1.2 The senior master is appointed to the position and dismissed from the position by order of the director of the school on the recommendation of the deputy director for educational production work.
1.3 The senior master must have a higher education professional education in a specialty corresponding to the training profiles, and work experience of at least 2 years, or secondary vocational education in a specialty corresponding to the training profiles, and work experience of at least 5 years.
1.4 The senior master reports to the director of the school and his deputy for educational and production work, to whom the senior master reports directly.

2.Functions
2.1 The main areas of activity of the senior master are:
- ensuring the training of skilled workers who have high-quality knowledge, skills and abilities in the professions being trained in the scope of the relevant educational program, work programs vocational training, retraining, advanced training not lower than the level provided for by state educational standards and qualification characteristics; able on this basis to quickly and painlessly adapt to new conditions in the existing labor market;
- ensuring the production activities of the school in the volume, nomenclature and assortment provided for by contracts and laws; if the quality of products and services is not lower than the current standards and technical specifications.
3.Job responsibilities
The senior foreman performs the following duties:
3.1 Manages and supervises industrial training and practical training of students. Immediately reports to the director and his deputy for educational and industrial work about every accident, incident or prerequisites for them that occurred on the territory of the educational and industrial departments of the school.
3.2 Supervises the work of industrial training masters in planning, organizing and conducting industrial training in accordance with the programs implemented at the school; preparing industrial training masters for classes; their work on the days of theoretical classes assigned to them study groups; their methodical work.
3.3 Manages, directly participates in and controls the maintenance of planning, reporting and other established documentation on industrial training and production activities of the school. Develops work programs for industrial training in specialties with the participation of industrial training masters. Develops a work schedule for the school’s educational and production departments.
3.4 Organizes and manages the development of the educational and production base of the school in terms of equipping it with modern technology, tools, devices, materials, technical and technological documentation, equipment and means of protecting the health and life of students and school employees.

4.Rights

The senior master has the right:

5.Responsibility
5.1 The senior master is responsible for:
-for failure to perform or improper performance of functions within its competence;
- for the quality of industrial training, the level of qualifications of graduates and students of the school, the incomplete volume of implementation of professional educational programs, work training programs provided for curriculum and schedule of the educational process;
- for the life and health of students, industrial training masters and personnel of the educational and industrial departments of the school during and as a result of industrial training and production activities;
- for failure to take measures to prevent and suppress violations of the laws of the Russian Federation, moral norms, ethics, Rules on the territory of educational and production departments of the school internal regulations.

6.Interaction. Relationships by position
6.1 Senior master:
- works according to a schedule based on a 36-hour working week, approved by the director of the school;
