A colossal experience. Viktor Korochkin: The Spartakiad is a tremendous experience. The most effective treatments

Universal dentist, Ph.D. Chupakhin Petr Valerievich has unique knowledge and great work experience. He has over 25 years of medical experience. successful work. During this time, more than 30,000 patients have been admitted, many of whom had a difficult clinical situation and comorbidity. Knowledge base and practical experience doctor was formed while working as a senior researcher Department of Periodontology TsNIIS and ChLH, where Petr Valerievich worked for more than 17 years from the first days of the foundation of the department. Professors Borovsky E.V., Banchenko G.V., Grudyanov A.I., Makeeva I.M., Kulakov A.A., Gvetandze R.Sh., Ryakhovsky A. took an active part in the formation of his professional skills and clinical thinking. .N., Rabinovich I.M., Brusova L.A., Orlov A.A. and others. With many of them, Petr Valerievich still maintains business and creative relationships. Currently Chupakhin P.V. he is actively involved in training young professionals, and his own scientific and practical experience is constantly updated by studying and applying the most modern world developments in the field of dentistry and related disciplines, latest materials and methods of treatment. This also contributes to the constant participation in scientific forums, as well as extra education with domestic and foreign colleagues.

Systematic approach to disease management

Formed in the course of training and many years of practice, a systematic approach to managing diseases allows the doctor to accurately identify the cause of the disease, correctly formulate a diagnosis and draw up a treatment plan, and tremendous experience work - clearly perform all clinical treatment stages, see the outcome of the disease and do everything for the speedy recovery of the patient and the restoration of functions lost as a result of the disease.
Chupakhin P.V. belongs to a group of specialists that is rare today, called a generalist dentist, which provides the patient with a unique opportunity to go through all stages of treatment, being in the hands of one specialist, a specialist of the highest category.

Smart Savings

The main thing that a doctor should think about in his work is how to quickly and effectively help the patient.
Turning to Chupakhin P.V. for help, you save both money and time. Simply because you do not go through the whole tedious, long and, as a rule, costly path from one mediocre specialist to another in search of the right treatment approach, but you immediately get to an expert-class doctor who will offer the most appropriate treatment plan for your particular case. In some cases, the time saved in this way - from the moment you go to the doctor to the start of the right treatment - is of fundamental nature for the outcome of the disease, directly affecting the subsequent quality of your life.

Helping Patients of All Ages

The knowledge, qualifications and experience of a doctor is more than enough to work with patients of all ages.
Chupakhin P.V. competently and effectively advises and treats both small patients with the first milk teeth and elderly patients.

Personal approach to each patient

The doctor's personal approach to each of his patients is the most important condition for successful treatment, the foundation and cornerstone in the relationship between doctor and patient. The personal approach allows Petr Valeryevich to better understand the primary tasks of the treatment process, help the patient cope with the psycho-emotional experiences that often accompany dental diseases, and also find the only one right plan treatment, which can be formed only through the prism of a trusting relationship between doctor and patient.
You will never be left without help and attention, as you will always stay in touch with your doctor.

The most effective treatments

In his practical work Petr Valeryevich uses only the most modern and, at the same time, proven methods of treatment. Their effectiveness has been proven by a large number of clinical observations, and the accuracy of all stages of treatment, clinical and laboratory, allows us to guarantee positive long-term results. The use of technically advanced means, materials and methods of treatment is carried out by Chupakhin P.V. strictly in accordance with the basic postulate of medicine Nolite nocere!

Seriously about crowdfunding began to talk after the movie "Iron Sky". You must have seen. A trashy film, a complete bacchanalia about the Nazis, who after the Second World War moved to the moon, was shown in cinemas almost all over the world, including Russia.

Crowdfunding is growing in Russia right now, and this is a very good time for all of us to get serious about it. Since September 2012, Boomstarer has raised a total of more than 15 million rubles for a variety of film projects. Perhaps this is not a very large amount, but, as it seems to me, for starting short films, it is a significant figure. During the same time, more than 12 thousand sponsors appeared, and the largest contribution made by one person amounted to 200 thousand rubles.

On Kickstarter, the world's largest film crowdfunding platform, Veronica Mars raised $5.700 million from 1,000 backers. The second most successful film is Wish I was here.

