It is no coincidence that the position is called “director”. The employee who occupies it is included in the top management of the enterprise. Significant authority is required to make and implement strategic development or restructuring decisions. An appropriate staff of development professionals is also required. The following requirements are imposed on the candidate for this position: work experience leadership positions at least five years, including at least one year as a development director, the ability to think in volume, the ability to coherently express one's thoughts and judgments both in writing and orally, high efficiency.
