replacement with new ones, that is, the emergence of a new mode of production.

Hence it is clear why the correspondence between property relations and the nature of the productive forces in the history of each mode of production prior to the socialist era can only be transitory, temporary. Usually it takes place at the initial stage of development of the mode of production, a stage that is marked by the establishment of new production relations corresponding to a given stage of development of the productive forces. But after that, the development of technology, the accumulation of labor skills, experience and knowledge does not stop, but, as a rule, accelerates. This clearly shows the positive impact of production relations on the development of productive forces. When property relations are consistent with them, this development proceeds relatively smoothly and without hindrance.

But property relations themselves cannot continuously follow in their development the productive forces. In a class society, these relations, once emerging, are fixed legally and politically in the forms of property, in laws, in the politics of classes, the state and other institutions.

As the productive forces grow, a discrepancy inevitably develops between them and the relations of production, eventually developing into a conflict, because obsolete production relations hinder the further development of the productive forces.

Thus, the property relations of a feudal society, based on the property of the feudal lord to the land with the peasants attached to it, at one time corresponded to the productive forces that society had, and therefore helped their development. But in an era when industry began to develop at a rapid pace (manufacturing, and then machine), the situation changed: serfdom became a brake that hindered the growth of industry, which needed workers who, on the one hand, would be personally free, and on the other, did not have would own funds production and which hunger would drive to factories and plants, under the yoke of the capitalist. Modern capitalism also provides a striking example of the discrepancy between production relations and productive forces. This discrepancy is expressed in destructive crises, wars, a slowdown in the rate of economic development, etc.

The conflict between relations of production and productive forces leads to an exacerbation of contradictions in various areas of society, and primarily between classes, some of which are linked by their interests with the old ones, and others with the maturing new property relations.

Society cannot go back to productive forces that would correspond to obsolete production relations, even if the classes in power understood that this is their only chance for salvation. Sooner or later, the conflict is resolved by others, the only possible way - the revolutionary liquidation of old production relations and their replacement with new ones that correspond to the nature of the increased productive forces and the needs of their further development. A new way of production is emerging. A new cycle of development begins, which goes through the same stages and, if we are talking about a class-antagonistic society, again ends with the death of the old and the emergence of a new mode of production.

Basis and superstructure

The state of the productive forces, as we have seen, determines the nature of the relations of production between people, that is, the economic system of society. This economic system, in turn, is basis(foundation, foundation) on which diverse social relations, ideas and institutions arise. Social ideas (political, legal, philosophical, religious, etc.), institutions and organizations (state, church, political parties, etc.) that arise on this basis form superstructuresociety. The theory of basis and superstructure explains how, in what way, the mode of production determines in the last analysis all aspects of social life, and shows the connection between economic social relations and all other relations of a given society.

Each historically given society has its own specific basis and corresponding superstructure.

The social division of society - its class composition - depends on the dominant form of ownership, and this in turn determines the nature of political institutions and legal norms. Monarchy is unthinkable under socialism, and universal suffrage would be impossible in a slave society. Feudal production relations presuppose, as we will see below, not only property, but also personal dependence of the peasant on the landowner (serfdom). In feudal law, this is expressed in the form of legal inequality of peasants and feudal lords: the feudal landlord could not only appropriate the labor of the peasant, but also interfere in his life in every possible way, while the peasant remained without rights.

The transition to capitalist relations of production entailed changes in legal relations. Replacement of direct coercion and personal dependence "dis-

tsiplin hunger "found its legal expression in the fact that the law formally equalized the worker and the capitalist. But, since bourgeois law is based on a system of private property, the equality it proclaimed in essence only strengthens the dominant position of the possessing classes. Consequently, political and legal relations are derived from economic relations and are determined by these latter.

The same must be said about philosophical, religious, moral, artistic and other social ideas and ideas. It is known, for example, that in a primitive society, prisoners captured during wars between different tribes were killed and sometimes eaten. Later they began to be enslaved. Why did such a "softening" of social mores take place? Yes, because the growth of labor productivity made it possible to misappropriate someone else's labor, exploitation of man by man. In this economic basis and new customs were born, new views characteristic of the slave-owning era.