Project presentation

The first is the idea. If the idea is not interesting and not relevant, it is unlikely to get anything - and this is well understood by all of us. As an example, I can cite Panfilov's 28, today it is one of the largest crowd-projects in the field of cinema and video. The creators made an estimate of 300 thousand rubles, and collected 3 million, that is, 10 times more. A film about the Second World War, about the feat of heroes. When these guys entered the Boomstarter platform, they put forward this message: there are no honest films about the Great Patriotic War, few films about real heroism. Thus, they interested many sponsors and overcame the bar quite quickly.

One of the important things is storytelling, that is, a story about the basis of the project. What does a typical crowd project look like? Electronic presentation with pictures, video and text. In the text, you need to indicate not only that you are young directors and want money, but also how the preparation for the filming process is going on, what difficulties are being overcome. You can find a lot of information on storytelling on the Internet, but the meaning still remains the same: plot, climax, denouement. Screenwriters in this regard are a little easier, they are better oriented.

You need to visualize your presentation. When a person sees a mountain of text, it scares him away. Therefore, everything needs to be diluted with visual content: infographics, photos from a removable site, photos of people working on a project. All this is only for the benefit of the project.

It's strange to me why our filmmakers don't use video messages much. So I watch a lot of film projects, and to my surprise I find that most of them do not contain a video message. What's so difficult? "I'm Vanya Ivanov, I'm making my film and now I'll tell you why I'm doing it." According to statistics, projects with video messages receive funding faster than others. A short video of a maximum of two minutes will play especially well if it has a viral effect.

Project promotion

It is clear that the whole story with crowdfunding is “about money”, but let's first talk about such a thing as bonuses. Working on a film, you also get a bunch of friends who will tell their friends about it and so on and help in every possible way to promote the film. For example, I am currently working with Mikhail Zadornov on a project about Prophetic Oleg. He rummaged through a bunch of literature for this, he has a lot of information. Once a man from Ukraine contacted him, who writes that he knows the place that Prophetic Oleg visited, and is ready to show, tell Zadornov what it is and how it is. And such stories with assistants on crowd projects happen all the time.

What is the difference between crowdfunding and charity? Here, money is given for a reason.

Sponsors receive a gift in return. I gave 100 rubles, for this I will see my name in the credits. And I'll drag everyone to watch: look, my name. Word of mouth works twice. The first time is when you launch a project on the site and receive 50-100 rubles from sponsors, which, of course, is pleasant for them. The second time is when the sponsor receives their rewards.

Many offer the following rewards. 100 rubles - "thank you." 1000 rubles - "thank you very much." And that's it. It is not right. There is another mistake that the creators make. For 100 rubles - I will thank you on my page on the social network. For 300 rubles - I will send an electronic certificate with gratitude. For 500 rubles - a paper certificate with gratitude. For a thousand - a certificate in a frame. And so on. This is very bad, because one thank you will not be full.

There should be five levels of rewards. How can you thank "correctly"? The first is the product itself. You can offer sponsors the film itself. Moreover, you can make a gradation: for 200 rubles you can offer a link to watch a movie a week before its official release; for 400 rubles - a DVD. Bonuses that involve sponsors in the film itself work very well, for example, a minor role in the film and the name of the sponsor on the poster (well, in the credits, of course). There are things that work on human vanity, a sense of one's own greed - for example, to insert the sponsor's image into the frame, he will be happy with such a surprise. And finally, contacts: all the possibilities social networks must be provided to sponsors so that they feel like a direct participant in the filming. I really like this idea, when a sponsor can ask any question via Twitter or Vkontakte, thus feeling like a direct participant in the process.

And there is another thing that is very popular in the West, they call it "Big Idea". If translated into Russian, "mission". Any film that we shoot must carry a mission, a super-idea, it solves some problem, brings it to the viewer. Something that brings people together. How it works in practice: the same Zadornov says that he is making a film not just about Prophetic Oleg, he writes that it will be a movie about our state, this unites us. This film will have something that no textbook has ever talked about. These things work very well.

For example, we need a camera. We do not write that we need money for a camera, but we write: I am making a film that will show how Moscow has become. It is not necessary to indicate philosophical worldview meanings. It is necessary to use it in a more understandable language - and you will have a camera.

Project promotion

We all depend on the promotion of our film. The author was preparing, preparing, launching and ... what to do next is not clear. If you are making a film, it is logical to create a public on Vkontakte or other social networks in parallel and drive people there. These are, first of all, friends, relatives, acquaintances. But do not forget about your cameramen, artists and other members of the film crew. I don't know the process of filmmaking very well from the inside, but in every group there is a person who will always protect your film from "enemies". There must be such a defender, and he must be involved in work in social networks. This is the audience that knows about you.

