Carries out control over the state and operation of the system of physical protection of nuclear materials, its subsystems and elements, and the nuclear power plant as a whole.

Represents the interests of the AU on physical protection issues in the internal affairs bodies and security services.

Ensures the participation of subordinate units in the development of regulatory documents for the regulation of activities related to the need to comply with the secrecy regime, as well as their compliance with the requirements of laws and other regulatory legal acts for the protection of information constituting state, official and commercial secrets.

Carries out control over the observance of the secrecy regime by the NPP personnel.

Makes decisions regarding the admission of contractors, business travelers and outsiders to the facility.

Takes part, together with representatives of Rostechnadzor, in carrying out safety inspections, the work of commissions for the commissioning of elements of subsystems, subsystems and the physical protection system as a whole.

Interacts with organizations involved in ensuring the safety and physical protection of a nuclear hazardous facility.

Provides assistance to security and internal affairs services in operational-search activities and takes operational measures to identify, prevent and suppress unauthorized actions in relation to the integrity and safety of nuclear materials, nuclear installations, storage facilities for nuclear materials and radioactive substances.

Carries out, if necessary, the implementation of emergency plan measures for the unimpeded passage of personnel.

Organizes work on special and physical training and maintenance of qualifications of personnel of subordinate units of the nuclear power plant. Participates in attestation and certification of workplaces.

3. RIGHTS OF THE EMPLOYEE

4. LIABILITY

The employee is responsible for:

4.3. Failure to comply with orders, orders and instructions of the Employer.

4.4. Violation of safety regulations and labor protection instructions, failure to take measures to suppress identified violations of safety regulations, fire safety and other rules that pose a threat to the activities of the Employer and his employees.

4.5. Failure to comply with labor discipline.

5. CONDITIONS OF WORK

5.1. The Work schedule of the Employee is determined in accordance with the internal labor regulations established by the Employer.