In the same way, changes in production relations that take place under socialism produce a radical revolution in the views, morals, and criteria for the behavior of members of society. Under capitalism, speculation is considered the same profession as, say, the profession of a doctor and a lawyer, a profession that, at best, is regulated (in the interests of large speculators, to the detriment of small ones), but is always legalized, like institutions serving this type of occupation (for example , exchange). It cannot be otherwise in a society where the exploitation of other people's labor is legalized and money is the highest value, the measure of all virtues. Under socialism, such actions are not only morally condemned by society, but are also prosecuted by law.

From the fact that the basis determines the superstructure, it follows that each change in the basis - production relations - entails a change in the superstructure, fundamental changes in the field of state, law, political relations, morality, ideology. The superstructure, in turn, has an impact on industrial relations, can slow down or accelerate their change. It is clear, for example, that the political institutions of the modern bourgeoisie (primarily the state), its law and ideology play important role in the protection of capitalist property, hinder the long overdue replacement of it with socialist (public) property.

In the superstructure of any class society, the ideas and institutions of the ruling class are dominant. But along with them, the superstructure also includes the ideas and organizations of the oppressed classes, which help these classes to fight for their interests.

Thus, the fact of the split of bourgeois society into workers and capitalists sooner or later is reflected in the minds of both. This leads to the fact that, along with the class ideology and organizations of the bourgeoisie - its state, political parties, the press, etc. - the ideology and organizations of the working class appear and develop in society. The workers sooner or later realize themselves as a special class, they awaken the consciousness of their community of interests, their incompatibility with the interests of the capitalists. Awareness of class interest leads to the fact that the workers begin to unite for a joint struggle against the capitalists. The advanced part of the working class is uniting in a political party, trade unions and other mass organizations of workers are created. The relations that bind the proletarians into a class organization - a political party, trade unions - are already such relations that, before being established, passed through the consciousness of people - after all, workers join the party consciously, for ideological motives and of their own free will. Among the workers, class solidarity develops, its own morality, opposite to the dominant bourgeois morality.

So, on the real basis of class relations, a whole pyramid is being erected from various worldviews, social feelings, political and other organizations and institutions - everything that is united by the concept of a superstructure.

In any society, the combination of its various aspects - productive forces, economics, politics, ideology, etc. - is not accidental. There cannot be a society in which feudal relations of production were attached to the productive forces of, say, the capitalist era, and the slave-owning ideology towered over them.

The nature of the productive forces and the level of their development predetermine the relations that people enter among themselves in the process of production, and these relations form the basis on which, in turn, a certain political and ideological superstructure grows. Each society is therefore an integral organism, the so-called socio-economic formation,that is, a certain historical type of society with its characteristic mode of production, basis and superstructure.

The concept of a socio-economic formation is of great importance for the entire science of society. It allows you to understand why, despite all the variety of specific details and features, all peoples mostly follow a common path. After all, the history of each of them is ultimately determined by the development of the productive forces, which is subject to the same internal laws. The development of society occurs in the form of a consistent, natural change in

social and economic formations, and a people living in a more advanced formation shows other peoples their future, just as they show him their past.

The doctrine of socio-economic formations tears the mystical veils off the history of mankind, makes it understandable and cognizable. "The chaos and arbitrariness that have so far reigned in views on history and politics have been replaced by a strikingly coherent and harmonious scientific theory showing how from one mode of social life, due to the growth of productive forces, another, higher ..." (V. I. Lenin) 3 .

  • How to improve production and ensure that the system of improvementsworked constantly
  • What tools will increase employee engagement on a daily basis

For two and a half years, our group has been running the “System of Continuous Improvement” project. It was launched at the Fanplit plant in Kostroma and then extended to other enterprises. For a system to work well, it needs to be maintained. In this article I will tell you how to improve productionand what we do to improve every day and increase the involvement of all employees of the enterprises.