But you need to do this in advance, so that even before the start, your film is already known, including potential sponsor candidates.

By the way, one more thing that concerns social networks. Many people make the mistake of sending out their posts with something like this: “Hello everyone. This is my new film, like me, repost me and so on. Too bad, I beg you not to do that. Reposts are good, but we are looking for money, not likes. Write: “Support us with money. Become our sponsors. 100 rubles matter.” Well, "repost mi", of course. That is, the sponsor must understand exactly what they want from him. And then I looked at the pictures, read the text, below the signature: “Thank you for reading about us.” Oh please.

And here's what's important. Posts on the Vkontakte wall should change at least every three days. Or better yet, every two days. You yourself know this: you read the feed, closed it, after a while you go back in, and everything is completely different there. The feed changes drastically every five minutes, new entries - 20 posts per minute. Therefore, you need to constantly change your addresses in order to remind your friends about your film. But at the first stage, I recommend focusing on private messages. And do not copy-paste texts, do not use some kind of template, because the same texts can ban or throw them into anti-spam. Plus, a smart person always distinguishes a template from a personal message.

Bloggers are a unique resource. Each of them has 200 or 200,000 subscribers - it doesn't matter. It matters that they are listened to.

If a blogger writes an article on his LiveJournal about your project, some part of his audience will be interested in the film, it is quite possible that some of them will become a sponsor. But bloggers are not interested in writing about a film that does not exist. Therefore, you need to already have some material or type a certain amount and then write to bloggers. With the media, everything is the same, only a hundred times bigger and better. You just need to remember that when sending your letters to bloggers and the media, you need to have an electronic press release with information about what the film is about, who makes it, how much money has already been raised, and not write in a letter: “To find out more, click on this link." Nobody will call.

If it didn't work out...

If the funding didn't work out, it's okay. You must understand that your project has received publicity, it is known. We recently had a case when the guys did not have time to raise money by the deadline. But a large investor contacted them and offered them 30 million rubles, but not through the platform, but handed over the money to them personally. The good thing about crowdfunding is that without it, those 30 million would not exist. Filmmakers do not always see their mistakes, but with the help of crowdfunding they can get advice from friends or supporters who have not yet blurred their eyes. It's a huge unique experience.

The Novosibirsk Region was represented at the World Festival by 225 people - 125 participants and 90 volunteers. It is about such people that they say: "The future lies with them."

All delegates, before going to Sochi, went through a rigorous selection process. Registration of participants for the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students started in early November last year. Members of the delegation from the Novosibirsk region were offered to become young people aged 18 to 35: leaders of youth non-profit organizations, young scientists, engineers, IT specialists, journalists, teachers and entrepreneurs, winners of scientific olympiads and competitions, leaders of student sports clubs and student government, as well as representatives of creative youth. The team was formed in May 2017.

The form of the delegation of the Novosibirsk region was in the top 3 of the most memorable form of participants (according to the experts of the site "Designing the Future: Architecture and Design")

The main criterion was knowledge of English language, - said Alexandra Levashova, manager for work with participants. - Language was important for communication with delegates from other countries. We paid attention to personal motivation for participation in the forum and understanding of the main ideas and tasks.

And now they're back. Slightly tired, excited, they walk along the green corridor at the airport. They roll their suitcases into the arrivals hall. The delegates are immediately surrounded by journalists and photographers. Well, how was it?

According to the guys, the program of the festival was primarily educational. It was interesting at all venues: "Knowledge Economy", "Culture and Globalization", "Global Economy", "Development of Public Institutions", "Politics and international security". The main idea is the strengthening of international relations and the development of intercultural and interethnic interaction.

At first, it was not quite customary to communicate with foreigners, - says Anastasia Boyko, a student at NSU. - Now they are not only my friends, but also colleagues - we studied aspects of different cultures, it helps to understand each other, and mutual understanding is the remedy for interethnic conflicts.

It's a colossal experience. It was nice that foreigners enthusiastically contacted us and helped to implement joint scientific and educational projects. I would like to believe that in the future we will meet at other venues, - says Bogdan Nikiforov, a student at the Pedagogical University.

There were also foreign students who study in our region. For example, Ismail Abarte. He came to Siberia from Mali and is studying at NSUE.

I took part in running competitions and received a medal, - says Ismail. - For me it is important, I am proud of my second home - Novosibirsk. I also managed to work on important projects, which can help build communication between students from different countries.

Tomorrow, the meeting of the acting governor Andrey Travnikov with the participants of the festival is scheduled.

