Arriving home, I rush to monitor the hotel that was offered to us and fall into the sediment - the hotel, which in the pictures at the travel agent seemed to be a small refuge of a family with modest income, in fact turns out to be a dirty, stinking almshouse, with window sills, seagulls, with windows to the courtyard , with moldy air conditioners and food that even a starving Zimbabwean would not envy. It turns out that rest in such a hole will cost us a total of the price of a luxury hotel, and no one has returned the money to us yet, and it is not clear whether it will return it yet.

I call the agent and take the reservation. We are not flying anywhere.

What does a tourist feel when he found out a day before departure that there will be no paid trip? So, instead of resting, I now wander around the offices, begging for papers and after the time allotted for the pre-trial proceedings, I am preparing a lawsuit in court. Vacation was a success!

This whole situation has spoiled a lot of my nerves and how much more it will spoil it is difficult and scary to think about it. It is quite obvious that Natalie is delaying the situation and trying to get out so that she herself does not part with the money and does not give anything to tourists and does not substitute insurance for such payments.

Ahead we have courts, complaints, claims and endless appeals, and what is most disgusting in this story, we all already understand that we, a huge number of people, before the eyes of the whole country, were bred for a very large sum and no one wants to do anything. The government took control of the situation, but we all remember the old statement of its current head

What do we get from this control? Rostourism is sitting idly by, Tourist assistance to those who have not taken off and left without a vacation does not help, it is not in its competence. If you were hoping to receive insurance compensation, then from September 3, within 30 days, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company accepted documents from tourists, who did not have time, they were late.

As you know, several legal entities are insured in Ingosstrakh, the most "lucky" tourists of AP "Natalie", there are not so many of them and the insurance must fully cover the costs, and the most difficult situation with LLC "Panorama Tour", there are many tourists and there is not enough money for everyone. 50 million insurance will be divided by the number of tourists and the cost of each tour, i.e. who and what will receive will be calculated on an individual basis.

Insurance payments started on October 3 from SPAO "Ingosstrakh" for debts of Natalie Tours for disrupted vouchers. We were paid, the refund was mere pennies, 4.9% of the tour cost. The money was received on a bank card, the details of which we left with the insurance company, about which an SMS notification came from Sberbank indicating the amount and name of the payment.

Compensation will be received by those who managed to submit documents to the insurance company before October 2-3, even if the documents were accepted and your name is included in the register for payments. I know that the screening of tourists was still at the stage of submitting documents to the insurance company, it turned out that many had incorrectly drawn up contracts and annexes to them, some TA had an incorrect contract with Natalie, someone did not have enough documents. Tourists besieged travel agent offices asking for extradition required documents, help in their registration, and they, in turn, dismissed them like flies - a past history, you won't get any more money from them! Someone was going to sue travel agents for issuing a normal set of documents for submission to the insurance company, but what's the point?