How to improve production

It is necessary to look for opportunities on how to improve production, improve working conditions, increase the efficiency of operations, etc., every day. If you are thinking about implementing a production improvement system, I recommend considering the following.

Companies collect vast amounts of customer data that are ultimately useless. Information is scattered, often out of date or distorted - on this basis, it is impossible to create a unique selling proposition for the buyer and predict sales. Our article describes tools for collecting and analyzing information, the use of which:

  • optimizes the company's marketing costs;
  • help build a sales strategy;
  • will reduce customer churn by improving the quality of service.
  1. Please be patient, because you will not only have to solve problems in certain areas, but gradually change the mentality of workers.
  2. Do not spare resources, and if there is an opportunity to hire a specialist who knows how to improve production and introduce lean technologies, it is better to hire him than to hope to do everything ourselves according to books.
  3. Remind employees every day that the project is alive and show real changes, increase employee involvement in the improvement process.
  4. Implement the system in the daily work of staff at all levels, establish clear rules. For example, a new machine operator should not be allowed to work until he has completed basic training. lean manufacturing... Each employee should know that at the end of the shift, you need to put the workplace in order and gather at the stand to discuss the results.
  5. Do not quit your job when the most pressing problems have been solved and it seems that it is no longer possible to do better. You need to start correcting the little things - this work will also bear fruit.

How to control the production improvement system

  1. Once every two weeks, employees submit to me a report on the work done in accordance with the plan worked out with the General Director of the plant and the head of production.
  2. Once every month and a half, I personally visit each mill and hold a meeting with the local working group and representatives of other services. Sometimes the head of the enterprise participates in this meeting. We discuss the results of the work, adjust plans, etc.
  3. Every four months (for factories where more than two years have passed since the system was deployed, every six months), a three-day audit is carried out at each enterprise. A special questionnaire has been developed for verification. For example, we offer the foreman to name and briefly describe each of the elements of the "5C" system, or we ask two or three workers to answer when the training on "5C" was carried out, which was memorable.

Depending on the answers, we put down points and look at what stage is the implementation of the system of continuous improvement at this plant: the project has just begun, has entered an active stage, or has been going on for a long time. As a result, the enterprise finds itself in the green, yellow or red zone (although no one has entered the latter, although there have been cases close to borderline). Then I present the results of the audit to the director of the inspected plant, and also upon request to the management of the company. Directors of other plants also have the opportunity to view the results (upon request).

How to increase employee involvement in the process of continuous improvement of production

If you do not stimulate work on improvements, employees will forget about this system. These are the tools that help us keep the project active.

Idea Factory

This project is aimed at ordinary workers (although, of course, any employee can offer an idea), therefore the form for submitting an idea is paper. Employees can take it from a special stand, fill it and put it in a box. This is usually how we collect suggestions for minor improvements. Having indicated his data in the form, the author of the idea, in addition, must answer the following questions:

  • What result do you expect after the idea is implemented?
  • What do you propose to do (describe or draw your idea)?

Processing proposals. The department responsible for continuous improvement takes the forms out of the box every few days and registers them in the general electronic database. To discuss proposals at the plant at least once a month, a technical council gathers, which includes representatives of production, the labor safety department and the personnel management department. Authors of rejected ideas receive an explanation as to why their proposals were not accepted (for example, the idea of \u200b\u200b"dismantling the fence so that you can walk under the construction boom" can lead to an accident). If the proposal is approved, a person responsible for its implementation is appointed (usually these are technical service and production specialists), and at the next meeting the council evaluates the work done. Quite often, ideas are returned to the authors for revision: we say that the problem has been posed correctly, but we need to think about ways to solve it.

Award for ideas. Each accepted idea gets points when discussed at the council. Depending on their number, the authors of the proposals are paid a bonus: from 500 to 2 thousand rubles. (minus personal income tax). For an employee with a salary of 20 thousand rubles. even 1000 rubles. will be a good incentive. However, I hope that money is not the main thing here and it is important for people to contribute to the work of the enterprise and see that their ideas are implemented.