Viktor Viktorovich Korochkin, Chief Manager of the Rugby Federation of Russia for the development of youth rugby, spoke about the development of the sport in our country, the problems that one has to face, and what the Spartakiad gives to the participants.

- What is your direct role here, at the Spartakiad?

- I represent the Rugby Federation as an official, including the Federal Sports Reserve Training Center here. This is the host organization for this Spartakiad. So I look after the correctness of the competition. You could say I'm in the role of commissioner.

– You were here last year at the Universiade. Has anything changed in a year?

Yes, he was in the same role. I can say that it has become hotter (laughs). But seriously, last year everything was fine. The level of performance was quite high. And everything has remained at a good level, nothing has changed for the worse.

- Surely this was one of the factors in choosing the venue for the Spartakiad?

– Yes, definitely. We had several applicants, but for various reasons they refused. Therefore, the choice fell on Belgorod, which successfully held the Universiade. There are, of course, some things that need to be worked on, but I think we will fix them if we continue to work in the future. The main thing we need for big rugby is the second field. This is necessary primarily in order not to "kill" one field. 29 games on one field is a lot, and if it rains too ... And rugby players all love natural fields. I think that here, in Belgorod, there are prospects.

- If we return to the conversation about youth rugby, how would you assess the level of its development in the country at the moment?

- Every year the development goes. Maybe not as fast as we would like. This, of course, is not least related to questions economic development. We have a lot of teams specifically for children, somewhere up to 14 years old. With older children, work is already beginning in children's sports schools, which are not enough for rugby in our country. Not all teams have the opportunity to travel to competitions. This is very bad, because children need to compete. They are not interested in training, but they need to compete.

On the other hand, we have new regions, new federations are opening. I hope this event will give an impetus to the opening of a children's and youth sports school here in Belgorod. The federation here is very good, the guys are proactive, eager to work and develop.

We have a global task - to condense the Central federal district, to create other rugby centers around Moscow in the regions so that there is transport accessibility - I took a bus and came to competitions in Tambov, Voronezh, Ryazan, Belgorod, etc. We have a big country - you don’t fly into Krasnoyarsk.

- What problems does the development of rugby in the regions face?

- Of course, financial difficulties play an important role. But there are others. For example, for a long, long time they do not open a rugby department in Nizhny Novgorod. This sport has existed there for many years, there is a good team. But in a sports school, rugby does not give a single bet, although there are 32 bets for football. And this is the story in almost all regions.

Another problem is the availability of sites. There are no fields - either they were “rolled up” in synthetics at one time, or residential complexes were built in their place.

There is also a problem with the coaching staff. First of all, it is connected with the level of salaries. At the initial level, when the coach only comes to the children's sports school, his salary is 6 thousand rubles. It is very difficult to live on this money. Of course, when years pass and the coach has good results, good children, then the salary becomes good. But we need to get to this point, not everyone can endure, not all coaches are ready to endure.

- What regions can be called among the leading ones in rugby?

- This is traditionally Krasnoyarsk region. There are two super clubs, there is a well-functioning training system, many coaches, many children's schools. Rostov Region and Krasnodar Territory are developing very well now. Of the so-called children's regions, the Kaliningrad region is actively developing. There are still many new regions for rugby where they want and can develop this sport.

- How easy or difficult is it now to attract children to classes?

- It's actually very easy. Children are doing well, especially in small towns. In Moscow, let's say, this is a problem, and for all sports - a very large variety of different offers, satiety. And in the regions, children are doing well.

In addition, we have a general education program designed specifically for lessons at school. There is international program"Get into rugby" - "Get into rugby", this is a program entry level, very interesting for children, there is no direct contact, children just play ball. Among other things, this is also a large Internet resource, which contains absolutely all the information for physical education teachers and beginner coaches, from what you should have in the lesson to various exercises with which even a beginner teacher can organize training.

For the second year in a row, we will participate in the "Presidential sports games". These are the largest competitions among schoolchildren studying not in sports, but in general education schools. Among other sports, rugby is also represented in the final.

- For example, at the last Universiade, teams from 63 universities participated in the qualifying competitions. Student sports are developing very strongly, there is just feeding by children from schools and sections. Growing up, they continue to play for student teams. Plus, we have a very large amateur league. It's very big positive moment.

- In your opinion, what gives the Spartakiad to its participants? What will they return home with?

“First of all, this is a great experience. Children and youth sports schools are very interested in participating in such competitions, as this is the result of their work. Therefore, the inclusion of our sport in the program of various youth and youth competitions contributed to a significant rise in the work of sports schools.

