§ 11. Lift driver

Job Description. Maintenance of the lift (unit) in the course of work on capital, current repairs and testing (testing) of wells. Preparation of the lift (unit) for work. Participation in the preparatory and final work, installation and dismantling of the lift, in the tooling of the traveling system, in the installation and maintenance of auxiliary mechanisms used in the workover of wells (pump unit, machine and hydraulic tongs, preventer hydraulic lines and other equipment from the hydraulic system of the installation). Participation in the work on the overhaul and underground workover of wells, in the work on testing and equipment of the wellhead. Production of the current repair of the mechanisms of the lift (unit), car, tractor. Maintenance of mobile power plants up to 100 kW.

With underground and overhauls on wells of the 1st category of complexity and testing (testing) of wells up to 1500 m deep inclusive - 5th category;

during underground and major repairs at wells of the II category of complexity and testing (testing) of wells with a depth of more than 1500 m, directional wells, regardless of their depth and wells with complicated geological conditions - 6th category;

during underground and overhaul repairs made from lifting installations with a carrying capacity of 80 tons and more - 7th category.

Characteristics of works. Management of machines and mechanisms used in the performance of construction, installation and repair and construction works. Maintenance and preventive maintenance of machines and mechanisms referred to in § § 100 - 105.