Stimulating the idea submission process. It was not easy to rock the workers of the factories. We talked about why ideas are needed, held special meetings at the opening of the shift, persuaded those who expressed ideas orally to express them on a special form. After the implementation of the first proposals, the workers believed in the project, and things got off the ground. Now every four to five months we update on a special board the photos of the authors of the best ideas and hold solemn collective meetings, at which we thank the innovators and congratulate them on receiving the well-deserved prize. The CEO personally shakes hands with everyone. If the activity subsides, we return to the meetings before the opening of the shift and remind us of the idea factory. The plans are to establish KPIs for the number of ideas submitted from each site, depending on the number of personnel. This approach is in line with generally accepted international practices.

A special label reminding of the upgrade system

We've developed a shortcut to our continuous improvement system - palms gently holding a bright circle. We include it in mailings, put it on all forms of the factory of ideas, documents, stands with production indicators, at which workers gather every morning before opening shifts and receiving assignments. This is a small element, but it allows you to remind staff that the project is alive.

Competition for the best project of the group

The first competition was held following the results of 2012 and 2013. All mills presented best projects to improve various processes: from technical innovations to organizational changes. First, there was a selection at the regional level, and in March - the final at the group level. We covered it in every way: through mailings, message boards, a corporate portal, personal messages from the directors of the plants.

How to compare projects from different areas

The jury consisted of nine people: the general directors of the plants, the general director of the group, the director of operations and myself. We have developed our own criteria for evaluating projects . However, it turned out to be rather difficult to compare the reconstruction of the conveyor and the development of the video safety instruction. As a result, the project to introduce electronic document management, because this solution can be easily and practically unchanged implemented at other plants. In future contests, we nevertheless decided to separate production and organizational projects, for which we introduced two nominations. The evaluation criteria will remain unchanged.

Awarding of the winning enterprises

The winners received cups (awarded to everyone who reached the final). Further, each plant made a decision on its own to reward the employee who initially proposed the idea. The cash prize was excluded immediately, because we believe that this creates a wrong ideological message. Someone handed certificates to shops, someone paid for an excursion to Vladimir, etc.

2 examples of implemented improvements

The number of machine readjustments per shift has decreased by 6 times. At one mill, the bottleneck was the cutting machine. There were two sizes, and the machine had to be constantly readjusted from one format to another. First, we increased the changeover speed by reallocating responsibilities between the machine operator and the auxiliary workers. Then they thought, why so many readjustments are needed. It turned out that the reason was elementary disorganization when placing orders: first, one person came running with a small pack of products, then another, etc.

The solution was this: they made a buffer of products of each format in front of the machine. Now one buffer is processed first; after it is completely unloaded, the operator readjusts the machine and starts the next one. Simultaneously reload the first one. This made it possible to reduce the number of changeovers per shift to five (previously there were 30), increasing productivity by 12% relative to the initial situation. Of course, from the point of view of lean manufacturing, we can say that having a buffer is a waste. However, in this way we managed to equalize the load with sufficient production flexibility. Perhaps the next step (someday) will be to replace one large machine with two small ones, each working in its own format.

The volume of unsorted products decreased 7.5 times. At the same plant, there was a problem of interoperational stocks of batch residues. When products leave the press, the number of sheets can exceed the number of packs, so there is always a remainder. Individual sheets are not handed over to the warehouse (only completed to a pack), and the range (thickness, format, grade) is wide enough. All individual sheets are set aside. The blockages reached 300 m 3, it was impossible to sort out the heaps. Products deteriorated, sagging from weight.

First, we conducted an analysis to understand which positions most often end up in the unfinished warehouse. Spaces on the floor were allocated for them with the help of markup - now, thanks to visualization, the packs began to be completed much faster. Now in this form, no more than 40 m 3 separate sheets are simultaneously stored. We are planning to make a system of shelving storage, where sheets of "frequent" varieties will be inserted into the desired cells, and there will be a mark that shows that the pack is assembled. Thus, we will achieve both a reduction in storage space and even greater transparency of the process.

