3. RIGHTS OF THE EMPLOYEE

The positions of the head of a pharmacy and his deputies are usually filled by specialists with a higher pharmaceutical education.

The appointment of the head of the pharmacy to the position is formalized by order of the head of the department or inter-district office according to subordination. Simultaneously with the appointment order, an agreement is concluded with the head of a pharmacy (except for the head of a pharmacy of group I) on material liability for the inventory items entrusted to him.

In his activities, the head of the pharmacy is guided by the relevant regulation, as well as orders, instructions, methodological materials approved by the Ministry of Health.

On behalf of the pharmacy, the head represents in administrative, state and public organizations, organizes all the work of the pharmacy and is responsible for its condition and activities.