Another important positive point is the atmosphere of the competition. For the most part, our children are non-conflict, they are friends with each other, communicate, despite what is happening on the field. Note that rugby is played first, and then they shake hands. The main principles of rugby are friendship, solidarity and respect. Rugby has a very big educational moment.

- What can you say about the results and teams in the girls' tournament?

- Lots of unexpected results. The level of the teams has grown a lot compared to the last Spartakiad, just a cut above. It turned out that they have no clear favorites.

But the tournament promises to be very interesting for young men as well. Krasnoyarsk, as a rule, is always well prepared. But all the teams behind him are very good and interesting. First of all, these are the teams of the Moscow Region and the Krasnodar Territory. We do not know what to expect from Rostov. At the Russian championship, I really liked the team from St. Petersburg. Kaliningrad can also "hook" someone. So the boys will also be very interesting.

Ended in mid-February All-Russian competition"Leaders of Russia", one of the winners of which was a graduate of NSUEM Vladimir Glinsky. At the competition, he represented the Krasnodar Territory, where he is currently developing two of his own business projects. About what it's like to compete with 200,000 contenders for the title of leader - Vladimir Glinsky spoke in an interview with the correspondent of the Success Stories project.

BLITZ POLL:

GLINSKY VLADIMIR VLADIMIROVICH,
direction of preparation Financial management»
(year of issue - 2001):

1. Describe NSUEM in three words.
- Economics, practice, dating (or the now fashionable word "networking").
2. How is success measured?
- Harmony of development. Successful person harmonious - in work, career, family, sports, social life. If there is a bias, for me personally, this is no longer a success.
3. How does education affect a person's ability to succeed in life?
- Education lays the foundation, a person learns to learn. And now the story is such that you have to study all your conscious life, so what foundation is laid, it will go on in life.
4. Your favorite saying/slogan.
- "Do what you must - and come what may," the authorship is attributed to several characters.
5. Name 3 books that have influenced you in some way and that you think everyone should read.
"From Good to Great" by Jim Collins - helps to understand what makes a company great, what a leader needs to do for this.
"Fundamentals of Marketing" by Philip Kotler is an ageless classic, the basic things in sales.
"7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey - for personal development, understanding where to move in order to achieve great results.

If earlier I combined work for hire with my business, then, starting in 2016, I work independently. Today I have two areas of activity - a retail online store finishing materials"Kvadratura" and the production and trading company "Door Question". "Kvadratura" was founded in 2009 in Novosibirsk, and currently operates in two federal districts - Siberian and Southern, in 11 cities. And the second company distributes interior doors under its own brand in the Southern Federal District and the North Caucasus Federal District. At the Leaders of Russia competition, I wanted to represent both companies, but in the end I was recorded as an individual entrepreneur.

In fact, the competition was held in four stages - two correspondence and two full-time. The first stage was for general knowledge and was a series of tests in geography, history, literature and law of Russia. The second correspondence test was much more difficult - to check managerial qualifications, and already those who passed it got into the internal part of the selection. Having passed the correspondence stages, I took part in the semi-final in the Southern Federal District, in Rostov-on-Don. There were 300 people from all over the South of Russia, very strong guys. Of these, 30 people made it to the final, similarly from all districts - thus, 300 contestants from all over the country participated in the final in Sochi. The face-to-face part was similar, but with some nuances: we worked in teams of 8-10 people, jointly solved cases, specific business tasks, there were individual tasks, and various kinds of testing. There were several very interesting tasks in the final: conducting a lesson on leadership for Sochi schoolchildren, optimizing production using the example of team making birdhouses, creating a picture of 78 fragments by small teams.

- Which stage was the most difficult?

The most difficult, of course, was the final. At the semi-finals, the probability of winning was 1 to 10, and, probably, people didn’t think “I’ll definitely pass”, there was a more friendly atmosphere. In the final, the competition was tougher, only the leaders gathered, and they came to win. Everyone wanted to express and prove their opinion, and it was not always comfortable to work in such a struggle.

Yes, 300 people made it to the final, and only 100 became the winners, fortunately, I managed to get into their number (the results were announced in clusters of 20 places, I have a second cluster - places from 20th to 40th). In fact, I believe that all the finalists were very worthy, and there were no random people there in principle. The fight was certainly tough, but very interesting. It seems to me that it was important to concentrate, concentrate on the result, while remaining yourself and not playing. Not all participants succeeded. As one of my colleagues at the final said: “If you run a hundred meters, you just need to run the full hundred meters fast.” I really liked this phrase, I tried to follow it, apparently this brought success.