Business participating in trade chains “buy imported goods - sell to compatriots” is no longer profitable. There are many reasons for this, from geopolitical to economic. For Russian production of any scale, the green light is on today. How to navigate among the opportunities that have opened up, what can a small business put on?

The time for middlemen is running out

From the very beginning of economic freedoms in Russia and until recently, domestic small business preferred the sphere of trade and services. The business model was often elementary: we buy abroad, we sell at home. Low competition, huge possibilities of choice ensured high profitability of projects.

* - with annual revenue of up to RUB 1 billion. (2014 criteria)

The crisis, sanctions, a high dollar and a weak ruble dictate new rules of the game: competition in trade and services increases, demand shrinks, and profitability falls. The most significant decrease in revenue for the 1st half of 2015 was recorded in wholesale and retail trade, in cargo transportation. It's time for small businesses to rebuild themselves to market changes: today, production and implementation are in trend. innovative projects... It is here that there are many free / low-competitive niches. Let's see what is profitable for a small business in Russia now.

Production prospects: where to look for profit

Imported products are now available in any Russian stores: food, sports, children's, household, electrical and other goods. Often a product assembled from foreign components is hidden under the words “Made in Russia”. Small businesses can successfully launch any of these products. The main thing is to identify what product, what quality and price will be in demand.

When deciding on production, it is worth taking into account the mood / preferences of consumers in the B2B and B2C sectors. Russians - individuals buy less, save more. The direction of using free money has changed.

What Russians are ready to spend on

Russian enterprises are focused on purchasing goods / services that allow them to maintain / increase the level of sales while reducing costs, that is, they are looking for inexpensive ways to improve the efficiency of business processes and reduce the cost of production. For example, by replacing imported components with Russian ones.

What is profitable to produce during a crisis by industry

1 Furniture: dump chic

Italian cuisine is becoming an unaffordable luxury for many. It's high time to offer our compatriots high-quality, environmentally friendly furniture made in Russia. Our consumer now counts money, is sophisticated in the practicality of furniture and has tried IKEA.

Therefore, a successful furniture business idea should be:

  • cheap to manufacture, competitive in price;
  • fresh and original, using design solutions;
  • sustainable, recyclable.

Pallet furniture (wooden construction pallets) meets these requirements. It can be a country house, garden, intended for offices and the creation of residential interiors in country, loft or industrial style. In this case, it is not necessary to disassemble the pallets, they are used as modules, constructing author's models. The secret lies in the correct processing. Pallets are a cheap and rewarding "building" material.

An important nuance. Furniture should look stylish and functional, not clumsy. Professional designers should be involved in model development.

2 Products for animals: cheaper and more useful

According to VTsIOM, 76% of Russians have pets. We are the third largest pet per capita in the world after the United States and China. What is profitable for small brothers to produce in Russia for smaller brothers?

Russian market animal feed is growing despite the crisis. In the most profitable segment of the market - food for cats and dogs - today there are two leaders: Mars and Nestle (joint share - 86%). They can and should be squeezed by domestic producers. The main thing is to choose the right niche.

It is believed that Russians do not save on pets even when they themselves have nothing to eat. In real life, people are transferring animals to economy-class feed, preferring the most useful options available.

Healthy food for cats and dogs - minced meat and bone with vitamin and mineral supplements. Such food is used by specialized kennels, knowledgeable cat and dog owners hunt for them. Individual small producers in Russia are engaged in the production of "natural cutlets" for animals. The niche is not very competitive.

For the production of natural food for cats and dogs, you do not need an expensive technological line, you can organize everything in a minimal area with little investment.

To run a complete production cycle equipment required:

  • cutting table for meat products;
  • meat grinder and meat mixer;
  • forming apparatus / scales;
  • shock freezer and hot table for packaging;
  • freezer.

The prime cost of natural feed is lower than that of industrial "drying", even if it is produced from mechanically deboned meat, which is used in the manufacture of sausages. The business model is simple. The main limitation of sales is that the point of sale must refrigeration equipment.

3 Building and finishing materials: money out of thin air

The building materials market is shrinking. According to a study by RD Construction analysts, a drop in production in January-July 2015 compared to the second half of 2014 was recorded for cement, ready-mixed concrete, reinforced concrete products, red ceramic brick: -12, -30, -15, -1.5%, respectively. So the decline in the rate of mass housing construction backfired on building materials - the demand for housing is falling.

The main products of the recycling of old car tires, rubber crumb, are used in the production of:

  • rubber tiles / paving stones;
  • coverings for sports grounds and fitness halls;
  • wall finishing materials;
  • innovative road surfaces;
  • accessories for cars (carpets, mud flaps, etc.).

The cost of technological lines for "grinding" tires into rubber crumb depends on productivity, degree of process automation, quality and size of the output fraction. But in general, we are talking about the costs of 1 - 12 million rubles. In addition to Chinese versions of equipment, there are also Russian ones: the factories of OOO Vtorrezina Ecoprom, OOO Alfa-SPK and others offer lines of their own design. It is better to prefer domestic equipment - both the quality of the product and the reliability of the machines are higher.

It is more profitable to produce goods with high added value, that is, to issue tiles and coatings in addition to crumb rubber. The last two products are cold or hot formed from crumb, polyurethane glue and dye. The cost of the equipment starts at 2 million rubles.

The payback period for a mini-factory for the production of rubber tiles is from 6 months. The indicator is excellent, but the investment to start will require impressive. There is a more economical entry option: many manufacturers (EcoStep, Masterfiber, etc.) offer to start a franchise business. From 500 thousand rubles.

4 Goods for tourism: my native country is wide

The rise in major world currencies and the rise in labor costs in China have a beneficial effect on the domestic market light industry... In 2015, the share of Russian manufacturers in this industry grew to 24% and continues to grow. What should a startup focus on?

Russians save on travel abroad on vacation. Most have to be content with the local flavor and sponsor domestic tourism. They need equipment.

  • tourist clothing and equipment of the middle price category;
  • budget tents (up to 5,000 rubles);
  • fishing goods of the low and medium price segment (up to 3,000 rubles).

The production of backpacks, ventilated caps / hats, windproof hats, gloves, "encephalitis", thermal underwear, sweaters is a profitable business. You can choose a very narrow niche and start producing mobile baths or thermal bags.

You don't have to design innovative boat raincoats or life vest shirts. It is enough to make practical and functional products like the “Expedition” clothing assortment. But reasonably priced.

5 Vehicle equipment: Thule from Tula

What is profitable to produce in Russia for cars, where is there a free niche? Comparing our popular Thule plastic autoboxes with their counterparts is the same as putting Rolex against a regular watch. The Thule customer pays first and foremost for style and brand. Moreover, luggage boxes from the point of view of production are the simplest products. Thule costs in Europe in the range of $ 400-970. The price, which is not humane at the current dollar rate already at the place of production, in Russian retail stores turns into an amazing one: premium solutions cost 60,000 - 100,000 rubles.

The average price segment of the autoboxing market in Russia (10,000 - 20,000 rubles) is currently under the gun of Polish, Czech, Italian and Chinese manufacturers. Products from the Middle Kingdom deserve special attention: they are widely represented, but the quality is objectively low. Time to make car luggage carriers in Russia. Domestic manufacturers of boxes for cars exist as a class, but they are counted on one hand (brands ATLANT, VetlaN, LUX). This type of mini-plant can be easily located in a small room such as a garage. The high demand for this type of low-alcohol drink will not leave an entrepreneur without profit, even in the cold season. Especially if we produce our own delicious varieties of high quality.

Implementation of the idea

To open a small brewery at the initial stage of work, you can get by with a small number of personnel and perform part of the technological operations yourself. To start production you will need:

  • find and re-equip premises with good access for freight transport;
  • purchase equipment for distillation and fermentation, bottling line;
  • analyze the sales market and find wholesale buyers.
  • organize active advertising of your brand and product.