“As one of my colleagues said at the final: “If you run a hundred meters, you just need to run the whole hundred meters fast.” I really liked this phrase, I tried to follow it, apparently this brought success.

- “Leaders of Russia” is a colossal experience. I can say for sure that over the past five years, this is the brightest and most useful event that has happened to me in the professional field. First, it is very effective training, secondly, this is an opportunity to compare yourself with very strong guys from all over the country, and thirdly, this is an opportunity to personally see and learn from people “from above”, to understand how they live and where they lead us. Fourthly, this is a kind of "battery charge" that will give its effect, I think, at least for a year ahead.

Of course, this affects my work very strongly, many tasks are now solved much faster and with better efficiency than before. In addition, I managed to get acquainted at the competition with many participants who are now helping with work - both with advice and concrete deeds. And their expertise is worth a lot: it is independent, tough - but at the same time benevolent. I immediately want to grow further and catch up with the guys in some way.

You graduated from NSUEM with a degree in Financial Management. How useful was the knowledge gained at the university in later life?

In fact, for some time I even worked clearly in my specialty, I was engaged in promissory note schemes in subsidiary jar. Well, in general, a leader without financial literacy it’s hard to imagine now, but at NSUEM they provide a very strong base. It was on this basis that I developed throughout my life. professional activity, so the university provided invaluable assistance in this.

- Why did you choose NSUE at the time?

The university was chosen by me because it gives a good economic education, and already while studying at school I had the confidence that I needed to do business. It was the 90s, the seething birth of capitalism in Russia, it was interesting, especially since money could then be earned practically only in private companies. Other options were not even particularly considered, in the city it was practical educational institutions there were not so many in business in those years. Moreover, according to statistics, there was always someone to help (Father of Vladimir Vladimirovich Glinsky - Head of the Department of Statistics, NSUEM Vladimir Vasilyevich Glinsky, ed.).

Vladimir Glinsky: “I chose the university because it gives a good economic education, and already while studying at school I got the confidence that I need to do business. It was the 90s, the seething birth of capitalism in Russia, it was interesting, especially since money could then be earned practically only in private companies.

- What moments from the student days do you like to remember today?

To be honest, I look at today's students, and in a good way I envy them. They have so many opportunities, instant access to any information, a lot of activities that we have not even dreamed of. In the 90s, you know, it was a different story, I personally went to work from the second year. There are many situations with work, but at the academy (NSUEM had the status of an academy until 2004, ed.) there was only time left to fulfill all the requirements educational process. Nevertheless, it was possible, it was not quite easy, but it was effective. Friendship has been preserved not only with fellow students, but with the guys from the economic lyceum at the academy. We went through the lyceum with them, and studied at the Narkhoz, and now we communicate closely, although we live at the same time in different parts of the country.

How did your career develop after graduation? How did you end up in Krasnodar?

As I said, I went to work when I was in my second year. He did a lot of things: he worked in marketing, in sales, in finance, in general management. In 2001, I got into the door industry, and actually grew up within it. In Novosibirsk, he worked for 8 years in top positions in the Eurodveri Group of Companies, which was the leader in this market. In 2009, he received an offer from an Ulyanovsk door manufacturer to lead regional office in the South of Russia, moved to Krasnodar because of this, where he worked for 7 years in this position, achieved very decent results with my team. In parallel, he developed his own business - an online store of finishing materials, opened its branch in the South. In 2016, we decided to deal with doors on our own and organized the production and trading company "Door Question", we produce and sell interior doors in the South and the Caucasus.

- Do you follow the life of the university now? If so, how do you assess the changes taking place in it?

I follow, I won’t say that intently, but I really hear a lot from my father about what is happening at the university. I am very glad that the material base of the university is developing, we did not have such a pool or such chic classrooms. It's great that they strengthen Teaching Staff, because this is the most important thing. I hope that this year the university will successfully pass accreditation and will develop further - powerfully and confidently.

- What would you advise students?

I advise you to put into practice what you are taught. What will not be applied will be forgotten instantly, but it is worth repeating 40 times - and this is already a habit. Careful attention to practice is an opportunity to make useful acquaintances. Use every opportunity to "get involved" with potential employers. I don’t know how it is now in Siberia, but, for example, in the South, good vacancies do not fall into open sources at all. Well, I also advise you to prepare for the "digital economy" and automation - it looks like this topic will haunt us more and more in the coming years.