Even with minimal investment, such a business will begin to pay off in a year. The beer mark-up may well exceed 100%. The amount of profit depends entirely on the sales volumes of hop products, advertising and production costs, and the seasonality of the product.

  • equip an apiary in compliance with all requirements, place bee colonies;
  • purchase equipment for packing honey;
  • resolve the issue of product sales and find wholesale buyers.

The first year of work can begin with the placement of ten colonies of bees, which will bring at least 500 kg of honey and related products. With an average price of 500 rubles, this will give a profit of 250,000 rubles per season. Packing in small portions in a convenient container will double its cost. Additional volumes can be increased by purchasing honey for packaging at neighboring farms, selling other beekeeping products to consumers (propolis, wax or bee bread). Despite the seasonality, such a project quickly pays off and brings a high percentage of income.

  • purchase of special equipment;
  • purchase of raw materials for breakfast cereals;
  • staff salaries;
  • payment of rent for the premises.

One kilogram of a nutritious breakfast produced costs 30 rubles, taking into account all the costs of making it. With a stable capacity utilization, such a business project can fully pay off in 9-10 months.

  • to determine the territory for the allocation of capacities, in which the minimum competition is the sales market;
  • purchase equipment for the entire cycle;
  • conclude an agreement for the supply of several types of packaging (plastic and glass), as well as cellophane for packaging;
  • receive a package of sanitary documents and quality certificates from the relevant authorities.

This project can be planned on the intake of water from a well or a water supply system, which determines the cost of equipment and the location of the workshop. The essence of the project

The new business idea is the opening of an enterprise for the production of frames and components for greenhouses.

During the crisis, the demand for these products increased due to the active growth in the number of subsidiary plots... The relevance is also due to the growing interest in the domestic agricultural sector on the part of investors.

Implementation of the idea

At the initial stage, it is necessary to decide on the type of material for greenhouses. The lightest and most practical to work with are plastic and polycarbonate. To open such a workshop you will need:

  • rent of premises for production and office;
  • purchase of equipment for working with plastic and installation of greenhouses;
  • placing advertisements of their products via the Internet and posting leaflets.

To begin with, with the manual method of making greenhouses, it is enough to collect several products a week in order to quickly recoup the investment. The profitability of the project may well reach 150%, but you should not overestimate the cost of products with high competition in the market. Additional income can provide a service for leaving the client's personal plot and installation of greenhouses from ready-made purchased blocks, their re-equipment for the needs of the customer.

The most popular are ordinary sleds with a metal frame. They are supplemented with comfortable handles, covers, new types of wood and plastic are used.

Implementation of the idea

To implement such a project, you must:

  • find premises for a workshop and a warehouse with a good transport interchange;
  • purchase a semi-automatic line for working with metal;
  • hire personnel and train them in technology;
  • resolve the issue of advertising products and market.

The retail price of an ordinary sled starts from 1000 rubles with a cost price of 500 rubles. This will help to solve the issue of payback in almost one cold season. Considering the ease of manufacture and the demand for the product, it is possible to implement an excellent business project at low cost.

The manufacture of cabins from rolled metal does not require special equipment and technologies. Key production issues:

  • renting a small workshop for assembling new cabins and storing materials;
  • purchase of several sets of tools for workers;
  • purchase of the first batch of materials for change houses.

Several workers assemble one change house in three days. Its cost starts at 30,000 rubles and directly depends on the room content and equipment. The selling price is at least 50,000 rubles. Implementation of the idea

The opening of a mini-plant requires significant financial costs on the part of the owner for the purchase of a special line, its installation and configuration. In the absence of a large initial infusion, a low-power home production project can be implemented. In addition, an entrepreneur needs:

  • rent a room for equipment and a warehouse for finished feed;
  • to equip driveways for trucks;
  • conclude contracts for the supply of high quality raw materials;
  • work out the client base by working with farms and livestock breeders.
